Salesman was extremely persistent and talked my wife into signing a contract knowing full well that we already had service with another pest control. He knew that this particular company didn't require contracts and their cancelation would be free, so he used that plus saying he was a "small business" to influence my wife to signing a contract with him. So now I'm stuck with these guys for 12 months.
Armando, Bill, and Tyler are the best techs. I'm giving "5 Stars" to those techs. They always do a thorough job and never skip steps or cut corners. These techs are the only ones that I will allow on my property and inside my home. I trust them, you should too.
Unfortunately the office and their dispatchers don't know what the hell they're doing. So if I could, I would give the dispatcher "0 Stars"! It's like they are not on the same page with their techs and i feel bad for the poor techs. Other than that, I'm very satisfied with their service (the techs).

White Knight pest control comes quarterly every three months and I always get a courtesy call right before they come. They ask me If I have any concerns or new pest problems so they can address those when they come out. The technicians are always very friendly and professional. They re prompt, come in perform the work, and Care about their clients.
I have been greying quarterly treatments done for the last year. I recently saw an increase in activity indoors. I was able to get an alteration in the subsequent service visit easily. The technician was very thorough inside and out. I'm certain that it will be effective just based on his diligence.
Horrible services! I tried one time and I did not like them at all. Later the sale person came again and asked me if I wanted to continue the service, I told him i was not happy and he say they will cancel the service. Today a person came from the company, i just arrive home when he was getting in to my back yard, i spoke to him and explain that i cancel the services, he was not here for more than 3 minutes and can you believe me they are charging me for that service also???? I spoke with a "supervisor" on a phone and she was basically saying that the service was done and i have to pay for. I explained the entire situation and she did not believe so I'm a lier anyway i have the cameras so I will take this to the court if is necessary. DON'T USE THIS SERVICES!!!!! HORRIBLE
I just got out of the Air Force in Utah and moved to Texas. We moved into a new housing complex at Palomino Ranch and signed up with White Knight Pest Control. Unfortunately, due to issues with black mold here at the new house we're moving. We have a baby with health issues and couldn't afford to chance anything as the mold is bad. So we called to cancel our contract. We would have kept them if we weren't moving out of state and they offer no services where we are going. They charged us $185 dollars to cancel over something that isn't remotely our fault. Its not like we're breaking contract and moving for fun. I'm disgusted at their practices, and the ethics of the company. Even though we had them for 4 months we've had to repeatedly call to have people come out in between our bimonthly services due to bugs. Seems their services were ineffective at best.
BEWARE!!! ABSOLUTE SCAM ARTISTS!!!! They send people door to door and offer affordable monthly service and I was told I could cancel anytime. Dont be a fool like me and agree to a contract without reading the fine print. $300 CANCELATION FEE!!! This is place is trash will be reported to the BBB.
I purchased a new home and a sales rep came by and dropped off information with my wife. Originally I denied service, but Emmanuel was kindly persistent and I felt like he believed in his products, their service and made it easy to change my mind. I ve used pest control before and remember how bad it got without it so I said let s get it done! Now it s time to watch the products work!
This company is a complete joke! Save your money and go somewhere else or just do it yourself!! Their product doesn t work for one! Second, the contract that they make you sign is vague and when you try to cancel they say it s $300!!!! This company needs to be reported to the BBB!!!!! When I called them MULTIPLE TIMES to tell them their product doesn t work and I want a refund, they kept saying well we can just send somebody back out again. How does that help me if your product doesn t work!?!? My husband ended up doing the work and instantly we had success with our own product!!! They are probably just spraying water on your lawn and you don t even know it!!!
I ve worked with White Knight Pest Control for 3 years in my previous house and now that i moved to Cypress I called them again. They are very quick in responding and making the services. Mr. Bill who came to my house for the first service was very polite and knowledgeable, explained everything about the process and pests we could find and what to expect next. I am completely satisfied.
This service has been the worse service ever. I will not be resigning. DO NOT SIGN ON AS THEY WILL NOT HOLD THERE END OF THE AGGREMENT THEN TRY TO CHARGE YOU A TERMINATION FEE.

$69 was a deal for the first spray. However a one month follow up at $99 is not. Also I don t appreciate them randomly scheduling an appointment with less than 24hr notice. I would like a confirmation before someone shows up at my house. First time It happened, I talked to someone about it and they said no one should be scheduled until late August (I was calling in June). The next month (July) I got another text in the late afternoon that someone would be coming to my house the next day for my quarterly. I called in the morning again to cancel and explain what the last representative told me that they are not due to come back until late August. The lady I talked to was rude and condescending, I asked to speak to her manager and she told me they were all busy and I would get a call back later. She did not cancel my appointment however so the pest control did show up at my house 20 minutes later who I sent away.
$169 for two months of service is way too high. Lack of communication when scheduling appointments is definitely the most irritating part of my experience however their phone representatives could have diffused the situation and kept a customer had they been understanding at all.
If I could give them zero stars I would. My husband and I recently purchased a new home and a rep came to the house we did sign up for them to come out. Since it was our first time they claim we would get a discount,which we did. So we let them spray,but after the initial spray we decided that we would be better doing the pest control ourselves. So when the rep called to come back out my husband explained to them that we don't need their services and we've got our own pest control. The man immediately got angry and stated that we are going to be charged $180 because they gave us a discount,mind you we have NO CONTRACT! My husband just got an email stating we owe them $300.00? How? The company is trying to scare us into continuing services with them. I was going to keep their contact info, so whenever I wanted my house sprayed for termites I would call them,but that's DEFINITELY a NO!!!! I would not recommend this company to anyone!!!!! By the way you guys didn't get rid of our ant problem inside or outside our home!!!!!!!
This service was used to treat my lawn for pest. Mr Hernandez was very nice and pleasant. I walked outside to give him my check for his services and found him adding water to the chemicals he was using. One could think he was diluting his chemicals to yield less effective results.
Kevin my exterminator is very professional and treats you with all respect I would highly recommend this company 100 percent . They have won my business., if you have any issues they don't hesitate to make it right. they do very good work.

I've had so many issues with this company. I signed up for bimonthly service last May and I don't think there has been one month that I have not had to call back for a reservice. In previous months they for some reason only want to service the outside of your home so they treat outside and have to be called backed to treat inside. (no I do not have a pest control issue but the reason I pay to have my house serviced bimonthly is because I do not want to end up with a pest control problem. I make custom cakes from home so having a bug and rodent free home is important to me). Another month this company had the nerve to charge my card for service when it was thunderstorming outside and again did not feel the need to treat inside. How the heck they treat the outside of a home when it's raining all day is beyond me. Then there was this month....I was guaranteed a $25 discount off of this month's service because after last service I tried to cancel and buy out the remaining service's on my contract just to be done with this company, but of course I was still charged the full amount for this month's partial service. Then yesterday when the lady came to service my house I was on a very important conference call at work and declined the call thinking that they'd ring the freaking door bell cause I made sure my daughter was there to open the door for them for when they came, but nope the doorbell was not rang. I'm so over this company. Please spare yourself the problems and hire someone else. UPDATE: I called to see about getting my $25 credit that was promised to me off of this month's service and canceling my service with this company and was treated horribly by the advocacy dept. I expressed my frustrations with the man in the advocacy department, asked him why the service is so poor and he ignored my question so I told him that I was going to leave negative reviews on social media (because I'm beyond frustrated and I do not feel like they are doing a good job at customer retention) because I've had nothing but problems since I started my contract and this month was the straw that broke the camels back. His response to me was he would not give me the $25 credit that I was guaranteed because I threatened to leave negative reviews on social media and when I asked to speak with someone above him he hung up on my face. Like is that seriously how a reputable company handles a complaint? I did call back and speak with a lady named Daniella and she told me that she got the $25 refund approved and that it would take 5 to 7 days to receive it. So thank you to her!
My very first technician was, George and he helped me so much! He helped me get rid of the roach problem I suddenly had after moving in a friend s furniture! I am a very satisfied customer of White Knight and have been with them for 3yrs now, all the techs who have sprayed my house we re all friendly, helpful and professional! I had someone knock on my door and ask if I was interested in the service. I said no and as I was closing the door they said it was only $40 to try. I opened the door as this caught my interest and asked for details. I was told it was a monthly service but that I could try the first month for $40 and cancel at any time free of charge if I didn't want to continue the service. When I called to cancel, I was told there was a $110 fee for canceling. When I explained that was not what I was told by their Salesman, their Customer Service representative, Madison responded "well the sales people will say anything to get you to sign up but it's your responsibility to read the contract". I explained to Madison that is not my responsibility, that in fact, that is an illegal business tactic called bait and switch and that they have an obligation to ensure their representatives are not misleading customers. As a customer, I should be able to ask their representative what the contract states and trust in good faith that they are accurately representing it. Also, the "contract" was on an ipad that the sales person was holding in his hand btw, so not exactly easy to "inspect". I was asked if I could prove that their sales person had told me it was $40 to try. I explained I'd have no way of proving that, but that they obviously already knew this was common practice among their sales people. I also said they would be the only ones aware if they were receiving these complaints from multiple customers. They made no attempt to resolve the issue or follow up with the sales rep and instead charged me $110 extra.

Don t hire them paid the first time good tech came out worth it second time they wanted more money the tech lasted 5 mins outside didn t even step foot inside didn t ask just left out of nowhere disappeared & I paid way more this time find someone else don t trust them.
Original appointment: Guy came late, then said to reschedule because of incoming rain. Rescheduled appointment: Awesome service, on time, and immediate call afterwards to double check that everything was perfect. They guarentee thier work, so if I see any bugs, they will come out for free.
The installer was hesitant to install pesticides to relieve my home of mice & rodents. Im not sure why. Confused and poor two way communication. But hey, I'm stuck for a year so let's see how this goes.
Donovan and Jason assisted us in getting an extremely competitive quote and setting up/completing our first treatment this week. I cannot say enough how great these two gentleman were. They were so friendly and easy to work with, I really felt like I was being taken care of. They were knowledgeable and professional making sure to answer all of my questions before they left. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!! A salesman came by our house when we were moving in and told my wife he was going to give her a great deal and explained what they would do to the house to ensure we wouldn't have a pest problem in our new home. He never told my wife that there is a service agreement he told her to just sign on his phone for the receipt and was hiding the fact that she was also signing a service agreement. They came later that day to spray and treat the house and did a terrible job and didn't even do what they promised her. When I called to complain I was treated terrible and was told when I said for them to never come back and I was going to leave a bad review for them that my wife signed a service agreement and they were going to hit our credit card for $300.00 to cancel. I told the manager that they didn't do what they promised and were extremely rude he got an attitude again and told me to just keep using them our he would get his money. They then turned around and with in minutes hit my credit card for $321.00 I also spoke to a few of my neighbors who told me they had the same experience with them and they also kept hitting there credit cards. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! We are now pursuing legal action against this company. I just wish we would have seen there reviews before all this.
First two services showed up with several days' notice with enough time for me to schedule to be there to have them spray the interior house. The remaining 3 they give less than a day, and give no proof they came by, etc. They had me sign a promo period where I couldn't cancel without owing money for 5 total services (1+4 quarterlies). Cockroaches all around the perimeter of the house, and an increase in pests on the inside for the last several months. Fully consider this company a scam.
Christian was top notch. Not only was he very good at explaining the process for treating my home, his work was very very thorough. Of all of the companies I've used for pest control, I have never seen such so much effort and time put into treating my home. The home had LOTS of pests so we may need someone to come out sooner rather than later to treat it again, but I can tell you that it's not because Christian didn't do his part. I hope that the next time White Knight comes out to treat my home again, it will be Christian who does the job. Great job!
Have always taken care of us and they always come back out and do the resprays when asked to. Haven't had any pests since they've been out pest control service
The technician entered the house without gloves, masks, nor shoe coverings. He had a cough. I called the company to notify them of their employees lack of regard to protect the customer. The company notified me that Greg was given and told to wear gloves, masks, & shoe coverings when entering customers' homes. It was noted on my service profile and account that I wanted inside and outside service and requested COVID-19 standards and protocols to be in place to ensure my family's safety and wellness. They agreed over the phone to do so. However, White Knight failed to do so on day of service. I asked the technician if he was okay. Then directed him to outside. My teenage son opened the door to let him as I was getting dressed. He didn't think to check on these things as any teenager wouldn't. When I came out of my room that's when I noticed Greg did not have on any protective gear. Hopefully, White Knight is also doing temperature checks of their employees before they send them into contact with their customers. Must do better!
They came to my parents door and said they were doing pest control at the house directly across the street. MY HOUSE is the one directly across the street from my parents house. And they are definitely NOT providing services to my home
My technician was very thorough and has a professional manner around his work. He really took care of our back deck, laid down some spider traps and checked my green boxes for termites. He knocked down everything he could and went after the ants I have around the deck. Very happy with him and just thought you should know that !
Absolutely unprofessional company! Sending services representative Jesse out when it is poring rain in sheets. I asked for my service and they told there product work in rain. They state they cant apply another 1st service to be re applied.I was told it would have to wait for 2 weeks and they would do a spot touch up. They lady would not even schedule the appointment. When asked to cancel as I was not satisfied with my 1st service they would not cancel without charging me more money.....Lady I spoke to states she lives in OH where it rains a lot.... I am in TX when the rain comes down in sheets .....Horrible customer service. I am so dissatisfied that I ended call ----

I kept getting text messages that my appointment was due. Got to the point I called a couple of times to inform them that I know I am due for service, let me call you to set up and appointment for when I m home to avoid any problems like I had with a internet provider who cut my existing cable line. Well they still sent a someone over and my cameras were going crazy and couldn t view anything. So I called the company to find out if they were there, the rep said they have not reached my residence yet. So I told them please reschedule it for a Saturday if you work those days and it got rescheduled. Apparently the exterminator didn t update his route and he was actually there at my home. He left the gate open when he was done and unfortunately one of my dogs got out and we were luck that a neighbor notified us they found her few days later. This company then had the audacity to charge me for the service, for losing my dog. That s when I decided to cancel the service and they refused to even waive the early termination fee. Even after emailing them the videos of their employee being on my property and then the dog getting out. I already warned my neighbors and my subdivision.
Tyler came and install the box to prevent more rats to come and place some bags of Poison on other areas inside the Garage and sides of the home. Tyler is very professional and knowledgeable.

Had them come out a couple extra times because I kept having ant problems in my front and back yard... after the 3rd time I noticed my grass dying exactly on the spots I ve had ant problems(they had sprayed a good amount on the piles). I took pictures and sent them to the manager and they did not want to take responsibility. They kept saying they can come out and spray more on the ant piles, I told them that it s killing my grass. Now I m having to pay $150 to cancel.
STAY AWAY! Your better off buying insect killer from Home Depot which is already working better for a fraction of the price
poor quality pest control- i have more spiders now after a second service was done because the 'NATURAL' products DO NOT WORK. They also use fraudulent and deceptive practices to get people to sign up. The guy came by the day I was moving in and said "I can do this for 35$ and I just need your CC to secure the service". This was all off of his phone in the sun and I agreed so I could get back inside to unpacking and my 2 toddlers. When the first service didnt work they told me it would be $180 to cancel the contract I agreed to. I continued to argue with the lady that I was not signed to a contract but low and behold the scammer that came by did sign me up on a contract not "just secure a discounted service to try the company out". DISGUSTING and UNPROFESSIONAL business practices. Do not give this company your money.
They were great. The entire process was fast and easy and their response time was quick and their scheduling was surprisingly fast. I would highly recomment.

Jimmie was very friendly and respectful and prompt. He showed up at the time that the salesman stated he would. He was very knowledgeable about the service that was being provided and he informed me of everything prior to and after the service was performed. Zero stars in customer care. There are many issues I will list out the bigger ones: 1) The guerrilla sales tactics. People just show up to your door and despite having a 'no soliciting' sign they still approach. Services was described and seemed good but that was all salesmanship. 2) I was told we would have unlimited re-treatments if insect problems continued, this was a bold lie as on 1st quarterly I requested (in person and in writing) that indoors be retreated and tech flat out refused. 3) The 24 hour notice prior to treatment gives you no opportunity to plan and be present. I suspect this is so you cannot supervise and they do a quick one outside and leave. 4) 30 days notice on contract to cancel. I signed a 12 month agreement but seems that they can 'auto-renew' if you do not cancel in writing 30 days before last treatment. I will be sending my cancelation 270 days in advance via certified mail to make sure they can't screw with me.
2 Techs came out, both wore masks and shoe coverings, both were courteous and ask if any areas of home needed attention, treated internal and external of property. Services are recommended.
Customer service is good. But took out a star because, I have to call them twice for the service as the first time spray dint work for me. Had to call them again. But overall, it's a good pest control company out there.
My roommate and I had a contract with this company for pest control for about a year and didn't have any problems, except that the spray they use left way too much white residue inside along the floorboards. Then we had more issues when they charged us for a spray but we had no evidence of them ever being there. They are supposed to leave a card, which they did not. We called to see if they would come spray since they charged us and they did not. We cancelled. A month after they "sprayed" we started having very live wasps appear in the home. We called to see if they would spray and they were no help at all. Very bad customer service and bad business practices. They still have not refunded us for the time they said they came out and they didn't, or offered to spray again.
I signed up for a bi-monthly contract. The first time they came they left my gate open and I have dogs. The next time they were to come out I scheduled a time and they came several hours before the allotted time, only spraying the outside, so I had to reschedule to spray the inside. We are now on the 3rd appointment. I received a text telling me what day they would come, when I asked for a time they gave me a 12 hr window. We eventually agreed on a time and date. I was scheduled between 4-6 pm, I get a call/text from the tech saying he would be here in 15 minutes at 10:46. I texted back that my appt was for between 4 and 6 and got a canned response that he was driving, so I tried calling, no answer. When I finally got in touch with him, we had a brief conversation and before the conversation was over. hung up on me. After being on hold for 20 minutes waiting for a supervisor/manager the problem is still not resolved. If you value your time DO NOT use this company, they do not respect your business
White Knight Pest Control is customer service is unrivaled. Their technician who came to treat my home was incredibly professional and thorough, taking the time to explain what he had done and answering all of my questions. Highly recommended company!
This is my first experience with White Knight Pest Control so as things progress I hope I can continue to give them 5 stars. But for now we're off to a good start. Very punctual, and thorough. Their tech went places and did things that my previous service Terminex never did. Case in point, the termite discs they placed around my house to check for any activity. So far, they have earned 5 stars. Let's see if they can keep it.

Sales rep showed yup yesterday 3pm, didn't even properly introduce himself, looked like he was on some sort of drugs bobbling his head like a bobble head, and immediately asked if my mother was home! Seriously! I'm 24yrs old and it's my house! I shouldn't be asked where mommy is! Ugh...
Other then that the price was great and when Nelson the tech came tonight at 6, he was a hour late and called to apologize and inform us of the delay, he did a excellent job. He explained everything and reassured us it was safe for the kids. Spent a hour fighting giant fire ant mounds and daddy long legs that was taking over the garage. Thank You.
Michael and Jimmy with White Knight Pest Control were wonderful to work with and started our service right away! Jimmy came and treated our home and took time to explain everything he treated and when he would be back. This company hands down does way more for customers in their standard service than any other pest control service we have used! And that includes the big box pest control companies.

Initially happy they came out promptly. But my pest problem got worst. They did a follow up and charged me again. Started to get expensive and pests just got bigger. They have an iron clad contract. Plus will hound you in collections. Somehow I canceled because I did not like their service and the want a ton of money to go away.
I needed a pest control asap and white knight was so good about getting it done as soon as they could...and their communication made it so much easier for me.
