Love how efficiently whirlpool washing machine effectively washes my clothes. It s user friendly, save water and washing powder too. I also love how sleek and stylish the washing machine looks!

Bought a Whirlpool convection oven on Carousel, after two years it stop working. Called customer service here and they asked for the model and simply said they can't help as it's an export model. It's like they don't care even though they are the closest help you think of for some solutions/suggestions at least. They could have offered an exchange with cost, I was open to that. But no....they did not even know how to retain a customer who was happy using a Whirpool product until now that I need help I don't get any! I will not buy their products in future. You lost a possible loyal customer as that's how I am if I get good service and after sales care. Thumbs down Whirlpool!

I had a really bad experience as well. Mine is a built-in fridge that came with the apartment. After using for less than 2 years, it started beeping and leaking water. Seems like the freezer compartment is broken. My Panasonic fridge lasted 7 years without issues. The technician came for less than 5 minutes and said it would take more than $800 to fix. I could get a new and better fridge for less than that. For this "advice", they charge $105. What a joke. STAY AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN FROM WHIRLPOOL APPLIANCES.

Not recommended at all, outlook is nice but operations wise many fault. Clothes stuck in between machine, water doesn t flow out, horrible spinning. Ive been using other normal brand it works fine. First time encountered this problem. Ouh, first visit from Whirlpool is free. Subsequently is $50, only visit yeah. Not repairing.

I just experienced an explosion (flash fire) from a built-in cabinet three burner stove when one of the stove is switch on, a minute later, there is a flash flame that popped the cabinet door wide open. This is really a dangerous incident and previously, another stove also had the same problem, though it was designed differently, and had caused my helper to suffer 30% burnt and had to be hospitalised.
This incident was reported immediately but the customer service officer seems to be not serious about it and gave me an appointment a week later. Subsequently, it was arranged three days later with some help from another party. However, the service technician did not turn up within the time slot of fours hours and yet, no communications at all. The customer service officer was informed and thew only thing she said was that the technician will be coming. When she does not know.
I am not sure everyone understand the gravity of the situation and also treat customer service seriously. I was told that perhaps I should video the incident to show the dangers but seriously, I am not about to video this explosion with the risk of causing a home fire and hurting anyone nearby.
It is about time that senior management gets to know such happenings on the ground to protect the brand name of WHIRLPOOL, I hope.

Washing machine had an issue on Sunday, so I emailed them (as the cust servc hotline is closed on Sunday). They returned my call promptly the following day (Monday) at 9am. Arranged for an appt with the technician (between 12-2, he arrived at 12.30) and everything was fixed by 1pm. No issues with their customer service at all.

Had a Whirlpool WTW118AG 11kg washing machine. After the so call "technician" did the installation, the washing machine can't be used as it kept trembling when we start to operate it and we had to call them back to fix it the next day. We were told that they forgot to release the leg to balance the machine or whatsoever.

The machine were in used for another 1-2 years before the same problem happen again. Call the service center but no one answer. Customer service is below par. This brand is more like a Buy-And-Throw-Away product, do not expect any service. I trust there is better brand and option in the market.

Been calling for days. You just wait and wait but no customer rep ever answers. Tried emailing them and other than an acknowledgement there is no follow up. How do you run your customer service? Goodness!

Having read the reviews and not planning to buy these brand products, but when shopping around in Harvey Norman, the product designs looks good and some of them are quite modern. Finally, brought some cooking products, already installed for a month, hopefully, I am the lucky one who have no problem on it...

Horrible service. After waiting for more than a week, their technician didn't turn up. Called to check and was later told he was on MC. They could have informed customers earlier in the day if that was the case. Instead I wasted my time and had to take leave to stay home. Would have given zero star if I could. Plus washer didn't last for 1 year. What nonsense!
