GARBAGE! RUN away from this company! I wouldn t trust them to watch a bee in a jar. They are hiring and they came in contact with someone I know. Initially both parties emailed back and forth and set up a phone interview and everything was set. The day of the first interview a person sent an email to my acquaintance saying the nurse manager had an issue and they had to push the phone interview to Wednesday. Ok, no problem. Wednesday came and nothing. No phone call. No email from them. So my acquaintance sent them an email regarding the phone interview. Nothing. No response. Yes, the phone was on all day, and yes junk and spam was checked too. Probably one of the most unprofessional things I ve seen in a long time. Imagine working with these people? How could you trust them to do even the simplest of tasks? I m sure some of you are Questioning how I can make the connection but look at it this way. It would have taken 30 seconds for them to send an email saying the position was filled, or whatever the reason was they phone interview didn't occur. It s like the person who won t take five seconds to text you back. Or maybe they are so disorganized they forgot? There are numerous possibilities and none of them are good. So if they can t manage to keep a simple appointment how in the world could they be trusted to do anything else? It screams incompetence, and irresponsibility. This wasn t a little gaffe. We are talking about a new job. A professional changing employers is huge. I could go on and on but I m sure I ve point across.
