Went to wheel gate for the 1st time with my daughter+grandson. I had brought my tickets online not realising my grandson got in for free when I told the girl on entrance she arranged for me to have a voucher for price of ticket. We all enjoyed the time we spent there. The staff were very friendly they answered any questions we asked them we will be back again in the summer. I would definitely recommend this theme park.

Gr8 place for kids. Annoying the carousel and train ride have been closed quite some time now. The outdoor slide for mats is gr8 but not if you want to go on it later in the afternoon. We kept getting stuck and was told it was ready for polishing again. There are still no butterflies in the butterfly house!! Can't get a gluten free meal which is disappointing.

Great place for younger children up to say 8 or 9. Not much for older kids, certainly not for teenagers. Entry price is reasonable as is food and drinks inside. Only criticism is that it's perhaps a bit dated.

Really like Wheelgate. No bells and whistles, just good value family fun. Plenty to keep the kids occupied whatever they fancy doing, really great variety. Food isn't great though - really only greasy burgers and anemic chips - so we always take our own. Staff are mostly young kids probably on their first jobs so not amazing people skills, not the end of the world though.

OK but Do not let you little ones on the water play when the bucket tips. My 7 year old was knocked to the ground by the force of the water. Her teeth went through her lip she had been on it for 1 minute. First aid was prompt by staff. But really you need to recalibrate the bucket volume wheelgate could have been a lot worse.

Great place to take the kids with so much to do both outdoors and indoors. Rides are well maintained and staffed. Good splash park with lots of slides so well worth bringing swimwear on a warm day. Plenty to keep kids entertained all day long. There are lots of picnic benches and also plenty of places to eat in. Entry into the park is good value compared to similar attractions in the area.

The place is good for the price. It's not a bad place for kids under 7 , there were a lot of things and rides to go on. The toilets were filthy, unfinished and dated. The changing rooms were depressing. I went into one and somebody had left a dirty nappy and underwear. The waterpark was good. I personally wouldn't recommend it if you're expecting something upscale. In other words it does the job.

Great place to take the whole family. Such fantastic fun. However, the toilets and tables in the eating areas are unclean to put it lightly. We take our own food and baby wipes! The unhygienic part to the visit really puts a dampner on the adventure and fun.

Family fun for a fraction of the price of big fun parks

From indoor play areas with the food court that is fantastic for relaxing when the kids are running round to petting zoo the animals are friendly you have the opportunity to feed them for as little as 50p per portion of food so the animals come up close and personal I would highly recommend this for people with young children it is a lovely day out for the family and the ticket prices are very reasonable

The external rides to this park are designed for children under the age of 16yrs this gives kids a fantastic opportunity to get used to rollercoasters is and slow to fast moving rides on a good day they can even play outside in the water so as far as bank holidays and school holidays are concerned I would say Wheelgate is a good opportunity to spend some quality family time at a reasonable price the food is not bad either
5 from me.

Lovely animal park, with handling sessions. Two large indoor play areas, large outdoor wooden fort. Lovely water park, obviously only for warmer weather. Check all parts are open before you head over though as frequently closed for renovations, bit this can only be a good thing. Toilets are a bit scruffy, but are plentiful around the park

I would not recommend coming here as I came here with my three children and we came to weelgate to take part in the easter egg hunt my children were
Very exited until we finished and got our prize which was two mini sizzler sweets yet it says they would get an easter egg my children were highly disappointed with what they got. We asked to talk to the manger and he said that next year there will be better advertisement because what we were doing for 3 hours was not the right one. A lady behind the desk asked if she could give my kids an egg but the manager said no. Personally this ruined my children's experience and i would not be coming to this place again and anything associated with it. I am not happy.

It was a really good day out with lots of stuff to do for the kids but it was ruined a bit when two female adults started fighting and wot made it worse is that the staff didn't kick them off site they just broke them up

I went today with my grandkids the park was very neglected.
The toilets filthy and even though we paid fill price rides were closed.
The food I bought for us was awful the chips were under cooked and burgers wouldn't deed my dog.
Saw ponies but the woman in charge was rude and totally not children friendly.
Apart from that the kids still enjoyed some of the rides and day out.

Good range of rides, and always very short queues. enough indoor activities such that if it's raining, kids could spend all day indoors and not get bored. Tickets are very well priced compared to Alton Towers and Drayton Manor. However so.e areas are a little tired and could do with a spruce up.
