Second time ordering from them, wont ever order again. I bought a bushel rifle scope online only to be told that the item was unavailable for 2 months, I called and asked if they had any similar scopes in stock they responded that they had a similar item but it was $120 more so as I was in a hurry I agreed to the exchange and immediately paid the extra $120 dollars I note there Waterhouse is currently closed. The following day I received an e-mail informing me that the item was being shipped directly from the manufacturer this is the second time this has happened. I found the same item in stock at another retailer for $90 less I called to cancel the order and he an argument before they agreed to the refund which to date I have not received. Middle men marking up the price of items they can’t provide.

Scope and Bino's hasn't arrived almost a month later. Several unanswered email this last week, filling out forms for a credit card chareback now.

I contacted these guys through ebay because they had previously sold a knife that I was missing from my set. They said they would get back to me when they had more in, and much to my shock (companies always say they will get back to you - right?)... I just got an email from them. In my book, that's top flight customer service.

With most delivery times stretching out to a week or more due to increased on-line ordering Australia wide, I was amazed when my order arrived in just a couple of days. Ozhut processed my order and posted it in record time. Well done Ozhut.

I am moving and desperately needed a 100m roll of bubble wrap. On Sunday I sent my order thru knowing that it would be sent out on the next day from Melbourne. I added a small fee for express delivery as I live at the bottom tip of Tasmania. It was amazing that my roll of bubble wrap was at the post office on Wednesday whereupon I collected it and rushed home to continue packing. What a relief. What fantastic service! Thank you OZHut!
