Very very disappointed about service ! Never back again !

Amazing Team, striving to the best interest of the customer. I came in and left with a great car, Toyota Tacoma! I really appreciate the warm welcoming attitude of Will (William) - very enthusiastic gentle man, willing to go extra mile to the best of my expectations. Thanks for the sales Manager (Kirt...and the amazing woman of God, Beatty, who not only she works for the company , but a Godsend lady with a great and big heart for the service of the community.

Driving my Toyota Corolla XSE 2020 since 1st January 2020.Its an amazing car and had a very nice experience while driving it.while walking into the showroom we met with Sam matharoo a Toyota employee, he helped us with his auto experience and guided us to purchase this car which is really nice. He was very nice gentle polite and had a gud smile while approaching us overall we had a very gud experience with SAM MATHAROO, and we are very pleased with his hospitality. I am modifying my rating, and writing a detailed review after waiting for a response from dealership for almost 1 month.
I wish there was an option to further downgrade the rating because of "dishonest" Sales staff.

I just wanted to let you know about my experience at Westminster Toyota. I recently had been in a car accident and ICBC had written off my car. With my rental in hand I had to make a quick decision on a new vehicle. I went into your dealership knowing what kind of vehicle I wanted but not what year etc. Your advisor Rebin Haqi met us at the door with a big smile. From then on he made a very stressful time very easy. After reviewing what I wanted, he found the vehicle that I needed very quickly. It had just come in as a lease return and hadn't even been cleaned out yet. After a test drive I was convinced that this was the car for me. We set everything up so that I could return in a couple of days to pick it up. As we were leaving the lot he noticed that my rental had a flat, ran back outside to warn me, had the Manager open up the service gate, ran my rental around and filled up the air in the tire so that we could safely make it home at night. A couple of days later he even drove across town in rush hour traffic to pick us up at the rental office and bring us back to the dealership to pick up the new car. Even though all of this meant he worked well past business hours, he made sure everything was completed to my satisfaction. I couldn't have asked for a better advisor and wanted you to know how hard working and honest he was. He never pushed (as a lot of advisors do) and let me make up my own mind. Even though my husband was with me, he knew that I was the one buying the vehicle and talked to me not my husband about it. It meant a lot as I have had other advisors do otherwise to the point that you want to wave and say "Hello, I'm over here...I'm the one with the money...I'm the one buying the vehicle!!!". He kept up a friendly chat with my husband and has always said to say hello to him. Keep up the excellent work Rebin and I'm sure you'll go far!

Great Experience here in New West. Happy with my new Toyota CHR.

I received a call from Toyota and booked an appointment for recall. I got there, they received the car and I signed the forms and was told to come back in 2 hours. After one hour I got a call that they do not have the parts needed for the recall. I wanted to talked to the Service manager but they were not in and no one was filling in for them. Just wasted half of my day.

Update: February 13. Chris from Service called, explained he situation and offer me free oil change.

Really impressed with their service and people working their are very professional.

I brought my son to look for a compact size sedan last weekend. The sales staff are super nice to us. They are very professional and patient. Even though my child changed his mind to buy his car right way after his test drive (he wants to do more search on what model/new or used to buy), the sale staff showed their understanding and not pushing us to buy. Westminster Toyota is the worst place to service your vehicle. My car has had the engine sign on for weeks now after I got it serviced and they do nothing to actually solve the problem. Horrible sevice.

I have purchased my last 3 vehicles from Westminster Toyota.I also do all my service here because when I have strayed in order to get a better deal or the time slot I wanted things did not go well so I would rather have Toyota service vs. another shop. Buying experience was good; Sales, finance and insurance agents were all great. Subsequent visits for repairs left a lot to be desired both from the maintenance department and the Sales Manager. First visit could have been solved with a phone call. Second visit could have been avoided if they were more thorough with the first visit. Third visit sent to the manufacturer for maintenance to replace an item and get a used vehicle inspection done but after leaving the office they called the manufacturer and cancelled the vehicle inspection without notifying me. Once you get the car off the lot you can expect the bare minimum from these guys.

Thank you to Jag for making our new vehicle purchase a great experience. He answered our questions promptly whether over the phone, in person, by email, or text. We really regret dealing with this dealership. Sure, they re probably really nice and helpful when you re buying a brand new vehicle that is under warranty but if it s a reliable used car that you re looking for I would look anywhere else. It seems there is another recent review that had a similar experience as us. We went to trade in a vehicle of ours that was too small now with our two boys getting bigger. However it was in perfect working order and low kms. We were also coming over from the Island and had provided all of the details on our vehicle before going over. Once we got there they stated that they didn t feel our car was worth anything in a trade-in because it was a manual (???huh?) and would barely budge on the vehicle that we had been working with them to trade for in price. We eventually arrived at an amount that we decided would be acceptable because we assumed the vehicle we were getting was in great working condition. They said it had been serviced and all was good, it had gone through the 160 point inspection, and buying from a dealership we assumed that it had been thoroughly looked at prior to selling it. During the test drive the vehicle asked for a code on the screen which they had to look up to Get and enter. Once they did that the screen came on and we confirmed that the back up camera was working and the nav came on so we assumed that was working as well. They had advertised the vehicle as fully loaded with DVD even. we pointed out it didn t appear that was true. The DVD player should come down from the roof in the backseat and this didn t have a screen that came down it just had the screen at the front of the vehicle. The salesman Gary called Acura and then said he s confirmed with them that yes, this definitely has a DVD player, it plays from the front screen. We didn t have a DVD to test itSo we took his word for it. Once we got on the ferry we tried to set up Bluetooth but the button to set up our phones didn t respond. Once we got home we read through the manual and confirmed there is no DVD player in this vehicle. Is this an option in at 2007 Acura MDX? Yes, but this particular vehicle did not have the DVD player. So no DVD player, no Bluetooth that s working or responding, we purchased an auxiliary cable to listen to music on our phone which is archaic but whatever and even that is staticky at best. The dealership advertised this vehicle as fully loaded with the tech package. Nothing in the tech package works and we didn t know that until we took it home and try to set things up. Even the nav doesn t work because it s outdated and needs a new desk from what I can tell doing some research. But if that weren t bad enough, two days after I went to start the vehicle the fob wasn t working to unlock the vehicle, and then it wouldn t start! So two days in to having this vehicle, which we paid cash for, it appears the vehicle needs thousands in work done. I don t even know yet because we haven t had it serviced. Also the vehicle shakes quite aggressively on the highway when you go over 100 km/h and the wheel is very difficult to turn at times so it probably needs power steering fluid at least, fingers crossed it isn t something worse. We called Garry To tell him about all of the issues we were having and to say that we wanted to bring the car back and trade back for our perfectly operable vehicle. It s not like it had been a month or even a couple of weeks, we literally bought this car two days ago. The response was We don t have a return policy. Essentially they made the car work for the length of time a test drive takes and the minute they have your money they re done with you. If you like your hard-earned money do not spend it at this dealership. There is no way in hell they didn t know about at least a few of the issues that we are having, yet they let us to believe they were giving us a good trade in value on our car, allowed us to come over from the Island and then sold us a complete lemon for a LOT of money. BUYER BEWARE AND GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!!

Leo Liang is an outstanding salesman. He is knowledgeable, honest and gives superior service. I bought a 2018 Prius Hybrid from him. He spent time with me going over the whole car and explained everything to me and it was not his shift. He came to the dealership during off his hours. He is very patient, caring and gave me sincere advice about the car as well as between buying and leasing as well as about electric vs. hybrid. By the way he gave me a great deal too!

I wish to express my gratitude with the exceptional service on the purchase of a 2019 Toyota Tacoma TRD Offroad from Westminster Toyota. My initial correspondence via email was with Lance Barrs, Product Advisor and Sales Representative. Prior to my arrival at Westminster Toyota, Lance had a new Tacoma ready for me to test drive. During the test drive I realized Lance's extensive knowledge on the Tacoma. The entire purchasing process was straight forward, friendly in a non pressured atmosphere. If anyone is asking the answer is yes, I would purchase another Toyota from Lance Barrs at Westminster Toyota.

I recently purchased a certified pre-owned 4Runner from NW Toyota. I dealt with Jag and Kartik. Both gentlemen, and easy to deal with. Customer service is obviously important here. In fact, after all the papers were signed, a NW Toyota employee was driving back from filling the 4runner with gas when a rock or something hit the windshield and cracked it. Jag and Kartik had the windshield replaced (at no charge of course) within hours. I intend to get my servicing done here b/c of the ++ customer service they demonstrated.

I had a great experience, trading in my Matrix for a Rav 4. Barb was very helpful. Not too pushy, like some sales people!

Was interested in a used vehicle, wanted to see it and was told I could not give a deposit because the vehicle needed to be inspected first. No problem! That is understandable. After a week of waiting for an update. I had to reach out only to hear the vehicle was already sold before my original inquiry. If I was told this from the start I would not have wasted my time.

Wow ,I bought a Toyota because of their legendary reliability but soon found out that was a joke. I have dealt with this dealership twice and have been disappointed and disheartened both times. My truck had a recall and they initially told 2 days but it ended up being a week. Also, I had intake manifold issue with my vehicle and dismissed by this dealership and ended up getting a recall letter in the mail about the same issue. I would caution anyone dealing with this place as it service throws dirty on the Toyota name

Expensive and push. The dealer wanted me sign before we talk about final price. I quoted a few places and this is the most expensive one. Just let you know.

I had a noice coming out of my Corolla. Took to the new Westminster dealership. Met with Jeff.

I was told it would cost me $240 for a compression test and $130 for intake manifold test. I'm sure because, I wrote it down while having the convocation over the phone.
They couldn't do the compression test because of malfunction with their tools. So I was told I'm not going to get charged for the compression test.

When I went to pick up my car, my total was $329.

When I asked for a breakdown of the costs.
I was charged $203 for the intake manifold + $20 for their computer updates $ 69 for labour = $292 before tax.

Worst dealership ever. Do not recommend this place.

To summarize they couldn't fix the car. Wants me to comeback when the engine light goes ON. but charged me $292+ tax for intake manifold test, labour, and their computer update.

Service was slow. One person was paying attention to what was happening, the other one was there just because. They asked if I had time for a car wash thinking it ll take around 15ish minutes, but instead I ended up waiting another 40 minutes until that guy came back from his break and handed me the car key. Other sales people were shouting at each other, it was quite chaotic. Hopefully they ll improve and start fresh in the new location.

No sales pressure. Very knowledgeable sales staff. We were looking at a used Tacoma and had Lance as our product advisor. All of our questions were answered. Didn t feel rushed or pressured at any point. We ended up walking out having put down a deposit on a new Tacoma that we picked up a few days later. Would absolutely recommend this place. Had been doing research on the Toyota Tacoma for months, had been talking about it with my girlfriend for quite some time and finally she convinced me to check it out. We went in together and after looking at the truck for some time, Sam, one of the sales rep approached us and was very kind and informative. Sam got things going and we ended up taking one of the new 2020 Tacomas out for a test drive. Being in a truck from driving generations of honda coupes is a great feeling. The truck is not too big for me as I am 210, 6'0 ft but a perfect midsize truck. There were 2 2020 Tacomas TRD Sport left(cement and black) and financing was at 2.49 as they were having a red tag event. The truck was too great and with that kind of a financing rate, we ended up applying to finance, which we got approved within 20 minutes(they work fast there). Arjun, the sales manager was also helping out and gave us a great deal on the TRD rims and BFG ko2 tires. Unfortunately, I had a call from my family regarding my grandmother as she was not doing so well. We kindly, asked Arjun if they can speed up the processing as we were midway through. He did his best, we crossed the T's and dotted the I's with the extended warranty and the car had been prepped with our insurance (had to be done over the phone because their insurance guy was with another client) and the new tires within 2 hours. I am so very grateful for Sam and Arjun that they were able to speed up the process and did their absolute best because I was able to see my grandmother one more time before she passed :( but was able to show her the new ride :). I know she's riding with me everywhere I go and guiding me with every other big step in life.

Which was a relief after the bad service we had received at a different dealership. A star is missing cause I was incorrectly charged a small additional amount when getting an Apple car play upgrade.
When I pointed the discrepancy they agreed to return it but when you squeeze in small miscellaneous charges you lose financial integrity and trust.

My husband and I purchased a Toyota Highlander platinum 2021 from Westminster Toyota and we had SUCH A GREAT EXPERIENCE!! Harvinder the Branch manager, Talia the Sales Manager and Beatty the Finance Manager were sooo helpful and kind! My husband and I didn t feel even for 1 second that they were trying to up sell us or take us for a ride, they really made us feel and showed us that they had our best interests in mind! They gave us a great deal on 2021 highlander and even they gave us courtesy car for (3 weeks) the meanwhile we were waiting for our new car to arrive. They were always readily available with any questions or help we needed!

I would highly recommend anyone looking for a reliable vehicle to goto Westminster Toyota!

I went to Westminster Toyota to look at a 2015 Highlander Hybrid and was greeted by my sales rep Kartik Sharma. He had the car ready and warmed up and ready for me to test drive. He was well educated on my vehicle and made my entire buying experience great !! There was some issues with the brakes & the rear lights that I noticed after buying the vehicle, however Kartik still fixed these issues for me for free. The service and respect that Kartik provided to me was very high quality and I highly recommend everyone to buy a Toyota car from this dealership. I was looking for a certain model to take a look and test drive. Checked several dealerships in lower mainland and only this location confirmed that they have one in stock. So I drove 1 hour to get there under heavy snowy driving condition but it turned out that they didn t have that certain model and suggested me some other model to buy. I was so mad because they lied to me to sell something that I was not interested. I know that I m the one of their thousands customers but never going back this location for any future car shopping.
