I went to Westminster Toyota to look at a 2015 Highlander Hybrid and was greeted by my sales rep Kartik Sharma. He had the car ready and warmed up and ready for me to test drive. He was well educated on my vehicle and made my entire buying experience great !! There was some issues with the brakes & the rear lights that I noticed after buying the vehicle, however Kartik still fixed these issues for me for free. The service and respect that Kartik provided to me was very high quality and I highly recommend everyone to buy a Toyota car from this dealership. The value added service that they provide is top quality !
