Tried to buy a used 2010 pilot off these guys however when I got there the KMs on the dash and what the ad said was off by about 3000km tried to get a car fax emailed to me but it didint work came down to look at the car in person and it would not start Sam the salesman was friendly and got me the car fax good guy liked him a lot however a week later when I messaged the Facebook ad and some guy named David to ask if the car started he just looked at my message and never responded whole situation put a sour taste in my mouth will not be buying a vehicle from them......ever

Yesterday my wife and I walked in and had some questions on one of their used car on the floor. We went up to the reception and told her the reason we were there for. All staff were busy helping customers at that. So we decided to walk around the showroom to look at car. There was a salesperson (forgot his name, but he's asian.) came up to me with his business card and offer us help. I saw he was with another customer and told him that we can wait until he finishes. While my wife and I were still looking around the cars in the showroom, we happened to walk near the reception desk again. The reception was concerned and ask if somebody can help us. She talked to that same salesperson about us. He came up to the desk somewhere near us and said: "They are okay. They don't want me." with a very bad attitude. The reception asked us once again if we needed help from him and willing to get him to talk to us again. I said no, I don't want his help any more. As were about to leave the shop, Lance, another salesperson came and attend us. He was very patient and helpful to us. Also the reception was sweet too. I really hate how small family-owned shop with poor customer service. This is the third time I walked into this shop and leaving with bad experience over the years. My family and I bought 4 Toyota cars (new) since we moved to Canada. We did pay a visit to this dealer every time on all 4 purchases. We ended up going somewhere for better deals or better service.

Great service provided by Rolando & Harvinder. Patiently answered all the questions as well as provided with pick-up service as we needed to bring a car seat to take back the new car with our little one.

The customer service in this dealership is beyond outstanding. I was welcomed by Kartik in the parking lot, and was offered coffee the moment I parked my car in. I work in the retail/service industry myself and this type of service barely exists anymore, so when this happened - regardless of how small the gesture was, still blew me away. This definitely sets them apart from all the other places I ve been to. As cliche as it is, first impressions do matter. Kartik was extremely helpful, patient, and genuine throughout. Overall, just exceptional. Everybody was professional - from the sales team to their finance department. The level of service was consistent. I recommend this dealership to everyone.

Good experience dealing with Westminster Toyota overall. Justin in sales is excellent, I was looking for a specific preowned and he kept me informed of what was coming in. I did not end up purchasing from them, but only because they didnt have my specific match. Justin is a pleasure to work with providing a relaxed and honest approach rather than a pushy sales technique. Management could learn a thing or two from their sales team, as that interaction with them was not as smooth - I don't like being 'talked over' by someone who pushes their own agenda rather than 'listening' to the customer. Just a little constructive criticism!!

Saw a car in net. Was told they have it. Drove all the way there over the bridge only to be shown a different car all together. Very nice people and personable but dont hold to their promise. Oh well, live and learn. Next time l will print it off and bring it with me. Very disappointed.

I dont write many reviews but after my experience at this dealership, I would advise everybody to steer clear.
I was interested in a 2016 Tacoma. I was unsure about purchasing it at the price they quoted me. They said I could put $1000 down to hold the vehicle but was 100% refundable if I changed my mind.
The next day I went to Open Road Toyota in Port Coquitlam. Right off the bat with out any haggling they offered a price that was almost $2000 less then what Westminster Toyota offered me.
I went to get my deposit back from Westminster, the owner came out, called me a liar to my face in front of other customers and told me he wouldnt be refunding me my money and if I wanted it back I would have to take him to court.
Obviously, I called American Express and disputed the charge as a fraudulent merchant and got my money back right away.
Prices are higher here by far. They are a private dealership and dont have the buying power of some of the larger groups like Open Road. The sales people are ok but only looking out for themselves and trying to take as much money from the customer as possible. The owner is also rude, unprofessional, and a crook.
Based on my experiences I would avoid this place at all costs.

I came here just to test drive a 2020 Corolla Hatchback and once I saw the colours in person and realized they had these on their lot already, it was an easy but also scary decision to make considering this is the 2nd biggest purchase anyone will make in their life. The only reason I gave 1 star, is that it is the lowest. But really, I would have given it negative!

I'd been going to this branch since 2008. The common experience I have is that they can never keep the time, appointments were bumped up. My appointment is at 930, Aug 23, I was told they needed an hour. As I am working and cannot drop it off, we left the car the night before. We played tag since 8:23am, with me calling them back and leaving a message at 8:52. I never got a phone call and had my husband to call at 11:15. I needed the car at 12. Only then, they act on my car, and the excuse is that they haven't talked to me yet. Whatever happened to my 930 am appointment!? Let's say they never got my message when I called at 8:52 .... aren't they supposed to follow up at 930? And I'm not sure either what is it that we are supposed to talk about before they attend to the car. They got all the information and asked to call me with the diagnostic. Normally, the conversation is AFTER they looked into the car, and they tell me what the problem is. So if we are going to talk, the car has been attended already, and not just being pulled in.

I brought in my Rav 4 2018 as the engine died on its own while I'm driving in the middle of the road. Again, the engine died while it is being driven! Terri offered to get the car if I need it at 12 and I can drive it away, and that is without being tested on why this is happening. That is the kind of service I got: no sense of keeping their time and safety in mind.

Needless to say, this is the last time I'm bringing my car in there, and with what malfunction is happening right now, last Toyota I'll drive. It was one thing for them to screwed up, and just admit it, but for them to actually blame it on me and act as if it this is not a matter of safety, IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

If you want to get your car back in time, then wait with it. Never leave it, as they tend to procastinate on their schedule.

I have an interesting experience where i had pre-sale (testdrive), the actual sale, and post sale. All three in this transaction. Actually 2 for now (post sale will be in 2 weeks). I bought a Lexus RX from Westminster Toyota and was helped by Lance. I will break down the review in 2 parts, the service and the product.

Service:
5 star hands down. Lance worked so hard to make this deal work. Stayed late, response to sms, emails, and made sure he addressed all my request. The experience is not like buying a car, but more like talking with an old friend. Catching up on stuff, and talking about cars as one of the topic. We did see a few Lexus RX, and we bought it here purely due to the service Lance provided for us. The car price was not the lowest, but they provided a fair trade off with other services they could provide from their facility. The sales manager is pretty cool as well!

Product:
Car itself is awesome. Lexus quality! However, this is a used car and nothing is perfect. Mine came with interior lights not working (dome lights, visor, trunk). The tech spent hours to make sure this is fixed. It is not an easy fix as it is not the fuse nor the bulbs. It is actually a damage wiring harness. They ordered it from Lexus and it will arrive in 2 weeks. They will install the part for me at no cost. I will update this review in 2- 3 weeks depending on the outcome. Of course, if the issue is not fixed, I will update the 5 star review.

Conclusion:
If you want great service and no nonsense sale experience, buy a car here! Beats the big Lexus dealers I've been looking for this car for a few months, so I have been in a few dealerships (including all the Lexus Dealership in the Lower mainland). Make a reasonable offer, and they will make sure to work with you. Be fair, make an offer based on the current market (and your own budget). They have to make a living as well. Especially in this uncertain time.

Post Sale:
As promised Lance texted me a week after we took the car home. He advised that the part to fix the interior lights came. This is 1 week earlier than anticipated. This morning I dropped my car, he prepared a loaner for me. I went home and continue going about my day as usual. At around 2pm, my car was ready. Picked up the car and now everything works. Just like a new car, drives well, only a fraction of the price of a new car. Lance kept his word, kept every promises he made during the pre-sale and did not give me any less of a service AFTER the sale was done. Very impressed. Ask for Lance folks.
