I received a call from Toyota and booked an appointment for recall. I got there, they received the car and I signed the forms and was told to come back in 2 hours. After one hour I got a call that they do not have the parts needed for the recall. I wanted to talked to the Service manager but they were not in and no one was filling in for them. Just wasted half of my day.

Update: February 13. Chris from Service called, explained he situation and offer me free oil change.
