Great service everyone there was nice good food there's a lot of nice surprises like they give you free wine or something for your engagement with flowers on the bed

The view out of my window is a block wall. The front desk did not tell us you had to use the room key to use the elevator so the first time riding it we went all the way up before someone told us. The checked bags service was nice prior to being able to check in and having a 24 hour starbucks on site is great. The room is clean but there is no mini fridge or anything. The ice machine on our floor is broken. Haven't tried the casino or bar yet so I can't comment on those.
Great location and amenities. Clean and well maintained. Top notch friendly staff
Great staff but rooms in need of work. Location is okay during the day but feels a bit sketchy at night.
Great hotel. Good service. Nice spa and pool area. Quiet.
Close to the strip is very good, everything within walking distance without being in the middle
These are the hotel to go if you want a good stay on a low cost
Decent buffet at a $5 discount to guess, featuring prime rib and shrimp. Rooms were clean and power outlets right next to the beside was useful. Expect as little as 1mbps from the WiFi each way at the evening hours.
Great hotel!! Super clean, friendly staff, nice pool area and a complimentary whiskey and dessert tasting. Will stay here again!
Clean, reasonable sized room and it is not as sleazy as the other hotels with all the casinos on the ground floor. May be better for family.
Very bad smell in the rooms and you pay a price thinking that it is cheap and since you leave they charge a fee for the wifi the parking lot and the spa
Smaller hotel casino nothing special or attractive but very nice and cozy
Gorgeous property, relaxing atmosphere. They RIP your lips off for parking. That, coupled with the bs resort fees earned them a 3 star. I realize the excuse is that everyone does it (they don't) does not justify this money first attitude. Bad form, Westin!
The Weston is a great hotel in a great area. The staff is super friendly and the gift shop is fairly priced unlike other hotels I've been in. Plus the rooms are a great size. I would stay here again.
Great rooms, clean, friendly staff. Will definitely visit again
They were so busy and they wouldn't work with my request.
I ate at the Sinatra and it was amazing. Very elegant and professional. The food was out of this world and very distinctive of the time and era.
Ok for a westin... great if you want a good hotel near the Strip but not a crazy super casino.
The hotel is an older hotel but a nice hotel since it does not offer the casino aspect which I don't prefer.
I found the walls in the room to be very thin! I could hear neighbors next door (woke me up @ 3 am) as well as noise upstairs. I didn't like the bathrooms and shower.
The hotel had recently increased their security because of the part of town the hotel is located in and so in order to use the elevators you had to use your room key. This by far was an issue because half the time it never worked which meant you stood in elevator trying and trying until your so frustrated you leave and go to the front desk for assistance.
I was dissaponted the pool was closed for maintenance.
The restaurant food is okay.
Very nice and affordable place to stay. Staff is great, the hotel and spa are lovely. This is a great place to stay if you are looking for a slightly quieter Las Vegas experience... there is no casino and the pool is relatively small and calm. Easy short walk to the main strip.
Walking distance from strip and stores nearby and view is perfect
Construction noise and some other goofiness. People and service were fine otherwise. Location was good. But there was definitely some bad luck.
Have stayed here multiple times over the years with my last stay being my last stay! Tried to check in close to midnight only to be told that my room wasn t ready and I d have to wait.... On top of that the building and furnishings are in dire need of refurbishing...Highly disappointed.
slightly off the strip but very conveniently located, and generally a comfortable place. rooms are small but attractively appointed, and service is attentive. there is little lobby besides the casino, which is often rather quiet. the hotel provides a respite from the bedlam of most of the big strip hotels.
Short of staff, dirty rooms and really nothing to do with standards totally not worth the money
Seemed to have great service. Beautiful hotel. No more casino which is a bummer.
I liked how it was right outside of the strip, but not too far(15 mins and you're at the strip!). Also, the lobby area was very clean and welcoming. I liked taking a break from all the craziness when I entered the hotel (there is no casino). Staff was nice. The pool was closed for a couple days, but it was restored later on. Gym was clean and spacious - not too crowded.
- edit: First couple days was awesome. I did the go-green-policy which you dont have your room cleaned to save the earth and they give you back sps points, which was awesome bc i dont like my hotel room cleaned every day anyways.
On day 5, I wanted the sheets to be changed, so I took out the sign for the go-green.
I came back at 3:30pm which is after cleaning services were done. I called to have my room cleaned and left the room.
I came back at 8pm, the room was not cleaned. I called back and told them I needed the sheets cleaned - came back at 11pm and the room was finally cleaned.
Also, no one gave me the update about the pool. The pool aas closed for a couple days because there was leaking (which is totally undrstandable). I went to a neighboring hotel pool as directed. After that, they re-opened the pool but there was never a notification. No signs anywhere in the hotel.
Remodeled, no smoking,.no gambling, great spa. Easy access to the strip but far enough away. Great business hotel, easy to navigate and easy to get in and out or for Uber drivers, easy to get there to pick you up.
Clean rooms, friendly staff. It's a quieter location amidst the crowds and craziness.
The super sleek interior revamping the owners decided to give the"green light"on a few years ago has turned this upscale and very guest-satisfaction oriented former casino + hotel into a solo business by removing it's whole casino floor! It's now a sweet little hotel joint there at koval and Flamingo. I do say they have a nice large area Starbucks also a nice double sided bar and plush leather seats throughout the ground level floor. The interior lighting is bright but on the dim setting. Very clean and quite atmosphere. I can't lie to you folks and say what a fantastic stay I had here at the Westin hotel because I have yet to actually become a hotel guest but I can say that from the people I know who have already stayed here that they enjoyed the whole stay!
What an unexpected surprise this hotel is. The rooms are above average but clean and comfortable. What is a surprise is the restaurant and its world class staff. We have eaten all over the Strip for over ten years, and the food here is as good as anything you would get at the Paris, Bellagio, or Ceasar's buffets, and all of these other places could learn a lot about how to make a guest feel like a million bucks! The best waiters I've ever experienced anywhere! I'd give this hotel 6 stars if I could.
One of my favourite hotels to stay. Great location and service.
A bit of a walk from the strip, but good rates and rooms although no lounge.
This hotel is located right off the strip near the center which is a great location. The hotel is well maintained and has a great bar inside. It's not your typical "Vegas" experience but it's a great escape when you need to get out of the crowds to sleep.
Right behind the strip! Less than a 5 min walk to the action. Prices were reasonable and rooms were really nice and didnt feel worn out like so many strip hotels do.
I really like this hotel, it is just off the strip and yet close enough to walk anywhere you want to go. The hotel was very clean and neat. The breakfast buffet is awesome! They have a Starbucks in the Lobby if all you want is coffee in the morning. And it is not totally crazy in the lobby with the gambling. The Westin is located behind the the Flamingo Hotel and just a little south of the Linq and the giant farris wheel. The monorail is near by as well. I loved it, I hadn't been to Las Vegas in 25 years prior. Until we went last April 2014 for our anniversary. Now that I live in the metro Phoenix area I will likely go again on occasion and the Westin will be on the top of my list.
Very nice hotel. Nice business center. Would give it a higher rating but now they charge for parking. Disappointing.
I loved my stay here, nice rooms and a great restaurant.
Great place to stay off the strip, but close enough for attractions
2 blocks off the strip. Not the best Westin. Much nicer hotels in Vegas in the strip for the same money. Rooms were fine but were not to the high quality I m used to from the Westin brand. Nice to have a Starbucks inside and decent restaurant with breakfast buffet.
Great beds - let me say again - great beds. Located close to the strip, but not on it. Easy to get in and out, access to everything. Used by the airlines and groups, so sometimes long check in if you get behind a big group. Starbucks on lobby level, and small bar. Not usual Vegas amenities, but ample to get by. Parking garage and easy walking.
Great stay just wish I would have known the casino was gone before I got here
Not sure why this hotel charges a destination fee...the room needs updating, and the bathrooms are very small.
This is not your typical strip casino, but that's okay because it's still a Westin property. Expect that you will have the same amenities that you are used to including a heavenly bed. The staff really went above and beyond to ensure that we had a nice stay and were comfortable. The casino is a little odd and empty, but it's a nice break from the hustle and bustle of the strip if that is what you are looking for.
The hotel falls short of being a true Westin hotel. I was assigned a room that was already occupied, had to head back to the front desk for a new room. Hotel shows it's age, a bit warn down under the disguise of a newly renovated first floor (no casino)
The Westin was ok. I didn't stay long enough to get a good feel for the atmosphere, but seemed well enough.
It's super easy to park and we all love free parking. The hotel is nice and quiet almost has a homey feeling. It's very relaxing and welcoming. Staff is very helpful
This Westin location needs a refresh. Air conditioning wouldn't cool the room below 75F/24C... loud doors slamming all night... badly stained carpets. However, new bar and restaurant are a nice replacement for the old casino.
They are finally getting with the times and getting rid of their casino floor for a big restaurant.
Great business Hotel only one block off the strip. Enjoyed mybbisit
Got food poisoning and management was mostly dismissive. Not up to the standards expected from a Westin hotel.
The entrance is where it starts. Amazing. Loved the elevator rides to the pool area where we held a party. Great views
It is still finalizing reconstruction, but the hotel was fine. Not far from the strip and the rooms are spacious and clean.
I just gambled there. The dealers were very nice. I will go back.
Nice and quite hotel. Delicious breakfast options. We will stay again when we visit.
Beds are indeed heavenly. Location is great. 3 stars is because they removed the hot tub to put more reservable sections $$$ and staff was sorta rude at check in for not being a platinum member. We used to stay here often, but not without a hot tub. Hope the extra profits are worth it.
Our stay here has been great. The staff are all friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, and the bed is great. I'm just over 6' and I really appreciate that I don't have to bend over to get my head wet in the shower. And I know it's a small thing, but I like that the shower control let's me adjust the pressure and not just the temperature. I have being pelted by water at most hotels.
The breakfast buffet at the hotel restaurant is pricey, but it was worth every penny to get the fresh fruit and custom omelette.
The main strip is close enough to walk to (5 minutes) or just a short car ride away. We would definitely stay here again.
I only went here to rent a car from enterprise but what I saw was very nice.
Decent location. Good price. Spacious room. Professional staff on site. Great food
Very good hotel not far from the strip. Only downside, no real fridge in the room
Nice and quite just off the strip but service was mediocre at best.
I absolutely loved staying here. It was my first time in Vegas with my best friend and, although we're relatively young, we appreciated having a quiet hotel to come back to after the excitement of the city. We wore heels just about every night we went out, and only Lyft-ed from The Strip maybe once (easily walkable). The other residents here were mainly, older tourists, business people, or families with young children in tow. The hotel staff was fantastic! Thanks so much to the concierge who recommended a spot on buffet for us. They had a musician at the bar one night who was very entertaining! The pool area was always very nice and clean with music playing and a bar. We never had a problem finding out own lounge chairs with umbrellas for coverage from the sun. They always had infused water in the lobby which was crucial as it's so important to stay hydrated out there. And they had a complimentary dessert and whiskey tasting every day of our stay. The gym was a typical hotel gym; I got a great work out in that space. And I was able to watch the Super Eagles win a world cup game while I worked on one of their strength machines. Our rooms were a nice size and all the amenities were very useful and appreciated. And again, complimentary bottles of water in the rooms.
Just off the strip with no casino so a nice break from the action. Restaurant inside is good also. Everyone is friendly.
Rooms appear to be updated since last visit. Staff is friendly and quick to help with any issue we had. Casino floor staff is fun and knowledgeable. Location is perfect for an "off strip" casino, a short walk will get you to the strip and you will spend much less on a decent room.
Another GREAT Westin hotel. Love the signature sent "White Tea" in the lobby as it makes the smoking in the casino bearable. All the staff are very welcoming, helpful, and attentive no mater what time of the day. Then the heavenly bed is AMAZING!!!! I love the free happy hour from 7 to 8pm by the pool, as it's always a good way to start enjoying the Vegas night life.
The pool is quiet, so if you want a pool party, do not stay here. The room is clean, and the building is close to the main street of Las Vegas and the monorail
Hidden secret!!! Best all around! A must stay if in Las Vegas!
