The rooms were nice and comfortable with nice amenities. However, the space between the floor and the ceiling in the shower was pretty short and I was able to reach my hands to touch the ceiling (I'm 5'4"). The check in staff was uninformative. When asked several questions about our stay, the itemized fees, and the local Rock N Roll marathon, she was not helpful and brushed off the questions like it was an inconvenience to her. After checking in, she didn't even point us in the way of the elevators.

Wonderful property in the heart of Vegas, without the slot machines in the lobby. Classy atmosphere, attentive staff and those heavenly beds!

Really beautiful. Large, clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Super honest prices. Great location just off the main street. Highly recommended.

The location is great! It's right off the strip and right in the middle. It's right between 2 monorail stops and a 10 min walk to the high roller and the Linq Promenade. The hotel is really nice and the staff have been great. The rooms are really nice as well. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely come back in the future.

The beds here are very comfortable, room was clean/very nicely decorated and the staff is helpful/friendly. The new hotel restaurant/bar makes great drinks too! Located just a short walk off the strip

Looks like nice hotel. We were there for coffee at Starbucks.

We checked in and immediately realised the A/C was not working. Fortunately one of the maintenance workers was able to come up within minutes and get it working again but the A/C in our room was loud, almost to an obnoxious level. We returned later in the evening after our concert and got straight to bed as we had to hit the road early to drive back home. At 430 in the morning we were woken up by the people in the next room over. We were given an adjoining room and the other guests were drinking and being excessively loud. I know its Vegas but I didnt expect to hear other people like they were in the room with us. We called for security but didn't notice any change in the noise for a whole hour, after that it seemed like the guests left their room. When we checked out we told the front desk what had happened when we were asked about our stay and the gentleman helping us was courteous enough to compensate our resort fee, but I dont think we would stay here again with the walls being as thin as they were.

Went up too the Weston for meeting it look like a nice hotel when I went there the parking was free don't know if it is still free. It had a nice meeting room.

Clean, awesome hotel. Went here for the Starbucks. Stayed the year before and wish we would stayed again. Much better than the flamingo.

The westin was a perfect hotel just off the strip that felt comfortable and not too much craziness. It was nice to come back to the hotel and it felt humble. Staff was extremely helpful throughout our visit and accommodating to all our needs

Beautiful... robust heavy architecture but with vast open spaces.

Great customer service here. The rooms are clean. The receptionist was even nice enough to upgrade the room for free.

I had a great time my first trip to Las Vegas. The staff at The Westin were very courteous and helpful in explaining what to see and where to eat. They answered all my questions and made my experience more than I could have asked for. This hotel was clean and comfortable and I will definitely stay again when I return in October.

It's alright for basic needs of traveling, or a night's stay.

Good location near the strip. No trash cans though.

Hotel was super clean and check in was smooth and easy. I love that it doesn't have a casino, you can go to others since it's so close and then get back and RELAX! Would stay here again

The Westin is awesome!! The first staff member I met was Billie! She was so dope told her I was there to celebrate my graduation and my mom's birthday! Today's straight of surprises when we came to our room! Bottles of wine and chocolate. It was very special. The resort was really nice. Smelled really good throughout. Very healthy orientated. Free bottles of water, great tea, excellent spa and pool. I loved the yoga by pool side. You could rent brand new new balance gym clothes. The bourbon and desert was great every evening and it was free down in the lobby. I give the Westin 5 stars and if there were more I would give those too!!!

The bed is incredibly comfortable. The room was very clean

Decent hotel, not on the Las Vegas strip, but close enough. The hotel doesn't have a cassino, which is a major plus for me. The rooms are a bit dated, though, and could use a refresh.

We checked in on NYE, which is a very busy day for all of the hotels in Vegas. They were well organized, offered us a cocktail while we waited, and the check-in process was a breeze. Every staff member we came in contact with was smiling and polite and I can t say enough good things about the service we received. They put out infused waters and fruit for everyone the next morning. They came by early in the evening to leave us a bottle of sparkling wine, party favors and tips for how to celebrate the holiday in Vegas. This place is a gem. Meanwhile, we ve been trying to check in at the cosmo for hours and the staff is rude, disorganized and we honestly wish we had stayed at the Westin. Thank you again.

It is a reasonable hotel compared to other hotels in the area, to speak the truth is a simple hotel, its structure is not among the best. What I think they could improve is the service to the guests. On my first night I had problem with noise and vibration from the walls, as I was placed next to the hotel's air-conditioning motors. That night I slept almost nothing and the next morning I went to complain to the receptionist, who did not make much of a problem to solve my problem. As I would stay for 4 days I almost begged to settle, and in the afternoon they called me because they had found another room. This time I was attended by a super polite and helpful person. The new room was better, however the fridge was not working. I only discovered it after I got champagne I bought for my wedding and I saw it was hot. I had problems with the care of other people in the hotel. The fact is, I know there is no way to improve the structure of the hotel, but the education and care of guests is always possible.

They treated me and my family extremely well. If I were to stay in Vegas for a couple of more days, I'd take a day or two and hang out at the hotel.

Everyone is curteous and professional. If you're an spg gold or plat member you do feel a little special here.

I am not even staying in the hotel but I have an interesting story. My wife and her girl friend are stay there for a training conference. I called several times trying to order a bottle of wine and some fruits. I talked to several people and no one seemed to want to help me. I got upset and gave up but once I got home from work I tried again. This time I got ahold of an amazing lady named Bertha Lozano. I have been in service business for 20 plus years and understand when someone is truly kind and enjoys helping her customers. You cant buy this type of service. Bertha s service is a huge asset the hotel and she deserves a huge raise. Thanks for making my night your amazing!

Rooms are nice and clean, location is great, staff was very nice and helpful. Placed smelled a little funky and there were a couple odd things like our phone didn't work and our view consisted of a window facing into a wall... But overall a good stay.

Hotel is very nice. Rooms are bigger than I expected, as they have a couch. While the view isn't the best as it is off the strip, the window is almost floor to ceiling and has curtains that close properly.

Excellent desk staff! Clean rooms and prompt service with expedient delivery of workout clothes rental for in house gym... Free waters for us as gold members are a great touch. Room smelled a bit musty...

The rooms were clean and modest which was expected, I know it's Vegas, but still find it very annoying the undisclosed fees they charge at check out even if an employee.

Usually Westin hotels are consistent, clean, refreshing. Perfect for business travel. This one is not. It was musty, dirty and old. There was also an agressive homeless guy harassing people out front. Sadly, I have nothing good to say and for the first time ever, I moved hotels after only one night. You must be brave to stay here.

Obviously going through management change. Great from the desk staff but sermon like fewer amenities and services available. Sad to see

Professional events are really well organized, plenty of rooms, welcome reception was perfect and offered lots of different food class choices.

Casino is very quiet, it isn't my favorite walk getting to the strip at night, pool area is OK as best, but typical Westin quality in the room.

It is old and the location is not the best. There are other more suitable options.

Nice hotel with a great location. It is close enough to feel like you'te part of the action but far enough from the strip to allow for a quieter retreat when you want it. Rooms are comfortable, service is excellent, and the breakfast buffet is well-filled.

I arrived late on a Monday night/Tuesday morning and got placed in a room with spotlights shining in and lighting the walls up like a burlesque stage on the Strip. (Easily seen in the Google pic for these posts) 'Spoke to a desk person who claimed "there is nothing I can do, we are booked for 7 days in all the other rooms". Then she calls me back 2 minutes later and offers a handicapped room a floor up. (!!) I read my reservation confirmation to her which promised a high floor room & city view which I'm guessing she finally looked at more thoroughly and only then agreed to switch. Not a good start. Comfortable room at 2am, otherwise boring after that
Admittedly, someone did call me (after I left) for feedback but when I tried to return the call it just rang without voice-mail or an answer. I felt like my "Gold" preferred status was worth zilch, at least in some hotels you get free internet - here it's in the "resort charge". My impression after this is like a PF Chang's restaurant, not a terrible product but with so many sharper and better choices it's worth skipping if you can.

This isn t the best Westin I ve ever stayed at. After being charged $17 a night to park, even though I m a guest, my key card has yet to work at the garage. Asked about yoga times and got a wishy washy answer at check-in, so after not finding anymore information in the room, I called the front desk from my cell phone, because the room phone doesn t work and was told it was at 7 am. Showed up to find out that it s at 8 am. Not what I usually expect from a Westin hotel. One of the managers, Nick approached me while I was waiting for the class to start and I explained my experience. He said he would speak with the front desk about all the confusion and follow up with me after my yoga class, which he did. So that was definitely nice and I ve increased my initial review score due to his efforts.

Room is clean and comfortable. Good modern amenities. But decor send a bit dated. Maybe that's the Westin way? Church in process was very good and friendly. Starbucks down in the lobby. Gift store too. Easy walk to the strip.

Really good hotel. No casino, which is a nice thing if you want to take a break from the regular Vegas type of hotel. Marriott properties rarely disappoint me and this was very nice. Good bar, nice staff. Overall a good stay.

Not clean at all they clean my bathroom after 3 days telling them that it wasnt no microwave available no were and for those who have kids thats a plus no orientation at all, perhaps the cost was high for the quality i would never go there.
