Hotel and rooms are clean, but the walls seem paper thin. On the 12th floor and we can hear everything. Planes, sirens, people walking on the street, next room, dogs, just a lot of noise all around. Other than that the hotel has an odd smell. Like a sewer. Not very strong, but enough to notice it.

Was visiting to pick up a rental car. We needed to be pointed in the right direction and a nice employee stopped in the middle of his break to give us accurate directions. The staff was friendly and smiled as we walked in the door.
Great place to stay in Las Vegas. Heavenly beds are super comfy and rooms are beautifully decorated and very clean. In room starbucks coffee with complimentary bottled water. $36 resort fee (on the low side for vegas) includes use of the spa and gym and wifi.
I cannot give an accurate description of this hotel, I was just there to drop off a rental vehicle and was there for less than 10 minutes. The lobby and the gambling area look nice along with the Starbucks and the Enterprise rental car facility
The Air Condition was very loud and not easy to regulate, additionaly the room was very small for 3 person. The Casino was under construction because they are transforming it into a bar. This fact was not communicated while booking. Altough, service was good and friendly.
Check in took a little longer than expected but it was the holidays so was understandable. Key card stopped working, not sure why. Beside that everything was good.
I preferred staying off the strip, away from the madness and crowds. The lobby has modern decor. There were a store, a restaurant and lounge, a 24-hr Starbucks, and an Enterprise car rental counter. We were initially given a room, adjoining another with teenagers from the volleyball tournament. Within minutes, we heard door slams and excited squeals. We called the front desk to request another room. They obliged. Our bell man, Dominic, was nice enough to reload the luggage cart with our stuff and brought us to our new room, on another floor. He then went downstairs to retrieve our new keys. That is what I call excellent service. No large groups of teenagers here. However, we were fairly close to the elevator. SIGH...at least that wasn't as loud as the AC! I had to sleep with earplugs all night... The room also had modern decor, but the bathroom was much older, with mildew and no fan. I guess they forgot to include the bathroom in their renovation plans.
Exceptiomal customer service from the welcoming hello text after my flight landed, to being checked on during my Lyft ride to the hotel, and the genuine smiles, hellos & welcome I received when I arrived.... oh my word! From beginning to my exit it's worth writing & telling everyone about. Mr Durant & Ms Nina thank you.
A good location, not far from the Strip. The rooms are a good size, and well-maintained. It's also quiet, which absolutely matters when in Vegas. Also, the staff is very friendly and helpful.
I am not a fan of scheduling a particular hotel room and upon arrival being told the room I reserved is not available! This is a hotel issue which is years old and should be changed. If an existing guest decided to stay in the i reserved then it is they whom should be booted out and required to take a new room. It is only common courtesy not to put a new guest into a situation where he is expecting one thing and must then suffer something else. It takes a lot to time and effort to find a room, put a hold on it and then discover it did not mean anything to the hotel. In this circumstance the hotel should make it up to the newly arrived guest, not backpedal once the reservation guest has arrived. No, it is not alright to put me in a room with 2- full beds when I requested a king.
They forget to clean my room. When we got the room around 10pm, we call the express service and waiting for the clean towels. My kid was sooooo sleepy. Make sure they clean your room when you leave at daytime.
The location is great. It was right off the middle of the strip. The lobby/ bar/ restaurant was nice but I cannot say the same for the rooms. Although the size of the room wasn't really a concern (good size), it was the bathroom that was disappointing. The room did not match the lobby/bar/ restaurant style. It was like they remodel the lobby/bar/restaurant area and left the rooms sorta dated. The bathroom had stains in the tub, the tile was peeling/chipping off to name a few.
I have stayed at Westin properties around the world, out of all of them this one would be my favorite. I would like to say thanks to a young gentleman named Scott with the engineering department, my stay was very nice but my room was uncomfortably hot and my TV did not work, after calling he came to my room quickly, with a smile, and fixed all my problems accordingly. The staff was great and I will be coming back in the future.
If you are looking for a hotel on the strip that is not a casino this is a great choice. Outdoor pool, nice gym with a #peloton bike and good machines, and a spa. Rooms are nicely appointed and beds are super comfy but the pillows need an upgrade..lol...missing the plump pillow Westin used to be known for.
There is a small restaurant and the breakfast buffet is good; if you are Titanium it is a better deal to take the $25 breakfast than the points.
Starbucks in lobby and a business center. The best aspect of the room is the air conditioning is good and it doesn't shut down while you are sleeping! I would recommend this hotel.
The hotel is very close to everything. A few minutes walk to all the other big name hotels on the strip. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very kind. The room is spacious and comfortable. The casino is small compared to many other hotels but is still fun and has all the games you'd want. I highly recommend this hotel.
A good hotel with big rooms. Say a little and so with the cleaning. Comfortable beds. Large pool which is open from 8:00 to 18:00. Plenty of sunbeds. Service friendly staff. Walking distance to Sands Expo Convention Center.
My third visit to LV and fourth hotel there....and by far the best. We've stayed on the strip and you pay through the nose i.e. no coffee at Paris. This hotel is central and just a 5 min walk from strip. Staff at check-in and check-out were all friendly and efficient. Carpark is really handy. Great wifi. Room has all extras incl iron, safe and Starbucks coffee! Definitely would use again
The rooms are clean. Bed super comfortable. Great place to stay if your here for business. Walking distance from strip. Only thing that keeps me from giving it 5 stars is I had to packages mailed to me and they charged me a 12.00 fee for handing me my packages for a total of $24.00. Give me a break!
Courtney and Dominique from event services were very accommodating to me and my team when we had a last minute meeting space fall through! They quickly put together a room for us with iced water and pens and paper, within the few minutes we called them and were driving back to our hotel. Very impressive, thank you for the quick and professional hospitality!
The Westin is an amazing hotel. The rooms are very clean and the staff was friendly. We had a problem with a leak in our room and we were promptly moved to another room. Excellent customer service.
This hotel is off the strip but very close to Flamingo so walking distance to everything. Rooms were good, beds were very comfortable but it's not equal to the over the top rooms on the strip. Service was good. Gym was great. Starbucks downstairs won't accept rewards, which sucked but it was convenient. Meeting areas were good.
I've been here three times. Once when it was known as the Maxim. That was not a nice place. Since then it was bought by Westin and refurbished quite a bit. They use to have a larger lobby with casino games and a restaurant. Now that's been removed and something else is being built in its place. I like this place because it's just off the strip, not too crowded, clean and the staff is very helpful. The rooms is nice and clean as well. The pool area is small but useful. The same can said of the pool bar.
It's perfect if you want to a nice room at a good price that is off the strip and not too busy. Parking is ample and they offer valet service as well.
A correct accommodation compared to the luxury of Las Vegas. The rooms are acceptable. The location is not the best in winter, the 2 blocks from the.Br to the hotel are endless
