Very nice hotel with friendly staff. My only complaint would be that my room had very thin walls so I didnt sleep well, but that is very typical of most hotels. The Starbucks inside was also quite a bit pricier than usual, but I guess in Vegas everything is.

Some of the best staff working, especially when a big convention like SEMA is in town. Lina was extremely helpful, yet she doesn't even work the front desk
Lot of construction in the lobby made it a little disruptive and the room smelled heavily of cleaning products (bleach and others), the smell even came home with me :-( Staff was friendly and being off the strip it was still walkable.
Very comfortable beds, great location. Good service. Low rates and convenient parking close to the lobby, no mile-long treks through a casino. A bit of noise from the hallway, but not too bad. HVAC is a little loud. Overall very comfortable.
Large hidden resort fee of $25 per day. Management also promised a refund for a shortened reservation, then denied the request once our flights had been changed. It put a damper on an otherwise great trip.
Great customer service. Rooms are great. Easy access to strip and nearby places. Valet is really speedy. Full Starbucks on ground is 24 hours which is awesome.
My one stay at the Westin in Las Vegas was decent overall. We had a couple issues with the washroom - it took two service calls & visits for the toilet to stop making noise, and the fan/ventilation wasn't working - the room was nice & clean otherwise No balcony, unlike the Platinum Quieter than the LINQ There is a Starbucks and an Enterprise Rent-A-Car conveniently located in this Westin
Advertised as a casino hotel. Google said casino hotel. Big casino sign on building. Seminar I was taking said casino. No casino on sight. Friends rooms were dirty with blood stains and other stain. Would not have come if I knew no casino on site.
IT WAS AWFUL. THEY CANCEL MY BOOKING ON THE DAY OF CHECK IN!!!! THEY SAID THAT THEY ARE FULLY BOOKED BUT WHEN I CHECK THE PLATFORM THERE IS AVAILABLE ROOM BUT ON A HIGHER PRICE! THREE TIMES MORE THAN I PAID. ITS UNACCEPTABLE. IT WAS JUST A DISASTER
Awesome experience. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bed and pillows very very comfortable with crisp linens. Very clean and lots of outlets. Very well situated.
Hotel was OK, breakfast had quite a big range but nothing as wide as other big hotels. Have small baths in the rooms. View is good from the high floors but not so good from the.low floors. Hotel was clean and tidy. The food was ok in the restaurant. Would I go back - yes but wouldn't rush back. Outside pool area was closed for the winter so no pool that I could see.
The hotel staff was very friendly. Their pool was closed but they offered us to use the pool across the street at no charge. The rooms are clean and nice the views are good. The only downside is they do not have a casino. But I would definitely stay here again.
I had a fridge, - good view of the strip and was close to the main sites. The room was clean and the hot water was hot on demand. The bathroom had a rusty area but all in all a good stay. I stayed at New York New York hotel following my stay and the Westin and it was leaps and bounds behind the Westin. The smaller hotels are more customer focused and inviting.
Great view, comfortable and clean, good breakfast. Always love Marriot hotels. Easy walk to the strip. Easy walk back to the hotel after a long night of Vegas shenanigans.
The worst experience in LV. The toilet bowl was dirty upon arrival (as if someone threw dust and sand inside and did not splash). I made pictures of how dirty behind the bed was - full of feathers and dust, just disgusting. Pool closes at 8 which is ridiculous too. But the worst and most disappointing part was that lobby service refused to heat up my 1 yr old daughter food. First the lady said they don t have a microwave, and when I asked how come they don t have a microwave in the entire hotel she said they are all occupied . This is not something I would expect from 4* hotel, I will never recommend it to anybody nor will I stay there again. A big no, stay away, there are plenty of other great hotels around that actually care for their guests.
Found the bed comfy and the room clean. Bathroom sink was clogged up it's why I am giving it 4 stars. Service was friendly for sure from the start. Would stay here again.
Very polite and accomadating staff. Rooms were clean and a good size. The overall hotel was very nice and you can't beat free parking. I would stay here again.
The hotel and rooms are very nice. They are a step away from the noise and glitz of the strip, which is nice. However, we have been without hot water for showers.
This was a very nice hotel to stay at. Probably one of the few hotels that don't have a casino inside it. It does have a spa but it was quite expensive. $75 for a haircut is just too much if you ask me. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Helped us find a couple places to eat and go see. The only thing is that if you don't book your room through the hotel itself you won't get the free breakfast. So we had to go somewhere else everyday. Other than that it was a very nice place to stay.
This is a great place to stay just off the strip. There is no casino but that is the beauty of it. You are not fighting your way through a casino to get to your room. The restaurant in the hotel is great. service is amazing. The rooms are clean and comfortable and you can get some great views. The front desk staff is great they are very helpful and knowledgeable. You are walking distance to the strip and the action if that is what you want. Highly recommend staying here on your next trip.
A really solid Vegas hotel experience. The location is really good - right near the strip. The lobby doesn't have a casino, which is nice to walk through after a day of sightseeing. Rooms are clean and elegant, and the WiFi is really fast (40mbps down - pretty good for complimentary)! There can be some issues that can bite, but the staff are very accommodating and mostly do their best to make sure you enjoy your overall experience. If you're looking for a hotel in Vegas that doesn't have a loud, smokey casino on the first floor, this one is the best!
I attended a conference here for 4 days. I didn t stay in the rooms, nor did I use the spa services, but the conference services were pretty good. The food served was good but there wasn t much variation beyond pasta and chicken for 3 days, then on the 4th day they did fajitas.
Staff is friendly and attentive and the lobby area is clean and smoke free. I neither saw now smelled anybody smoking here, nor did I see any slot machines.
The rooms were a bit expensive for the conference, so I stayed at another place down the road.
I was very satisfied with my stay here. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The restaurant has a great breakfast, and the 24 Starbucks was very convenient. The hotel is a short walk away from the monorail allowing for easy transportation.
The Westin is a nice hotel about a half a mile off of the strip. The are currently under renovations so some rooms are closed. I had an updated room with a nice view of the strip. Would recommend.
Perfectly adequate hotel, walking distance to the strip, and well priced in comparison to hotels actually on the strip. Easy uber from the Airport, less than 15 dollars.
This is a great hotel to stay in. The whole place was very well maintained especially the rooms. It s located just slightly outside of the hustle and bustle of the Vegas strip so there s not so many tourists and traffic noise for when you just want to unwind. There s a gas station within walking distance to get snacks and alcohol which was a big plus.
I booked a room over a month ago. When we checked in, they said they were over booked and I had to stay somewhere else! The offered comps ($40) nowhere near made up for the inconvenience, as I was attending a conference and needed to be at the hotel throughout the day. We were treated very rudely, too. There were over 40 people in my group that were treated this way. What kind of idiotic hotel over books by that much and what poor judgment to kick out the conference attendees. They were unapologetic and rather annoyed to have to deal with us in general.
The hotel is under renovation. While all staff was nice and the pool was great, there are things that need to be tweaked: 1) the "new" drop-off entrance should be clearly marked with signage. 2) there should be doormen posted to open the doors for guests coming in/out with baggage 3) the "front desk" corridor needs to be wider so that the check-in line and passing guests have clear paths 4) housekeeping sometimes didn't get to the room before 6pm (we never posted a do not disturb sign). Once they didn't show until 10pm.
Nice location next to the center of the strip. Parking and internet are rolled into an obligatory fee. No way to avoid smoking area of casino when going from the hotel entrance to the elevator.
The service and overall experience with all levels of staff is excellent, from the front desk, to housekeeping, to the breakfast restaurant and the bar. But my favorite thing about this hotel is that there is no casino! Not everybody coming to Las Vegas wants to gamble, and it's nice not having that in my face every day. I also really like the easy and convenient self-parking, which is a rarity for locations near the Strip. Highly recommended for business travelers and tourists less inclined to shop and gamble.
Rooms are clean. Staff was friendly. They still allow smoking near the front desk in the bar and casino, which is a big turn off, especially when you expect to smell their signature scent when you walk in.
Hotel is walking distance from the Vegas Strip. The staff was super friendly. The hotel lobby bar is an excellent place to have a drink or grab a bite to eat. There is a convince store right next to the hotel which also makes sub sandwiches. The elevators require each tenant to swipe their room key to access their floor. This was a little annoying especially if the elevator is full. On more than one occasion there were people taking the elevator up and back down because they were not quick enough with their room key.
