I booked two rooms through ctrip. When I checked in, I didn t noticed destination fee would be charged. After staying here for one night, I was charged 36 bucks with a list of benefits. Great. I didn t know I could enjoy two whiskys with my girlfriend or something. This hotel works differently from other hotels in the strip. Hotels in the strip charged you beforehand so that you know what s going on. I will not recommend people staying here.

Pretty dated everything but staff was nice enough and it was a convenient location. Nice and quiet, smoke free, no casino, Starbucks in lobby open late. Would recommend for business trip but would go somewhere more fun and modern for pleasure.
The Starbucks inside has very comfortable chairs and no hassle no purchase free WiFi
The room and building are in good shape overall but definitely not opulent. The check in counter usually had a slow moving line. I got back from work before 6 PM hoping to get some advice for a show that night, and the concierge was already gone for the day.
Clean hotel and a very friendly staff. Convenient parking and close enough to the strip that you could walk there in 10-15m from the hotel.
For the most part, it's about what you would expect for a Westin hotel. Some reasons I did not give it a 5:
1) Breakfast options were about average.
2) Even though I opted for the Green Choice rewards, I would've expected some room cleanup (trash cleanup, making up the bed, etc), and I did not get any of those.
Nice option, just off the strip and close enough to walk to all the nice casinos.
The facilities are complete and very clean. There are also a lot of usb charging ports, which are convenient for charging with various electronic devices, and the converters are saved.
Nice rooms, easy access to from the hotel while driving. Conveniently close to the strip with a short walk.
I needed a place to park and there garage was perfect

The hotel is a bit dated but free parking and location just off the strip were great. We did not have the breakfast there because it seemed expensive at 23 dollars per person.
A block from the strip, so it can be cheap. Rooms and facilities are fine if a little dated. If you are willing to walk a bit too get to the bright lights there's nothing wrong with this hotel, just don't expect to be "wowed"

It's good for a night. Nothing spectacular. Beware your check in can take upwards of 45mins. 15 min walk to the monorail.
I like this hotel. Much classier since they made it non casino and got rid of the machines and tables. Good gym. Breakfast is great. Rooms very comfy

Is it my first time to Las Vegas since 2001, the staff here is excellent, the restaurant is top and the tables are reasonable. I'm here for business, but I will stay here next time for pleasure when I come to Vegas.
Drinks were on park with the other casinos we were in. Service was excellent.
Casino was shuttered for renovations but we didn't mind too much. Amazing giant window with a terrific view of the high roller Ferris wheel and a bit of the strip. Reception was nice to our dog and accommodated us well.
Arrived at 1 am the room is not ready. They oversold their rooms. Told that room will be ready in 25 mins and now its 40 mins and still not ready. Poor management. Lack of customer service.
Comfortable room. Good view of the Linq from hotel. Excellent breakfast buffet. Hotel gym was a little small but good equipment. Treadmill, ellipticals, free weights and a couple benches. Location is not on strip but a short walk away.
It's a ok place to stay, smells clean looks, rooms look clean. The only bad thing is the noise in the hallways...
It was wasn't amazing but not awful. It was uneventful.

Located a short walk from the main strip. Loved the quite and not crowded lobby. Loved that it is Pet friendly. The restaurant options can improve for breakfast and dinner.
I like there isn't a casino to navigate through to find your hotel room. The bar tenders are knowledgeable about theirs spirits, and so friendly.
The staff is extremely helpful when it comes to customer service and understanding what their customers need. The hotel is also kept very clean and inviting everyday.
Great location. 5 minute walk to the Bellagio and the main strip. Pool was under construction and maintenance was ongoing so it was closed. Clean rooms and facilities. Starbucks is within the same building which was great. Away from the strip so was peaceful
The food here at the Savona restaurant was delicious and pretty! Love the views of where the hotel is located at. The bar is great and so are the employees and staffs. There is no gift shop though.
Good service at this hotel just a couple blocks off the strip. The rooms are pretty typical for a Westin. This hotel is generally on the way up, with new gym and spa.

The rooms were very clean and modernized, got a great view on the 15th floor. Starbucks was great all night. Only complaint were the lounge waitresses they need to be taught how to have better service skills other than that the food, bar,and rooms were great.
Not great rooms. If you get it for SPG points then go for it else book casino hotels for Vegas experience. Looks close to strip but this is 10 mins walk to Vegas boulevard.

These guys will scam you. Not to mention they have cockroaches in their hotel. I stayed there twice last month and the double charged me. When I called to ask them why the lady hung up on me. Very unprofessional, would stay far away from this place.

Hotel was nice enough. Room didn't appear to be properly cleaned as leftovers from the previous guest were still in the fridge. Otherwise good location and nice lobby.

Wonderful hotel. 2 block walk to center strip. Rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast buffet is fabulous, and excellent bar in the lobby. First time staying at this location, but will likely stay here again when in Vegas.

I loved our stay at the Westin Resort in Vegas. The location is an excellent place.to stay and is within in walking distance to Cesar 's Palace and so many eateries in Las Vegas. We did not have to catch an Uber or Cab when exploring the city. The Resort was luxurious and customer service was excellent.
Really enjoyed our stay here! The pool was so nice and relaxing! Food was great as well!

Unprofessional supervisor, gave us a hard time upon arrival. We were exhausted and supervisor gave us a hard time and very rude.The food was awful ,wasted our money.I will never book my hotel here nor recommend it to family and friends.

The hotel staff was nice, however, I won't be staying there again. The lobby looked newly renovated, the rooms did not. For being a hotel off the strip, without a casino, I guess I thought they would have put a little more work into the rooms. They were small, and clean....when we could get someone to clean them. After the first night, we had to call the front desk at 415pm and ask for our room to be cleaned, which they did. Day two, when we got back to the room at 630pm, it still had not been cleaned. Unfortunately, since we were there with our two year old who desperately needed to go to bed, having our room cleaned that late was not an option. We were offered a $50 food/beverage credit, but with such a limited food menu, it hardly seemed helpful.

I stayed at this Westin on 7/2 and checked out 7/3. I left my make up back behind in my room. I called to ask to hold this for me since I knew there was no possible way it could be anywhere else. Anyhow, the bag was never to be found. I m not looking for compensation just advising to not trust housekeeping in your room with your valuables. I will never stay at this Westin AGAIN! I spoke to the house keeping manager Anita and she was very kind and search for my bag but I have to admit that i m disappointed her staff stole my stuff.

Reason we had stopped was to get my fiance a players club card. Upon arrival, however, we found out there was no longer a casino in this location. The staffs politeness and professionalism was exquisite though

Decent location...quiet and relaxing...room bathrooms could be retiled and go through an extensive cleaning.
As usual, Westin doesn't dissapoint. The property has been updated. They removed the Casino and the entire property is non-smoking. The staff was friendly and helpful. Close to the convention center and parking was free. Security was visible as can be seen in the photographs. Still, as with anyplace in Vegas, keep an eye on your personal effects and be vigilant about opening your room door. I strongly suggest callng the front desk to confirm an unexpectes knock is really an employee. Richferguson143 w- Siobhan O'Connor. 3 1/2 Stars.

Smelled of mold, or maybe mildew. Made me sneeze, and kinda' sick.
Very nice hotel right off the strip. Room was very clean and included a mini fridge for drinks. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.
