Okay .... but to spend the night near Las Vegas Boulevard and the giant star, or giant roleta I do not know how they say but it is a great viewpoint of the city very nice ....

Rooms could use sprucing up. The restaurant is very good. Loved the music playing in the lobby/casino areas! Close to the strip but not right on it which is nice.

so we actually stayed at the Westin in Las Vegas it was a wonderful hotel it definitely lives up to the Westin standards. It doesn't have a casino which actually was kind of nice to be able to have a hotel near the Las Vegas strip yet every time you went down to the lobby you didn't have to deal with the gambling and slot machines and smoking and all that stuff it's a non-smoking hotel it's really nice and with easy walking distance to the major strip so I would definitely recommend it if you don't want to deal with all that when you're staying except when you feel like dealing with it when you're staying and that's exactly what happened for us.

It's a couple of blocks off the strip, but still close enough to be near the action. It was clean, relatively quiet (no casino downstairs), and had good bourbon. The breakfast bar is really good. Depending on what I'm doing, I might stay here again.

Clean and friendly. What more can you ask for from a hotel in a location you do not plan to spend much time in the room

Nice hotel - great location. I really appreciated not having a casino in the hotel. The room was clean and nice. Service was good. Ate at the hotel restaurant daily. Service was good (at times slow)and food was okay. Serve at the pool was extremely slow but friendly. Food at the pool was fair.

Small cozy Casino friendly employees at the bar not so friendly at the club where you go get a card the gift shop was okay.

Off the strip, but still close to everything. Nice to relax with all the hustle and bustle of LV.

Nice hotel. Good staff. Hold bags for free and great location. Rooms are dated, bathrooms need updating as black grout and peeling baths etc, has the basic amenities.

The hotel room was nice but it's currently under renovation so the restaurant and bar are not available.

It's a really wonderful hotel right off the strip (but close enough that you can still walk to it). We stayed here with our little dog for 5 nights. They have a potty area for dogs. Hotel also has free parking, and the resort fee includes free whiskey tasting (3 small glasses) and dessert. The only issues we encountered were that whenever we requested anything from the front desk (extra towels, toiletries, etc.), Housekeeping never got the message. They also ran out of dog beds, water bowls, etc. even though on the website they said that it's available (and even though I called the hotel a month in advance to let them know I was bringing a dog).

The Westin is a great place to stay. It is conveniently located within walking distance to the strip. I was pleasantly greeted at the front desk and check in was fast and courteous. Housekeeping promptly arrived bringing the amenities I requested through the app. The attention to details was amazing.
Jake and Eli, the spa and Starbucks are great additions. We dined on premises and again experienced exceptional service.
The hotel has an Enterprise Car rental located in the lobby. This made it convenient to rent a car and visit, Hoover Dam and Red Rock.

I had the best experience staying at The Westin in Las Vegas. They was very friendly and the building is very clean

We loved everything about our stay here. When she found out that our connecting flight had been cancelled, Savannah the concierge went above and beyond to ensure that our unexpected visit was a great one. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay with our 3 year old. I had some mommy time at the spa.. it was very pleasant. Very friendly staff. We enjoyed the pool. It was mostly quiet so my 3 year old really loved it. Room service was very good and fast every time! We had our own vehicle so we got to do alot. We enjoyed this property over all and we will definitely be returning!

I made a reservation, but there was no room, so I waited at least 2 hours until 2 am.
I told the staff that it took 30 minutes to clean the room, but over 2 hours ... I think I got overbooked.

Service is really solid here. They treat you with respect and accommodate you to the best of their abilities. Even at 3 AM when we checked in no one was tried or grumpy and in-fact invited us in with a smile. My one and only complaint is that I wish the property was a bit more modern and renovated. That being said I do notice that they have made improvements recently with updated rooms and pool but there needs to be a little more work done to make it perfect.

Almost always, I stay here. The place is nice and have so many little things in the room that others don't.

This is a scamming hotel they just try to get you to belong to a timeshare nothing but a hustle

Not the best off the strip accommodations. Front desk service here is not friendly at all.... they are grumpy...

It was great but they aren't very helpful when it comes to solving issues with priceline. Their customer service was horrible when the reservation we made want processed right and we were charged an extra $150!!!!!

This is a great hotel to stay at just off the strip. It is very quiet and the parking is free so is the valet. Please tip the drivers though but there isn't a set price for the service. The staff is very courteous and helpful. The restaurants are nice and the full service bar is great for a night cap.

Parking is expensive, breakfast buffet for$25 is outrageous, restaurant empty. Not going back. Will. It recommend

If you want your car broken into and your belongings stolen, then come to the Westin. Then was treated very poorly by staff and security after bringing this concern to their attention. There is no security cameras on the upper parking garage floors. Homeless people drink and urinate in the stair wells. I asked staff if I could view cameras to see who broke into my car and was told I was not allowed to. They will not help you and they do not care. Please spend your money with another hotel who genuinely cares about the people and customer service. I recorded the whole conversation between staff and security to show how badly they did treat me. Feel free to email me. Stay away from this place.

Great location, 2 blocks from the strip. Since it has no casino it is nice and quiet. Only negative is that room service plates can last days out in the hallway before being picked up.

Hotel was clean. Location was good. We were close to the LINQ Promenade and Caesars Palace which was nice. There was no Casino to walk through which saves time if your not big on gambling. I took a few Stars off because of the outdated carpet in our room but mostly because of the resort fees. We paid over $100 in Resort fees. This is NOT a resort. There is a tiny pool and no Casino.. we just found at the resort fees where unnecessary... Not even sure what they are for ???

Great location just off the strip. My only complaint is the old nosey AC heating unit.

Nice enough hotel off the strip with a good bar in the lobby that's open 24 hrs. Room was a little outdated but comfortable.

Awesome staff and great hotel. Comfy beds good restaurant and pretty quiet if you aren't on roadside or near the elevator. Sean helped me at check-out and he was very professional and polished. I'd go back.

Friendly associates ; if you want to be away from craziness this is a great to hotel to stay at but still near the strip

Always enjoy staying here, since the casino is out. Close enough to Flamingo, Caesars, etc without having to deal with the cigarette smoke smell you get at every other strip central hotel

Not a huze & luxury but cozy and clean. Good people. Comp. taste coffee and bottles of water. Think they do thrie best. Good place to stay. Service is 4 Star Facility is 3 Star.

Location is convenient, but not crazy, rooms are eloquent and comfortable, beds are dream - inspiring, just heavenly, the staff is sooooo pleasant and accomodating, the white tea fragrance is so refreshing and soothing, the spa was PERFECT!!!

It's ok. The people are nice and the hotel is clean. I got room service one night and the food came quick and was good. I kept losing hot water during showers. So I knocked a star off. They didnt replenish my coffee supplies one day. So I called down to the desk and requested it. It took an hour for them to bring creamers and sweet'n low. Its included in the one star knock off. Overall, I approve. Its quiet because there's no casino. So that worked for me too. Im here for work and I'm not the Vegas "type". If that's you, this is a good spot.

Nope. I do not reccomend. We reserved 3 rooms with a manager at $69 per nite per room and said they would waive the resort fee. When we arrived and checked in they only had 1 room under the reservation and that the resort fee would not be waived. We asked if the person we dealt with could be reached and was told she left on 4/18! They were able to scrounge up 2 more rooms and even offered to only charge us the promised $69 per nite but resort fees would not be waived. Being that we really had no other options, we took the rooms.

The staff is very courteous and helpful. My room was spotless and smelled freshly cleaned. This is a great hotel very close to the strip but out of the way enough to relax peacefully.

Prepaid for a reservation that included check in as early as 4pm- par for the course. Arrived at 9:45- was informed my room was "still being cleaned" and it could be as long as an hour before my room was ready. Said that was unacceptable- they sent me to a hotel that was nowhere near as nice, and took another half hour to process the "comp" paper they gave me.

Not much to do while underage, but still a very solid hotel. Free WiFi is very nice and rooms are very clean.

Check in and check out was smooth, clear explanation of charges. The room was simple, clean and comfortable. Walking distance to the strip and High Roller. I will probably stay in the same place.

Perfect hotel just off the Vegas strip.and it doesn't take me 20 minutes to get to the front door

Old with no renovations for ages, besides TV, all equipment was broken and it's my problem that I spent 3 hours fixing and calling and waiting for staff to fix. Rude staff - no regrets or apologies. They use their guests as inspectors to check if something not working and then guests should fix everything. and crappy location - I had to hire taxi to get anywhere because USA isn't safe to walk around. Never coming back. please. avoid this duty rude place.

Awesome hotel! Very nice! Wish my room included a refrigerator and microwave though...using my empty mini-bar for a fridge..eh..it works..
