I am waiting from last 2 hours for check in and when asked stuff does not know how long it will take to provide the room to guests. There are making wait every guest outside in lobby with a free drink and asking to wait for couple of hours. Never book this hotel. This is not in season. It is a normal regular weekend.
Recommend the spa; massage and the steam room are my favorite traits of this hotel. Pool and deck usually relaxing. Someone puked in the hot tub the third night I was there so that stank the rest of the visit. Happy hour was a nice welcome.

Front desk Associates are very knowledgeable and efficient.
Parking lot is secured and security personnel are very friendly and visible to assist with any concerns you may have.
Decent hotel but the lack of a casino, dining options, and it being off the strip leave you wanting.

Front desk was difficult to find in the beginning; it's nearer the parking garage, not near the revolving doors in the front where you think it would be. Rooms were not available at 8:30pm when we checked in and had to get a text alert to when our room was ready. Pool was small and closes early, fitness center was pretty spacious and 24/7. Breakfast was excellent.
The food was good, perhaps a little greasy but better than what you'd find at certain other hotels.

A good value no-frills stay close to the strip. The room was large and clean, the check in was fast and efficient, not much noise around. Feee parking was also very useful. At the same time I was kind of missing the vibe of the Vegas, the hotel seemed a bit deserted. At the end it's all about what you expect, but if you really want to get a proper Vegas experience I would suggest to add few $ and stay at one of the glitzy Strip places
Currently under renovations, main lobby closed, parking elevators down, etc. Staff, however, was very helpful and responsive.
Me and my partner have just got back from spending the last 4 days here and it was fantastic. Great rooms, great facilities and wonderful friendly staff. Perfectly located for the strip or to find some peace and quiet. All in all we would highly recommend staying here and we already look forward to going back very soon.
Clean but dated decore. Homeless frequent the area. Food average. Was here for a company function. There are better options
The Weston is a great hotel with amazing proximity to the Vegas Strip. The rates are great, 24hr Starbucks and a new little store in there with everything you need, from snacks to wine to toiletries.

Was in town for a convention. This hotel is close to the strip with decent size rooms. Would recommend and stay here again.
Can t give more than 3 stars since they charge an unjustifiable $35/day resort fee (nothing here resembles a resort). Other than that, pretty nice hotel in a good location.

It is a good hotel. Not so close to the strip nor so far away. It has its advantages to be away from the lights and noise.
Mixed bag. Service is terrible and this should not be a Westin branded hotel as it lives up to none of the standards. Easy to walk to the strip though.

My company booked me here and promised a four star hotel. I do not believe this is a 4 star. I have never been more disappointed in a hotel room. This room is so dingy, dark and old. The coffee was not Starbucks even though they say it is. I went downstairs since the dingy little Kuerig was disgusting. Sorry but I like a good cup of coffee in the morning. I asked for best possible view on my floor and got the rooftop of below.The room was freezing last night and the heat never kicked on. There was old fruit seed on my ice tray which only enhanced my experience. The only friendly service was in the restaurant. Our waiter was excellent and he is the only good experience I've had at this hotel. I am seeing reviews now and and am seeing similar complaints. If you just just a room to crash at night this is the hotel for you. If you like quality and a comfortable stay I would highly recommend you go elsewhere. No heavenly beds here.

Very good accommodation in Las Vegas. It is located near the main attractions of Las Vegas and very close to the Strip. The price is accessible. The rooms are spacious, the cleanliness is very good and the staff very friendly. It has free parking. I recommend!
Amazing staff, great food, always made us feel welcomed and at home. Everyone was always in a great mood no matter the hour day or night. So close to the strip we walked everywhere. Woke up to amazing mountain views. Love the location. Felt secure and very well taken care of.

Lobby is a bit crowded and confusing. Pool and gym are small. However the room is comfortable and clean. Staff is friendly and it is in a great location.
Had a surprisingly great time here. The hotel gives you access to the strip but also a more relaxed atmosphere in the lobby and bar. Plus the pool area is a hidden gem. I highly recommend staying here.
It was ok. Rooms are comfortable but nothing special. It's actually kind of nice that there's no casino so it's not as loud.

I was impressed by the Westin. We were traveling with dogs and this is absolutely the best deal with only a $35 pet fee per room with a refundable deposit. Most of the hotels in the area charge an arm and a leg for a dog. Service was great, beds and towels were perfect. Only a block from the strip so great location for walking. We had a strip view room so we got to see the high roller right outside. We didn't end up eating at the restaurant or from room service. Overall, great experience.
Nice hotel, but it seems like it's getting dated, it may just be that it's not quite on the strip or that there are so many crazy-luxurious hotels nearby.

I absolutely loved my experience as soon as i walked through the door to check in, if you are looking for above standard care, and a lovely environment. This is the place to go, my friends I stayed with along with myself had a blast being able to be so central to everything. The magnificent rooms and beautiful artwork were out of this world, the room service was devine and ate every bit of my order. If i could give more then 5 stars I would.
I hope if you are staying in Las vegas you check out the Westin first before all others. As I will be a lifetime customer of this magnificent place. Stay here go book it right now before its too late.
Modern rooms with nice views of the ferris Wheel and Strip. This property is clean and pet friendly with excellent customer service. It's situated in a great location, with the strip just minutes away. Would stay here again.
The hotel is well situated, close to the airport and to the strip. The staff is really friendly and helpfull.
The pool is small but it wasnt crowded at all. And there as well the staff was fantastic.
Our room was big and clean. The bathtub shows some age but a really good falloutbase to discover the city.

No complaints not that many slot machines and gambling tables but overall decent clean Hotel and Casino but Vegas has much more to offer but for the price you can't go wrong in comparison to a Motel 6 hotel
Amenities were pretty good and staff members were helpful. The only problem was with the showers not heating properly in the morning. Everything else was top notch!
Savona restaurant has a helluva burger, decent breakfast buffet. Staff were friendly, rooms are clean, and hassle free wifi.
Large, well furnished, clean rooms. Free parking, very friendly staff and coffee in the room that you can't see through! The Americans can do it after all!
The breakfast buffet is not cheap at $ 25, but good.
An all-round successful hotel, even the best on my previous trip through the USA.
But: it's too loud. You can ONLY slam the doors. Why? Sense?
In addition, my room was separated from the neighboring room by a kind of double door. You can hear everything. Luckily there is a (good!) Air conditioning that drowns it out.

DO NOT GIVE THIS HOTEL YOUR TIME OR MONEY! There are five better choices for price, location, comfort, and service just look. In Dec 2018 the boiler room for hot water was "acting up" and after waiting and calling I took a cold shower to make my meetings on time. The hotel staff didn't seem to care much and had little urgency in resolving the issue telling me "it's an old hotel". Their end response was "sorry" and have a cheap breakfast on us down stairs for the trouble. After reaching out to their manager and three emails later I still haven't heard from anyone and will never give a dime to this organization again.
Eh.... places spells a little funny....big bulky tvs that look like they have been here since the 80's expensive wireless internet service... the place isn't horrible but def below my expectations. From the second i walk into the room every where i look they are selling me something....i turn on the TV and it had inappropriate ads for adult movies, $6 bottled water on the shelf, Internet service for $10 a day, Ads to purchase their overpriced Duvet Covers... I will pay more money next time to stay elsewhere....
Not good for business travel. I'm a Starwood Platinum member too. No club lounge (or credits for what you would get if there were one), incredibly slow Wi-Fi connection, poor LTE connection, and my Wi-Fi puck seemed to be getting it's signal jammed when in the hotel.

The hotel had NO hot water. They promised to send us the "amenities" fee back. But in the end... they didn't send the rebate... and gave us a huge run around about how they were planning to charge us after we left... but waived the fee. WHO charges for HOT WATER AFTER the customer checks out!! Just a BS story to renig on the promised rebate.
The hotel is really nice and in a good location. Location of things within the hotel is a little confusing, but the staff is quick to assist.

The westin was a great, fairly central location for everything I wanted to dowhile I was in las vegas. Beds were comfy, showers were wonderful, rooms clean.
Overall it is a good hotel, clean rooms, friendly helpful staff. Construction was going on and they changed my room immediately to accommodate me. Breakfast was decent, but a little pricey for what it was. Location is ok, not too far from the strip but still a little walk.
5/18: Excellent location, one block off the strip, very little foot traffic and noise. Staff is attentive and professional. Easy access to the strip, you can cut through Tropicana, Linq and Harrahs by the back side.
Update 5/2019: Again, excellent stay! Hotel is very clean, staff is amazing, very helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean, nicely designed. Water is RIPPING hot (caution to those that might be sensitive - hurrah for those that like it), great flow of water from the shower.
For those that don't want to travel through a casino to get to your room, this is an excellent option.
This is a really solid choice!
Clean rooms, quite place and just one block away from strip
I didn't stay at this hotel, but attended a meeting at this location. From what I could see, the property was very well kept. Hotel had a very nice restaurant, gift shop and all the amenities you would want in a hotel. Wish I had booked at this hotel, but they had no rooms available during the dates I needed.
Place is not to far from the Strip. The hotel is a lot older. Overall not to bad of a place.
Not a good experience. No water for two hours yesterday (no running toilets) Each day was woken by grinding on the roof. Hotel is run down and it shows. Great people though!
Excellent hotel! This is the nicest Westin I have had the pleasure to stay at in the United States. There is a lovely spa with a steam room and sauna. The rooms are not fancy, but are very comfortable. My room's bathroom was recently renovated with a spectacular shower for this category of hotel.
This Westin is a short walk or shorter ride to the strip and has a beautiful spa and pool in lieu of a casino and smoke. I would definitely recommend for your Vegas event and business travel!
Most likely the only Vegas hotel without a casino. Pleasant and friendly staff. Very fast service on check-in / out. Room not too big. Location of the hotel about 300m from the center. Can walk in the evening to the bigger casinos (5-15 min.). Overall impression is good.
The Westin is a little off the main strip but close enough that it's only a short walk away. It is also much easier to get in and out of than the hotels on the strip. The staff is very friendly and is quick to fix any issues. The rooms are great. Try to get a room above the 4 floor for the best views. The bed is great and I have been sleeping so well. Next to the beds there are outlets so you don't have charge your phone across the room. The restaurant is a little pricey but does serve good food. It can get crowded in the morning so make sure you plan ahead if you are in a rush.
Stayed here for NYE eve and NYE and couldn t have asked for a better experience. Rooms were super clean and staff was very helpful. I wasn t very happy about the $100 deposit, only because I was not aware of this prior to checking in, but I was refunded after our trip so that was fine. Restaurant has great food( We has the fish tacos and fried chicken sandwich). The hotel bar was reasonably priced and the drinks were pretty good!! Off the strip, but only a 5 minute walk to get there. I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a nice place to stay, to avoid the large hotels that have bad customer service, need something close to the strip and very reasonably priced!!
Pet friendly . Like that it has a small casino, restaurant and Starbucks. Rooms are good, however, last time we were there our mattress had seen better days. Our backs hurt...they weren't "Heavenly." Hoping mattresses have been changed.
Room and parking were incredibly easy to access. Staff was very friendly for my whole stay.
Pet friendly, for a fee. Stayed 2 nights with a dog and a cat, fee was $35 total for the stay. Also was charged an amenities fee ($30 X2) that wasn't billed in the original rate when booked through Orbitz. The stay was nice, rooms clean, and the price was quite fair before the shady hidden amenities fee. Still, overall a good stay, would recommend, with the warning that you will be paying some extra hidden fees at checkout.
This hotel has no casino, no free pool, no clubs or restaurants. The only thing going for it is that it's near the other big and better hotels. For a place to stay, it's decent. The budget is affordable ($$).
