Wonderful place the pools are awesomelots of golf and things to do.
Beautiful resort with several pools and meeting rooms. Service was good.
The property was very organized and the staff were surperb. I definitely felt five star, but at a affordable rate. The place very clean. The only thing was the furniture was a little outdated. My air condition went out, but with one phone call. the technician came and fixed it within 10 .minutes. I definitely be back. This is a great place for groups and families.
Do not go if you are not filthy rich. Or white. They will look at you like you aren't good enough to be there.
Not satisfied in any way. Their attitudes and the way they looked at us were enough to ruin the whole place for us.
Racist old rich white guys, at their finest.
( I am white, too, and even I picked up on it )
Perfect place for visitors if you are looking for all possible amenities in one place! (Except for a microwave). I would recommend to everyone! Great customer service!
Beautiful and gorgeous plants that grass will cut the trees or dreamed it's a very beautiful place
Everything was great! Loved this place and will definitely visit again.
Thoroughly enjoyed my stay over the past week. Sure, the buildings and rooms were a little dated, but they were well-kept and the price was nice. Forth of July at the pool was freakishly crowded so there was no place to put anything (lockers for guests or something would have been nice) but the fire works show on-site was a nice touch that we were not expecting.
Golfed here the other day for the Mike Calta Foundation and was highly disappointed in the condition of the course. Was talked up about how this is the home of the Valspar and the fairways looked like I was golfing at a $15 a round course.
While having booked through third party. Called front desk to ad additional night with no mention of wanting same rate, or concern with price was refused help. They would rather loose a client who travels quite often to area as my aging mother lives in area then even give option of booking. Beside the outdated rooms pools closed with no reason why. For being a customer service based company there surely was none given on this trip.
The minute you enter the resort you feels miles away from the rest of the world. It's not just about world class PGA golf. The restaurants are amazing! The spa is incredible! The Loch Ness pool is really cool. I just love Innisbrook!
Played Copperhead. Great course and staff. Super service in the "19th hole."
Visited this place for a dance competition but from what I could see on the outside it looked like a really nice resort.
The golf course is wonderful. I was so excited to see what a beautiful venue for the PGA.
Room decor needs updating, but the course, staff and restaurants are excellent.
Beautiful place, banquet halls available for b-day parties, work conferences, classes, etc..., Very well kept golf course, great little eateries, friendly staff.
Always a wonderful time and all of the staff is fantastic! We are members and here a lot.
The property is nice, and rooms are spacious and able to hold multiple people with a hideaway bed kitchen and amenities. The beds are comfortable. Large balconies offer great views of the courses.
Housekeepers are rude don't ask the for something because in case they won't do it they are rude about it instead of saying no in a nice way. In other words. Snooty b...
I went here for the Toby Keith concert. Once we figured out where to go we had a great time!
Great golf course. Rooms are clean but need updates.
I have been coming here for years with my family as our sort of getaway. It has always been a pleasure staying here!
Great resort, unfortunately when we played 18inches of rain in 8 days made it not as pleasant
Love Innisbrook! Beautiful course! Photobombed by Steele at tournament! Ha!
Nice view from our room. Food at the club house was amazing. Great service and nice people. Kerry was a fantastic server.
Stayed 3 days to visit family in the area. Our room was wonderful & we will be back every year.
A beautiful sanctuary for the golfer in your life. Soothing spa for her.
Great day in the sun and folliwing the golfers ar the Valspar
Hurricane Irma knocked out power at our house. The following days were a confusing mess and extremely stressful. Pinellas County emergency services provided me the info for Innisbrook as an available hotel. The staff at Innisbrook was so great! Like everything about that hurricane, there were several bumps along the way, last minute changes and uncertainty. They really worked with us through it. And the property staff we so kind and helpful even though we were like a refugee population at their resort. :) We would definitely stay there again...hopefully under more pleasant circumstances!
The room had a very unpleasant musty/moldy smell that was overwhelming. The pool lounge chairs at Loch Ness Pool had black mold on them. The server in the restaurant had an attitude. Overall, very unpleasant experience. However, the front desk staff were very understanding and listened attentively to what I was telling them. The manager called me the next morning, apologized for what had happened and explained to me in detail how the resort is undergoing renovations towards the later part of this year. The renovations of the rental units is in dire need as they are outdated and the smell is unacceptable.
I really enjoy going here however I feel the food is WAY over priced for what it is. Ive eatten here 5 times now and every time I wish the prices were lower. If your prices are that high I expect nore than average tasting food.
Beautiful place, friendly staff and a very relaxed atmosphere
We played Copperhead and the course, the facility, the staff were just amazing.
Innisbrook always has the best service, support and amenities every time I stay there. Especially when my a/c broke while I was staying there. It was fixed in less than 2 hours. The event I attended was a PGA tournament. It was a fun experience and had great service.
We just concluded a 3 day golf trip and it was phenomenal! We had a group of 16 guys and played golf on 3 different courses. Considering it was summer, we thought the courses were in great shape, especially Copperhead and the Island course. The staff was great. The guys in the bagroom and working the carts had us loaded up and ready to go each day. Claire was assigned to our group and helped get everything set up with rooms, meals, tee times and pairings. Each day she met us at the course and checked in on everything. She was great!
Our last day we got held up with some rain for our morning round. The starter worked with us and shifted our afternoon tee times back to allow for lunch. Much appreciated and great customer service!
Had a great time. Played the South course, the Island course and Copperhead. Unbelievable!
Had my nails done. I experienced extraordinary customer service. Sandra took such good care of me that I would have stayed if I could.
I've been there twice because my company held their annual sales meeting there. The staff are wonderful. But the food is very lacking. The rooms are spacious but very dated and smell musty and like mildew. I won't walk barefoot in the room.
Facilities are very nice. Parking is somewhat a problem.
Copperhead coarse was beautiful and the condo was spacious
Stayed here for an extended stay Airbnb. It is a very beautiful place. The housekeepers, groudsman, and gate security are all very sweet an helpful! It is so peaceful too! The free laundry is definitely a plus!!
If you need a quick getaway just to relax this is the place to go. I love the greenery and how there are lots of activities available for you onsite.
Innisbrook is a wonderful golf community with a great steak house and family friendly resort. The pool is a must go to with the kids. And they serve World Golf Hall of Famer Jan Stephenson Wine and Rum!
A great course for avg. Golfer IF playing the holds st 5700 yds
The resort was built in 1969 but has been updated since. Many golf courses to play, lots of restaurants to eat at. Pools and walking trails are interspersed on the huge property.
Nice rooms. Shuttle service very efficient. Staff very nice. Food is mediocre and overpriced although there are lots options outside the resort.
I was here for a conference. The venue is very nice, the shuttles between buildings are convenient and can be ordered on demand, abs there are three or four options for food and drink which vary in price, but were all pleasant. I come back here every year and I look forward to it.
We visited Innisbrook Golf Resort to attend the PGA Valspar Championship and we were NOT disappointed! The course was in beautiful condition, easy to navigate pathways, lots to see and do on the day of our visit! The food in the clubhouse was absolutely delish! Can t wait for our next visit so we can get out there and hit some balls!
The first too checked into needed a bit of deep cleaning. I asked to be moved and was immediately moved to a nice and clean room. The staff it's very friendly and polite all over the property. Lock Ness pool has beautiful waterfalls and foliage. The property is so beautiful and peaceful. I rented a bike and enjoyed seeing many different birds, beautiful trees, plants and flowers everywhere. I'm not a golfer but this property makes me want to learn so I could enjoy a day on the amazing courses. This place is family friendly and wasn't crowded. It's my first day so there's much to see and do. I'll be trying the eggs beneficial breakfast on Sunday morning. Beach volleyball, rent a Surrey. Honeymoon Island is 10 minutes away. Beautiful beach with a great sunset.
Great place to go with friends hang out at one of the pools or restaurants
