It is very unacceptable that the contact center does not give you the right information, especially when it comes to sensitive information regarding the Covid 19 entrepreneur account. Grade 1, officially 2 only because of cultural officials working in the bank's branch.

They do not have an official dinar exchange rate for the BH mark, and through ATMs when raising money with a Raifaisen BH card they are shown the worst possible exchange rate, for which, when asked for clarification, they have no answer. And those from BiH, too, have no answer to each other. They say that they are two different banks, thus misleading the user, because they bear the same name and charge ATM fees as two completely different banks.

No cooperation with them !!!

Lake of organization. No ticket counter! People can just walk in and cut in line , no body knows who's turn it is. Employees seem uninterested .
