It was very nice but I had a higher expectation because of what I have always heard. The representatives were very nice and hospitable and I would definitely come back.

Clean hotel , decent sized room and very conveniently located .

Defintely would give this hotel 5 stars for quality, customer service and value! Their pets stay for free is a huge plus. Conveniently located to I95. What really impressed me was them calling is a couple hours after check in to see how everything was and if we needed anything. Would highly recommend.

Stay elsewhere! This hotel is not up to Marriott standards. Holes in the walls in common areas. Room phone wasn't working. No regular coffee, only decaf, for rooms. Business center is a random computer in the middle of the lobby, not an appropriate setting for business use. May rethink Marriott as my preferred hotel for work travel.

I cant hesitate to recommend this store to everyone. They gave us a peace of mind during our stay. The pool area, fitness room were all fantastic. Cleanliness was well maintained in the rooms!!

The Westin Ft Lauderdale was clean and well staffed. I attended a seminar which lasted all morning. The hotel did provide a continental breakfast which was good.

Love the pool and the views on this property. I had an Awesome time and the staff here is amazing.

This is our fourth year staying at the Westin for Christmas through New Years. This is a beautiful hotel centrally located. You are 15 minutes from anywhere in Fort Lauderdale.

Rafael, the Asst. front office manager was extremely kind and helpful. He does a great job personalizing the stay just for you and your family! The bellman was also very great guy!

Really great staff, running paths, running shoe rental. Mahi mahi sandwich was great...

Great hotel and super friendly and helpful staff. Stayed here for a week on business and would go back anytime. Only down side is the location which is sandwiched in between a free way and a busy road and when looking out the window all you see and hear are cars. But that's America I guess? Rooms are a bit outdated and for some odd reason everything is brown or tan - which is a bit depressing when you're alone on business. Rooms are very clean and everything is functional. Air conditioning smells a little - but this is true for every hotel and motel I have visited in tropical areas like south Florida.

Especially because of the value of the stay, the accommodations are at the level you pay.

The gym is very small and limited, there are some treadmills and a gym, but don't expect a complete gym, it has only the basics.

The food is good, but if you put it on the tip of the pencil it is not worth it due to the rs values.

Clean and classic rooms with nice furniture in the room. I really like the all black furniture not the old extended stay brown furniture at most hotels. Also the staff is mostly ladies that are nice. I only stayed here for a couple of daysand the experinece was 1st class

Remote location, Room is smelly-dusty, door don't close flush, hear neighbours snore and talk, shower in bathtub, 3 elevators take longer than other hotels. Needs a bit of a refresh!

We host our holiday party there every year for over a decade and the staff has never let us down. They're always professionaland pleasant to interact with.

I've been working with Lynn Clark-Javanmard regarding booking and hosting a party at their facility. She absolutely awesome. She communicates well and very professional. I recently had a tasting of different items from their menu and to my surprise everything was quite good. The waiter Jacob help us during our tasting and he's great. We even ask him to attend of event. The facility is clean and updated. The rooms/suites on the hand are okay. I will recommend this location. :)

It is a good hotel, but the elevator is really a problem. It goes down to the first floor, goes up to the third floor, and takes 15 minutes to come down to the first floor.

Check in to check out cant find any complaints. The staff was great very helpful all around nice hotel. Not enough seating in pool area but didnt utilized the pool area.

Now they will renew, rooms quite okay. The housekeeping did not refreshed the Shampoo and stuff DAILY.

Recently checked into the Westin and overall was a good experience except the elevator issue. Waited over 15 min for a elevator then ended up taking the stairs

Overall this is a nice place. My only problem was the dim parking lot with no security. My mom feel and hurt herself.

This hotel ruined my vacation. This is the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed at. Front desk is rude and promise everything to fix your stay but when you check out they dont honor anything. Out of the 4 nights we had to call twice for someone to clean our rooms twice and they only did it the night before we left.

For the price the average Motel Six is in better repair. The staff were pleasant but the carpet was stained and had pattern I can only describe as blood splatter cover-up. The rest of the room was ugly and brown. The huge TV did not help. It just covered what could have been a good workable space. The closet door won't close, the bed is fine but the chair looks Too dirty to sit on and there is no where to sit apart from the TV table. The restaurant food is overpriced and uninspired and slow.

Late night bar food was good. The bartender could have been better but by no means bad. Hotel is older but rooms have been renovated and are nice. I was only there for a few hours so can't give a fair review, either way.

Service from the front to the restaurant was terrible.

We booked this hotel for one night for a little mini getaway. Plans were to check-in...chill by the pool...have dinner... watch a movie and relax and chill by the pool before checking out the next day... Check in was pretty simple. Parking lot under construction so minimal parking spots late at night. Got our stuff in and went to the elevators to go up to our room. The elevator took about 5 minutes (only 2 working very slowly) finally got up to our room, put our stuff down and began to look around. Sheets were dirty!!! Sink had a big old crack in it ..room 715 if you guys are wondering. Bathroom as tiny as can be. Counter tops peeling and the list goes on. Guys we paid $130 for the night! I felt like this was a $80 room and you get what you pay for type of deal but no we paid $130!!!! Very very disappointed...oh yea did I mention that the pool was under construction too...messed up our plans!!! Over priced restaurant on site ...way over priced room service! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. Never again.The manager gave us 2 complimentary drinks and a voucher which literally covered 2 cups of coffee and a dessert... which was nice of him..but yea $25 for room service of 2. Cups of coffee and dessert ...pretty pricey.

This Westin Hotel is much more business and corporate events, amenities, and they are focused on their needs;this makes the hotel very convient and comfortable. Unlike the otherWeston on the beach is not that way at all. The rooms are well appointd and spacious. Ees

Very nice, very clean, service was very good. Restaurant was excellent, staff very friendly. Because it is located in a commercial area, activities are limited to the facilities within the hotel property. I would definitely go there again.

Construction was occurring, room was half done, decor was not up to par, bedding was old and pillows flat. The odor in the rooms were bad

The staff at this hotel is incrediblly helpful and cheerful. I love all of them, especially the front desk gals, the gal in the British ascent. I gave a 4 star because their engineers can not fix the air to set higher correctly. I gave up after 3 attempts.

Yikes. Kind of dumpy for a Westin. Stayed here for a corporate event. Worn carpeting, highway noise everywhere (the room, the pool). One restaurant onsite, and nothing else in walking distance. That restaurant is closed for several hours through the day, so there is literally nothing to eat until traditional mealtimes. Employees are friendly, but they don't have much to work with.

You are much better-off at a cookie-cutter Hilton or Marriott at half the cost.

We visited the Westin for a night stay for my birthday. The property is clean, has free parking, staff is nice and rooms too. The reason i gave it 4 stars is because the Pool had very little amount of benches/chairs to seat and there was nobody there to ask if they had more. Also pool is lacking a bar which would have been awesome.

With so many extra guests for our event, adjustments needed to be made quickly and the staff was very accommodating. The food itself could have been better but it still turned out to be a wonderful event. Thanks Sean Phillips!

This hotel hires transportation companies to the port and the airport that do not pay their employees their salary and steal them indiscriminately is a lack of responsibility on the part of this hotel and its administrators who seem to be conspired to do this type of theft

Very convenience location, right next to high way exit.

Nice rooms and bathroom facilities. Good food and all around good service. Internet could be faster though. Struggled streaming HD YouTube videos let alone Netflix ones

I had dinner there last night, I had to admit they blown my expectation. They were friendly and helpful Jean, Tony and all of them. I can't wait to go back again.

Very disappointing. The sink was clogged and took 10-15 minutes to drain each time. The blanket SMELLED- do they ever wash it? The elevator was malfunctioning, so we had to wait a while for a working one. All in all, not something i expected from a Westin. If i would have wanted a sleazy motel, i would've asked (and paid less) for one. NOT IMPRESSED.

The hotel is very easy to find and the people who work there are very sweet and helpful.

We got there at 1 am to check in a prepaid room but they were sold out
They asked us to stay one night in a room in the basement that stunk so bad
The clerk was gagging it smelled so bad

I didn t love this hotel. Cheap amenities in standard room. When I got in, it was middle of night, and I couldn t get deal lights or TV on as everything had been unplugged (I guess during cleaning) and it took me 20 minutes to figure out where the plugs were and I had to move heavy furniture to get to them and plug them in. Also, the breakfast wasn t great.

NOT a Westin -grade hotel. Rundown. Checking into room the carpeting had a huge water-soaked area outside of bathroom. Restaurant closes at 5:30PM, so no dinner. !!! Had room service in am and the oatmeal was ghastly and coffee terrible and barely warm. Never again.
