The Westin will never disappoint. The management, staff, food outstanding!!

Very reasonable price. Great breakfast buffet (but must purchase)

The service was just fine, but the building is old and that really shows when it comes to rooms' ACs and the elevators, among various other smaller problems

Room was ok, bath not so clean and to much noise. Easy access an good service from the people in the lobby. I lived the lavander balm!

Nice lobby. Pool area was dirty. Rooms were average. Got stuck in the elevator for 20 minutes until help arrived. Most likely would not stay there again.

Room was very spacious and seemed to be well put together. The bathroom was nice and the shower enjoyable. The tall lamp needed a new knob. The beds were comfortable. There was a comfortable chair and ottoman as well as a desk. The price was OK for being a few days before Christmas.

Standard to queen bedroom located in Fort Lauderdale. Pleasant enough.

The rooms look old, the hotel need to be updated, And the tables were chipped and they over charge for breakfast. A Hampton hotel would NEVAAAAA!!!! Not to mention the carpets are dirty and it gives the room a moldy smell.

Friendly staff with updated rooms. Good food and centrally located to other shopping and dining options. Hotel shuttle service is available and two-way for local attractions.

If the pool was open I'd give it another half star but it was being renovated. Other than that, it feels a bit old in the room. I stayed in the executive suite and it felt comfortable but dated. The staff was always helpful and the room service was legit. You can spend a little more and stay at the hotel on the beach which we'll probably do next time we're in town.

It lacks maintenance. If it is very comfortable but the rooms lack a little love

Slow moving elevators. Very hot the corridor to go to the rooms.

Nice property with a great breakfast for Platinum members including a full buffet; and omelette station. Property has a nice outdoor pool and fitness center. Has a great walking path behind the property that we enjoyed. Staff was very friendly around property and in dining room. Location is decent; short drive to the beach and other local attractions. Very well priced. Had a few hiccups in service; inconsistent in replying to chat in the SPG app so didn't get housekeeping, didn't have any foam pillows on property and personally found the ones on bed too soft; had to have toilet repaired as the handle fell off, and no towels at the pool one day, and room key didn't work to get back in after using jogging path. Staff at front desk and everyone I interacted with in dining room, in hallways, were very nice. Had some small snacks in the afternoon near the front desk. Not sure if those are there everyday or only because we stayed during the holiday week.

First time visiting this business location and was impressed by the level of service, cleanliness of the surroundings. Restaurant service in the evening was a bit understaffed, overall great experience.

Great hotel, wonderful staff. A little far from the Ft.Lauderdale airport, expect a $50.00 cab ride from the airport. Uber is a better option.

I stayed here on February 5th for a Workers Compensation Seminar and I really enjoyed my stay. The room was very nice and the hotel is soooo BEAUTIFUL! I LOVE IT. I plan to go back for vacation

While there they had a party in the dining room. Had to eat at bar and there was not that much room. The room was adequate and the bed was nice. A little far to the cruise port.

I'd like to say that this hotel was great but that would be a bit of a lie. During my stay i had to call twice for a maintenance person to come and check the a/c. This was a huge problem- especially because I was staying for my wedding and would be using the room to get ready in. Both times that the maintenance guys came up he told me that the A/C was fixed. Sadly it wasn't and my hair and makeup along with my bridal parties makeup paid the price. It was somewhat of a disaster on an already stressful day. when i returned for the evening i had a room change, which did help in the end. I am very disappointed at how the A/C issue was handled though. It was not all bad though, Ariel at the front desk was very helpful in sending more amenities to the room :-)
In all, i felt that the hotel could have done better and it might be a good idea to start with revamping the rooms and some of the staff.

Great space for holding a large meeting or convention.

My grandma was staying here and she had nothing but great things to say about the hotel and location

Staff was very nice and helpful, wasn't 5 star because some our furniture was pretty beat up and old(couch kinda gross) but it's under construction, so I think they're redoing those things, including the pool. You can ride the shuttle over to another hotel pool, kids were too tired to go that far. However, did get a relatively lower price than other hotels, probably due to the construction, so all in all a good value for now. If you want a 5 star experience, probably wait till after construction.

I liked that the black cleaning lady directed us where to go as the Hispanic man at the didn't seem to notice the folders in our hands which may have suggested to him we were going to the job fair.

Great hotel, great service, a bit out of the way from the beach, but worth it!

Overly disappointing Westin Hotel. The staff appeared friendly when we arrive however it just went down hill from there. This morning one of their staff members ENTERED OUR ROOM without permission at 8:45 AM. Unannounced visit. Then I go to the front desk to utilize shuttle service, and while the attendant is calling the driver, a man appears from no where to inform me that there is no shuttle available today. Much to my surprise, we walk outside and the shuttle is taking other guest somewhere! Imagine that! We have been very loyal to the Marriott/SPG brand of hotels but this experience at Westin has left a horrible taste in my mouth.

Do yourself a favor, don't stay here.

Nice hotel with great amenity but saw a few unknown tiny bugs crawling around on the venity table near a coffee maker in our suite.

Bed and shower good, building infrastructure like HVAC and windows facing interstate noisy even in 15th floor. Doors let through too much hallway noise and light in evenings. Mainly picked hotel for location close to business meetings.

We stayed here for a quick trip to Florida to see family. The location of the hotel is convenient for getting to and from the airport and anywhere off 95. It's about 15 minutes from Pompano Beach and from Fort Lauderdale (ex Las Olas Blvd). We quickly got checked in and got our breakfast vouchers. What was the most annoying about the hotel was how the pool construction was not disclosed. It was not until we walked around the premises that we saw a small sign that says that sorry for the inconvenience, but that you can use the Marriott Fort Lauderdale North Pool. We choose this hotel over others since there was free parking and a beautiful pool. So it was disappointing how the hotel handled the pool closure. We didn't wait for the shuttle and drove over to the other pool, which was nothing special. The buffet breakfast is worthwhile with the bed and breakfast package. They change some of the options daily, which is nice. Also got take out at night from the restaurant too, which was good as well. Overall it was a pleasant stay at a Westin. For the price, we can't complain, plus very close proximity to where we needed to be.

So did not live up to brand standards. Did not stay after getting into room. Poorly kept and smelled of mold.

The Westin Fort Lauderdale is a lovely hotel. It's close to the east-side of Fort Lauderdale which is convenient for friends and family during extended stay periods. And the property is beautiful, clean and has a very professional security staff.

Very friendly staff. It's modern and clean. Love that they have a pool and jacuzzi. Rooms are also a great size.

Only negative is the location doesn't offer anything around it. But if you're in FL and trying to walk to places, then you have other problems. And wifi can be slow.

Its a perfectly fine hotel for the price. There wasn't really anything within walking distance of the hotel though, and it wasn't really close to where we spent our time, but that's my fault for not checking the surrounding area.

The room was horrid there was fecal matter all over the head board, vomit on the floor, boogers on the countertop, it smelled retched, and it looked like someone walked on the roof. We immediately checked out and booked into another room. FYI Westin you get one star because there is not a zero star option.

Was there for a conference. The food was nice and the conference rooms were good. The service was good.

At the end of the day you want a clean hotel and a friendly face and this place has both. Our room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant had surprisingly good food and the staff was attentive and caring. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable.

Pretty worn down business hotel next to the highway. Kinda noisy. Lousy service, poor breakfast. Price level is fair though. You get what you pay for.
Mostly guests on business expense with all the pros and cons that come with it. Some rooms tend to be a bit bigger than usual (also older and worn down).
Essentials work: Beds are ok, water pressure is good, no disturbing noises for a good nights sleep (with closed windows and AC off).

It s 8:40 pm Saturday night and our room still hasn t been cleaned. I ve been up and out of the room since 7 am.

The hotel is nice, staff very friendly, the only thing was the suit we stayed in was outdated, it needed to be updated badly

Got upgraded to the suite style. The hot water wasn't working but the manager was very accommodating in rectifying the situation

If you are staying here, then don't forget to try their "Lentil soup".

The customer service or hospitality management services have been phenomenal.

Had appetizers, coffee and a great waitress. Maria was awesome. The food was great. Chicken quesadillas and the trio app were fresh and well seasoned.

The hotel has a great feel and delightful aroma when you walk in from the door! The staff is excellent and on point, ready to welcome you with their fully trained competencies and water. The only thing I found that come up a little short is the Blue Algae in house restaurant food, and the hotel Mattress is not in line with the total experience.

The GM was not helpful at all I spent 20 hours W no electric and no water and she compt me 20 bucks.... What a joke..... Very low rent hotel W high prices not worth it atall

I can t believe the service. My room wasn t made then water all over the already dirty carpet when I get to my room. I called someone comes up within 15 min. It bad but then determines is a problem wi AC which wasn t working properly since I checked in. To add injury to the already tiered traveler they take over an hour and I don t hear anything call again. Which by the way every time I called it took forever for someone to pick up the phone. Oh I almost forgot TV wasn t working either claimed it was internet. Anyway I called and then they had decided they will change my room but why weren t they calling me before ?? I go down and they asked what can I do for you after they hand me the bill for two full nights. What can you do for me ??? You ask..... why not. Not charged for the two horrible nights. Don t stay here. Very expensive and dirty. Oh did I mention I had a beautiful view obstructed by dirty windows !!
