Location is great. Twenty minutes from the airport and about 15 minutes from the beach. Our room was nice with great views. Only negative is that there were only 2 sets of towels and it was four of us. It took a while to get more. We would stay here again.

First class stay with family. We attended a wedding there and the whole experience was first class. Most all facilities were available and everything was presentable. Staff was pleasant and friendly. Rooms were spacious and clean and comfortable. Location of the hotel is perfect. Total value is excellent.

I attended the Garmin certified marine installers one day class at the westin in the various conference rooms provided there. The hotel was very clean and new, the staff were extremely friendly and professional. The lunch they provided was delicious. The lobby was gorgeous and had a living plant wall in it. I did not get to check out any of the rooms, but I bet they were very nice.

Beginning with Checkin at the Front Desk with Gina, we felt very welcome. Our stay was so enjoyable as we did explore and experience the pool area, fitness room, restaurant and just relaxing in the lobby area!
Lastly but not least, we were actually rejuvenated after a good night's sleep.

Way overpriced for what you get. Musky rooms and a property with a lot of deferred maintenance. The elevators are a complete mess. Elevator that s not used keeps opening and closing by itself and ding donging all night long. Forget about sleep. When I made a complaint they told me it is what it is.

At 2:30pm I had to call front desk to receive room cleaning. Apparently it is optional in a $250 a night hotel. Greatly disappointed.

Update: it gets worse. They ended up charging me for an extra night, even though I didn t stay there. When I sent them my original information to get it reversed, I never got called back even after several attempts. Finally disputed the credit card charge. How ridiculous.

My room sheets were dirty. I had to switch rooms twice. Next day there was dog poop near the pool then at 3am a domestic disturbance. It took a manager 2 days to call me back. What a nightmare!!!

Very nice hotel and a phenomenal breakfast. That alone gets 5 stars.
More than enough parking. The rooms well furnished. Unfortunately, the pool landscape was under construction, so we had to dodge into the partner hotels Marriott and Sheraton.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.

By far the WORST Westin experience my husband and I have EVER had. From the moment we arrived, it was a complete zoo. Nasty front desk experience. We did like the jovial englishman who held our bags though, a shining star in a pit of despair. Went to the pool around 10am to wait for our room (had requested an early check in from comimg off of a cruise ship). Every chair at the pool was covered with towels which people had obviously gone down early to reserve. When we asked what the deal was with the empty but toweled chairs, the attendant said that they allow that for atleast an hour before removing the towels to allow others a chance. The pool is super small and the chairs are wall to wall so we decided to head to the beach across the street. We took the walk over and elevator down to the very small beach along the main road in front of the hotel. When asked the attendant for 2 chairs and an umbrella close to the water, he told us non were available. The only chairs available were the ones by the road. So we took one since my husband cannot do full sun do to a recent melanoma scare. Oh, BTW, a big race was going on so we felt as if we were sitting in beach chairs along side a road race in NYC. Anyway, after we sat down, the attendant let us know there would be a $20 charge for the use of the umbrella. This already on top of the $45 "resort fee". What a joke!! Resort?? I think not. After about 20 minutes of a cigar smoker next to us and the screaming from the race, we decided to go back up to the pool to see if any chairs had opened up. Nope. Plus, by that point, I would have not even stuck a toe in that nasty, murky pool. So disgusting!!! We then decided to have lunch at the attached restaurant called Lona. It was a pleasant surprise with a Sunday 3 course brunch with delicious food and margaritas included for only $24 per person. Highly recommend. After lunch we gave it one more try at the pool and no dice. Worse than ever. So at that point, why not, let me try the spa! Haha- fat chance. No treatments available. Oh well, let's go to our room and relax and watch a movie. Ha! The Movie part of the TV was out of order. Forget that. After a nice nap. (The Westin beds never disappoint ), we decided on room service. We called around 8pm and were informed there would be a $5 service fee and a 1 hour wait. No thanks. Just wanted a grilled cheese and some fries. Maybe a soup. Oh wait, they did not have soup on the menu tonight. So, we are here in our room, starving and ready to get the heck out of here and never return. Seriously, there are so many nice hotels right around this area and I sugest you chose one of those instead. Again, HORRIFIC stay. Embarrassed for Starwood that this is one of their Westin hotels. We have stayed in many and it is always our 1st choice. Atleast is was until today.

This might be the worst Westin in existence. Friendly staff, but dingy, depressing rooms. My first room had a leaking/dripping ceiling.

The replacement room smelled like something was burning.
Worse: The tub couldn't drain as fast as the shower.
Instead of hopping into standing water, I got the heck out of dodge.

Everything about the rooms is bad: Worn/stained carpet, countertops look filthy (complete with a note about some sort of manufacturing error that makes the counters look dirty). The upholstery is dated and looks dirty. Buzzing, cheap, fluorescent lighting and everything looks worn. It's just a total miss.
It's that bad. This place doesn't deserve the Travelodge name, let alone Westin.

This place would get six stars if I could post it. I'm a local and the wife and I like it so much, we use it as a weekend getaway. The rooms look a little dated but the people that work here truly make the difference. The chefs in the restaurant are excellent and Chris was an excellent manager. Jade at the pool was also great! Too many names to remember. All we're excellent. The people make the place, and in that respect, this place feels like home....away from home. I hope the recent acquisition from Marriott does not change this hotel. In fact, it should be a model for Marriott to build from. Nora and I will be back soon!!!

I have copd and the room was so warm, I couldn't breathe. We were moved from our first room because of it. The second room was no better. Since it was obviously regulated, it could not be lowered.

I was only in the reception hall but it was beautiful. The food was great, deserts could have been better and the dance floor could have been bigger. Other than that, the place was absolutely beautiful

It's an amazing place with great steak and the hospitality is appreciated. A nice big parking lot a pool and a gym which gets the job done. I would recommend renting a car from the hotel as they give you a good deal. Had an amazing time there.
