Lobby and restaurant areas were nice. The pool area looked a little neglected.

Rooms are clean and the service is good. Room interiors could be nicer though. The carpet is really ugly.

Westin always has consistently great service, clean rooms and comfortable beds. I wish I remembered the name of the gentlemen who checked me in because he was exceptional and an example of how all people working in customer service should be.

Only stayed one night but the pool area looked good and the hotel bar was lively.

Convenient to get there, spacious. Perfect for a business breakfast.

Gem is such an attentive employee who really cares for her guests. From check in to check out she made sure that my family and I were taken care of during our stay. The smile is contagious and lights up the room.

Great hotel. Upon arrival the driveway wasn't crowded . Staff was also great. Rooms were clean.

The location was nice being right off of i-95. I arrived early at 11am and they allowed me to check in early which I was pleased with since I needed a nap after a 5 hour drive. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. My only issue is the place was a little dated, it was still nice though. I know it's not a big deal but I disliked the fact that the bathroom didn't have exhaust.

Very nice hotel. We were upgraded to a small suite. The view was very nice. The hotel is a 5 star hotel and at a good location.

I found the restaurant prices a tad high, but the food was great and I didn't have to leave the hotel. The rooms were spacious clean and affordable.

We checked in today and were told that the pool is under construction. we should have been told that when booking. Very unhappy.

They are remodeling the place and started working somewhere close to our room at 8am. We had a late flight so we needed to sleep in but that didn't happen. The ice machine wasn't working. Needless to say I was very disappointed.

My stay was not the best, but when I reviewed the hotel poorly; the front desk manager, Joshua, reached out to me. We talked on the phone at length, and what I found was someone very willing to address my concerns. He made no excuses, but instead assured me that he would speak to the individuals involved in an effort to move forward and prevent a recurrence. My stay was in no way in no way a reflection of this property, but was an isolated incident.
We had a great dinner in the restaurant, and would stay here again.

Parking was free and in adequate supply. It was clean. Otherwise it felt nothing like a Westin. But given the neighborhood I guess one shouldn't be surprised by the utilitarian feel.

Staff was very nice and accommodating, room is clean and bed is very comfortable, pool is excellent. The WiFi however was total garbo, coverage was good but network was poorly managed, speeds were not even usable for browsing websites on my smartphone.

I have edited the previous comment .... the attention is 100% ... just one detail ..... they need staff in the front desk..bilingues.

This is a very nice hotel it s always clean and all the employees are so nice the employe that I want to point out that was so helpful was Antonio that worked in the restaurant here he was very helpful and nice. Overall thus is a great hotel

Rooms were clean and spacious with a very friendly atmosphere. The best quality of the hotel was the housekeeper Pericil Toussaint. She let me sleep in and replenished whatever was needed in the room and did so with a wonderful and pleasant attitude. Employees like her are a pleasant reminder that there is great humanity left in this world. Pericil not only deserves a raise but recognition as the face of customer service and the overall values of Westin. She is the epitome of pride, strength, hard-work, and is just a kind pure soul. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Hotel staff its great and very helpful. Hotel room its spacious and bed it's very comfortable. The room has NO microwave and only a small cooler. The pool area is very good but no playground or gameroom. For this reason I wouldn't call this a kid friendly hotel. Restaurant is good a little overpriced but it's expected at any hotel. I visited with my wife and 2 daughter and had a great time.

I've driven by a million times and wondered what it looked like. This place is really nice! The pool was out of order which sucked but still, this place was everything I thought it would be.

It was not a good after checking in we went to our room to be surprised by another guest that had the key to the same room definitely talking to manager about this in the morning

If I could give no stars I would. I never write reviews but I had to for my experience here. Check in is at 3 my room wasn t ready until 7pm!! They had a fire alarm go off early in the morning. Customer service (for lack of a better word) SUCKED!!!!! I will never stay here or any other Westin hotel again honestly. Not worth the total aggravation and inconvience.

Some unkempt areas. The restaurant serves a good breakfast but the lunch or dinner menu is not very varied. Waitresses half distracted but in bad taste who when you notice they circle the suggested tip to emphasize that you should leave their percentage.

Great rate room as promised. Nice pool and deck. Good workout room. Only had breakfast buffet which was good and well supplied friendly staff. Will would stay again in Ftlauderdale

Very nice hotel. Not very good options for food onsite, but there are a lot of restaurants nearby

Dirty. Moldy shower curtain liners, bathroom countertops literally in pieces, filthy fabric chair, etc. I pre-paid so I m sticking it out, but avoid until after the renovation. If this is indicative of the Westin standard, I ll keep using my Hilton Honors membership!

My experinces with the hotel was not good. I had issues with the room being cleaned when we left out for the day. I had to ask several times to have my bed changed due to blood being on the sheets and my comforter was on the dirty floor. After speaking to several people they finally got it together. After I checked out I left my wallet in the safe and call the hotel to have someone check the safe, they told me they did, well i received a IM message from a women stating she found my wallet in the safe. I called the hotel and I in formed them and was told that someone did say the found a wallet and the staff did not get my wallet back. Very displease with the hotel, and I still do not have my wallet.

Place is sharp. Pool is heated while its cold out with great access to the beach. Great customer service! No free parking.

I wish I could rate negative stars for this hotel. My family is staying in this hotel because our house is under construction. After we checked in and went to our suite, to our surprise, the entire hotel is under construction. There is banging from 8 am until 10 pm every day and night. We have complained numerous times. The general manager has yet to contact us despite being told with every complaint that she will reach out to us to address our concerns. We have paid over $2,000 for our miserable stay. Do yourself a favor and book another hotel.

The front desk staff are incredibly illinformed. They all stated they had no information on our reservation. Extremely disappointed in this particular Westin location. Westin is known for excellence and this was not.

The place is outdated, and smelly. I'm surprised they have any star ratings at all, and for the condition it's in not worth 250-350/night. There are other hotels in close proximity that may not have as high of a star rating, but in actuality are much better condition and slightly lower rates.

The staff however were nice and very helpful, but I personally would not come back to the Westin again.

this hotel has a good location and free parking. there is no bell-boy service so you need to carry your own bags to your room. the hotel front desk staff are abrupt and not very keen to detail. the lady checked me into the wrong room, and when I went down to change it she acted like she was doing me a favor to get me a bigger room. the breakfast is really good and staff in the restaurant are friendly. I was upset with the check-in process and the managers were all saying different things and each were offering different credits- this got confusing because in the end I was charged for it all. the hotel manager understood the matter and refunded it all back, which took a lot of explaining. hopefully your stay will be better than mine.

Hotel was recently redone. Beds were great. Employees were friendly. Location was easily accessible. Would stay again.

If anyone out there is trying to find good deals for hotel rooms go over to . reserved a hotel room on there and these guys had the absolute best prices any where!

Went for a seminar down there in Fort Lauderdale,FL. Loved the atmosphere the design, cleanliness of the place and comfortable beds. Would definitely stay again if I had the money. Just was not impressed with the restaurant and the food.

Nice. As soon as we walked in, we got handed a bottle of water. Check in was smooth, room clean. Breakfast great.

By and large a great stay. The hotel bar has basic cocktails, advertising not withstanding. They promptly fixed an issue with the hair dryer in my room. The decor... the assymetrical headboard and artpiece design had an OCD co worker completely manic and the room carpet leads me to believe they designed the room in preparation for a serial killer visit... yes that is the pattern for the whole room... oh, and don't worry, it appears most or all of the nightstand doors hang crooked. Bad hinge design. The bed was clean and comfortable and my room was quiet.

I checked in for a two night stay not knowing I would be impressed. First of all this is a classy hotel, I can only imagine how vibrant and bustling it is during normal operation. I requested a room on a higher floor, I was provided with a 12th floor room( would have been 15 but they aren't utilizing all rooms at the moment). The style of the rooms are modern and so nice, not to mention they are renovating the interior and rooms. Every staff member I interacted with was pleasant and answered any questions I had about my stay. I will be back I have to get the full experience of this beautiful place.

Definitely been to better Westins. The service staff are very nice. But when I asked management if they knew that one of their elevators takes you to the wrong floor, their response was "oh that is a temperamental elevator". When we called about the bathroom door sticking locked the front desk girl was annoyed she had to find someone to unlock it. Then the gentleman promised to have the door fixed in the morning but no one had followed up. The only reason there's two stars here is because they're some employees here that made it too hard not to recognize them. Wish I had the house keepers name she was awesome. The restaurant staff add well are very nice.

Bar tab expensive. But beautiful pool and rooms. 30 miles from cruise ship. But only $30.00 on Uber and Lift Bathroom was very small.

Made reservations about 2 months in advance for a King bed, when I was checking in the clerk told me that all the King rooms had sold out and only two queen beds were available. She also stated that I already paid so either I take the room or lose my money. The rooms are outdated & the furniture is old. When we walked in the room it spelled like mildew. It's definitely not like other Westin hotels. I recently stayed at the Westin in Alexander Va for my birthday and everything was perfect. The rooms there are beautiful & modern. Very classy rooms unlike this Westin, definitely trashy. Only positive is the bed was super comfortable & house keeping was on point. If you're not going to live up to the Westin standards then please change the price that you charge people to stay there.

Brunch at their restaurant was great, specifically the eggs benedict. The service was very slow.

Nice hotel. No club lounge but easy access to major roadways toget to meetings quickly. Watch out for i95...notorious for delays.

The staff was incredibly friendly and the facilities were clean. I was only here for a professional event in the ballroom, but I would definitely consider staying here if the opportunity arises.

I didn't like this place. Food here is way overpriced. Nothing within walking distance to visit. Unless you want to walk through slums

The hotel rooms were subpar. The enamel on the surfaces had rubbed thin. The shower had mold in the grout. The shower curtain had stains. It was really shocking to see a Westin in this bad of shape. I talked with other guests, and we all had to request extra toiletry items that were not in the room. Definitely will not return!!

The most comfortable bed EVER!....BUT....the restaurant was horrible....the menu was horrible and there wasnt anywhere near the hotel for a good restaurant....but the bed was amazing.....so for a good nights sleep - 5 stars...restaurant...2 stars...

KICK ASS pool. Non-suite rooms a little cramped but very nice.

I thought from look when we walked in that we were going to have an amazing room and an AMAZING TIME..I was in room 327 on NEW YEARS 2014..The BED was the best thing this place had to offer... But to start off our mini refrigerator didn't work so I called to the desk and they said they would send up someone to check on it and they never came. An hour passed so I called again and they said they would send someone AGAIN.. still NO ONE. I was headed out and stopped by the front desk to tell them that I called 2 times and nothing I asked for another fridge and they said by the time I get back I would have a fridge in my room .. I said good because I might have leftovers from dinner , which I did. and it went bad because I didn't have the fridge that they said would be there.. so much money wasted... I was looking around the room and noticed the wall by the air conditioner was all bubbling up and needed to be fixed. The shower pressure wasn't good and then I went to bed.. In the morning I went to check out and told the man at the front deck about my dilemma with fridge and he said he would like to compensate me and I asked how and he said how about with breakfast vouchers.. I said ok but he only handed me 2 and we had 6 in our party. I went to see how much breakfast was and the buffet was $19.00 a person.. and that means I have to fork out $60.00 more to feed us all.. so I took the vouchers back and said can he do better and he told me NO.. I thought that was a little off so I said uuumm ok and left .. I am sure he could have done better, he just choose not to. There is no Free wifi or Internet either. I will NEVER use this hotel again.
