We have dinner here alot. Great service and great food. Best kept local secret.

Clean, nice atmosphere, variety in restaurants, kind staff, affordable table games.

For a small casino this place is pretty modern and well maintained.

Poncho and Willies inside the Western Village always has fantastic food and service. Only complaint is the hostess.

Mostly friendly staff, decent games fun environment

There is a prominent no weapons sign and no colors sign at the entry. The restroom was clean. Parking was sufficient. Wait staff at Poncho and Willie's were forgetful and did not bring requested beverage item until after we were done and it was not quite right. The cell phone table ready notification worked better than the old beeper devices.

40 years and they are still THE BEST AT EVERYTHING TO MAKE YOUR TIME THERE SAFE AND ENJOYABLE THEY PICK THE MOST HELPFUL HARDWORKING FRIENDLY AND SMART PEOPLE TO SERVE YOU AND I CAN ONLY THINK OF TWO THINGS I WISH WERE DIFFERENT:
1.FIND A "MONEY BLAST" SLOT MACHINE by Konami
2. Replace their chairs with seating for LARGE PEOPLE TOO! We would play longer.

The Cafe has such excellent food. So good I had to sneak a peek at the chef! Thank you for your consistent attention to detail!!

I go to the steakhouse here, the steakhouse is amazing, always good food and friendly staff. The only thing that threw me off was that we had gotten told by some young lady at the entrance to the restaurant that we couldn't make reservations to eat there, and that a wait time was 2 hrs, only to later find out on another day from a lady that has worked there for over 15yrs that we can make reservations. Once she told us that the second time around we made our reservations and had no problem when we went back on our date.

Great food at a very reasonable cost at Cafe Bellini. The Steak House has the best steaks in town.

Steakhouse is the best in town, but they need a non-smoking area in the casino, preferably around the steakhouse and Bellinis.

The parking sucks, but the food is great, gambling is okay, need more waitresses on the floor..

Came 2 ur casino yrs ago & found it Awfull,smelly,dirty etc,now it's clean,beautiful & welcoming,can't wait 2 come back

Ate breakfast. Was only adequate. Eggs were overdone. OJ did not get brought. Was not checked on after food was delivered. Pricey.

Had a problem with a machine they looked into it and saw there was a problem and gave me 3 dollars back out of 20

The rooms are nice and clean but the security is unorganized. I've been stopped by 4 guards for having a open carry gun on my hip in a holster in the hallway by my room not in the same building as the casino. I was told I couldn't have the gun in the building intell I told them it's a legal gun in a legal open carry state and I'm doing nothing but my 2nt ammendment right. Other then that the place is not bad

Pancho and Willies in Western Village has some of the best prices for margaritas in town. If you don't mind cheaper tequila and a sweeter Margarita then this is your place. They sell 48 Oz margaritas for $3 and 12 Oz ones for $1, as long as your order an appetizer. Then if you are in the mood to gamble a little they have $1 blackjack on the weekdays (excluding Friday) and $1 everything else as well. This is one of the best places to go if you're short on a little cash and still want a good experience.

Crooked dealers. Blatantly cheating.

I played roulette and the the lady "accidentally" left a 2nd marble in the roulette wheel for several spins. I remember it was in 17. After several games with no winners she ignored it. I didn't think much of it since it wasn't my number.

The moment one of my numbers came up she said it was no good since there was another ball in the wheel. After calling her out she partially refunded my last game but I still say that it was pretty suspicious.

Stay clear of this crooked place!!!!!

And before anybody accuses me of slander, I will have gaming commission subpoena the surveillance video on Friday, January 5, 2018 at about 215pm-330 pm!!!

Western Village has several different dining options and casino games.

Nice small casino with very good dining options. Haven't won much here though as is the same with all peppermill properties. Check cashing here is free and will get you two free drinks!

I always find the restaurants at Western village to be completely average. Today was no different.

They steakhouse use to be good but now has gone down hill

Love this place. We Love to eat at Poncho and Willie's, Great Food, Great Service and Reasonable prices. We've been visiting for too many years to remember.

Nice cozy quiet room. Very clean. Across the parking lot is the casino, so the rooms are quiet.

Very expensive rooms with no bath tub. It was a Friday night, but not even a paper in the morning, let alone a blonde, redhead and brunette. $150

Very clean rooms! The card keys can be a little finicky on the hallway door.

Have heard good things about Western Village. Went with coworkers to help them unwind. Typical casino atmosphere and workers were helpful. Usual play & drink action there with cocktail girls not being pushy. Nobody insisted that I needed a drink so I was quite comfortable watching my coworkers playing craps.. interesting game.

The beer caps tasted like 69s car.The pizza was the best dominos pizza I ever tasted.My cousin and I got pizza and loved it.The pizza was thicc like pokimane.The cheese is a good substitute for bathwater, creamy cheesy just like my dogs cum.James Charles kept on touching my straight uncle, he thought it was a stripping pole and covered his pp with his pizza by sticking it in, it's ok though because James Charles kissed him and left.My wife got in on the action

Staff are very friendly.
Hotel is separate from casino.
Big spacious rooms, great parking, have access to dispose of garbage. Range of on site restaurants within the casino, one of which is 24 hours.

Only slight area for improvement is that the bathrooms feel like they need to be refurbished

Went to dinner with my wife. Went to the Mexican restaurant just for appetizers and drinks. The staff was very friendly and very attentive. Food was good definitely will kill go again.

HAVE HAD BETTER, FOR LESS. THE COVID IS BLAMED FOR EVERYTHING, BUT BAD ATITUDE, PRODUCT, COMPANY AND FOOD KNOWLEDGE COMES FROM LACK OF TRAINGING AND SUPERVISION. FROM THE BACK OF THE HOUSE TO THE FRONT OF THE HOUSE; SEATS WERE DIRTY, FOOD TOO SALTY; NO CONSERNS; I DON'T CARE KIND OF ATTITUDE. WE DON'T GO OUT BECAUSE WE DON'T KNOW HOW TO COOK, BUT TO GET SOMETHING THAT WE NORMALY DON'T COOK, AND TO GET WAITED ON AND ENJOY BEING AWAY FROM COOKING AND DIRTY DISHES. MANAGERS NEED TO DO THEIR JOB. IF THEY DON'T KNOW THEN THEY SHOULD BE DOING SOMETHING ELSE.

Not too big of a casino but very elegant. Diners have great prices and great food, my personal favorite choice for blackjack. Friendly place to be.
