Decent, affordable food at all of their restaurants.

Went for breakfast, clearly told a 15 min wait when we came back in 20 min without being called they told us it was 50 min and nothing they could do.

Had a party of 6 at the steak house. Service and food was excellent.

The food is awsome and the customer service is great.

Casino, great steakhouse that's cheap for prime beef and 5 star quality.

Really impressed with the casino. Relaxing atmosphere. Love the big screens. Hotel rooms are good. I accidently left an incredibly important piece of luggage in my room when checking out. Drove south and didn't notice until my next destination 8 hours later. Can't get my luggage. Missing security says. Devastating so made police report. Not sure what hotel policy is on forgotten luggage.

Prices continue to increase with quality decreasing. Service has declined. Attitudes and morale seem to need help. I'm sure covid doesn't help but you can only blame it for so much. Used to be one of my favorites.....sad!

I loved everything except for health Smokey it was in there

$100 a nigt hotel that was equivalent to a motel 6. The room was a little nicer, better bedding ill give them that. The casino itself didn't have any tables so its restricted to just slot machines. It did offer some dinning options,the waitress was a little moody not what you want to deal with when going out. Overall it was a decent experience and I'd go back.

Food is good. Servers take orders, bring you your food and than that's it. Didn't check up on us.

First time here...Very nice and the surrounding area is beautiful. Dog friendly facility

Rooms were good for the price, and had a fridge. The shower was made for short people. The casino was fun and the restaurants there are great. Would stay again.

Nice decor. Had trouble with Kerig. No bathroom counter. A manmade lake to walk around.

Their Terminator burger is awesome and you get a lot of good food for the pricing!

Food was good, but some chargers were down. Someone told me that they haven't been working for months, but I saw a Tesla being charged. This makes me think that your place discriminates against non-Tesla electric cars. Fix your non-Tesla chargers!

Irma at the counter was very helpful, she did go extra mile for a customer, in the nicest way helped me with my problem, even involved manager Monika to solve my problem, (which didn't have anything to do with their bussines they could just tell me to take a walk it wouldn't be wrong) when it looked like i couldn't get what i needed because of technical failure, Manager helped me out. I would recommend this place just because of the way they treated me, went extra mile for me, (i didn't even stay in hotel though) Professional and respectful staff great!!!

Always busy here .. kinda like the Peppermills little sister, all the same style and a great variety of games. The food is good and the layout is very well designed only real problem is parking is hideous.

Food and service was excellent at their stake house, could not ask for any better. Casino needs better ventilation smell of cigarettes is just awful.

Went to the steakhouse. Food was superb, but service was a bit slow.

If you're ever in Reno/Sparks. The Western Village is a nice place to stay. The casino and restaurants are not connected to the hotel. If you're not a smoker you'll love this.

Cafe bellini is amazing food at an affordable price will definately be coming back here again.

Really sad for this place. Used to be for locals. Tightest possible machines...food prices much higher than before.

Been coming to the village since a kid. It was the first place I ever gambled. I used to love it there. Now I think it the most dirty non local friendly casino in town

Very tight machines. Just my opinion. Especially after I have lost $500 in a month. Good luck to anyone else, I'm cool!

Cheap gaming and I won a lil bit and played for several hours so I'm happy...herd the steak joint is hella good. I gotta try it

It ok but the staff need to learn not to place judgment on people or stereo type them people are fun loving human beings in need of a little bit of love and understanding not to look down your noses an act like you dont have nothing nice to say

I've been coming here for thirty years and cinder this my second home, they have the best staff and are very helpful.

One way or another you're going to get ripped off. Most likely by this nasty,smelly, and dirty casino. If the casino doesn't get you, the scum that hang out there probably will.

The food at the cafe was okay for it's price. The gelato offered a good selection at a good price, but closed earlier than we expected when coming back for seconds

Awful. Bad service, Rude Staff, and I found a BOOGER on my water glass. Disgusting!

Went to the Cafe for breakfast and got fast service. Very clean and nice eating area. Good staff.

Had dinner at pancho and willies. Good food, fast friendly service

The western village is a nice place to play and eat .I really like Pancho Willie's. I wish they had a no smoking section for gambling because as a person with breathing problems it makes it very uncomfortable gambling.

I've been here now Western Village Steak House) around 4 or 5 times I guess. I've always had an excellent experience with every visit. The pamper like a 5 star restaurant. The food...never been better!

The Inn is clean and well kept up. The staff was polite and friendly. In the casino are several restaraunts. I tried Pancho&Willie's and regretted ordering the steak as it was inedibly salty but everything else in the meal was delicious and the service was the best I had had in years. The next morning I tried Cafe Belini in the casino and everything was delicious and the prices were very affordable. Over all the only negative in my entire stay was the steak.

Pancho and Willie's has excellent food for the price. The margaritas aren't too bad either.

Great food, I love the Italian omelet just wish the wait times weren't so long.

Western village offers basic, clean rooms. Fair price for what you get. Poncho and Willie's is a great place to eat
