My dad and I go to the western village from time to time to either eat at Cafe Bellini, and pancho and Willie's. The food for the price is pretty good, and the service has definitely improved over the years

We are here for work and because it s going to be at least 3week stay, we scrutinized each place.
After our 2nd week here, eating sleeping and gaming, I have to honestly say I have never been to a hotel let alone a casino hotel with nicer and most professional but friendly staff. From the cafe,,security officers front desk and even housekeeping and waitresses- each has been awesome.
Even through this holiday rush I feel like I mean something to their business. All to often I feel like my money means nothing to the business I am patronizing. Please believe me when I say they make u feel like I matter.
The cafe, the Mexican and even the drinks above reproach.
B a security officer, went well above his duty s to not only walk me to the hotel entrance, but to my room door. Lori the cafe manager and her staff treat us like family. Our housekeeper Bryanan is so good- I d like to take him home to help me with my house.
From checkin to now I am really pleased with this place.
ONLY DOWNSIDE: NO FREE PLAY ONLY COMP DOLLARS FOR EVERY OTHER SERVICE EXCEPT FOR PLAY. REALLY STINKS UNLESS YOU HAVE TO STAY N EAT EACH MEAl.
Other than that 5 stars for them.

The quality of the rooms and the inside of the building suprised us in a positive way after initially seeing the somewhat older and rundown outside of the building. Overall a decent place to spend a night and you can tell they are working to make improvements.

it is ok.. we had two dinners in the expensive resturant for my Moms big birthday bash... the first night i got a steak. i was excited so i got a proter house. it was worse than roadkill. overdone here . underdone there. chewy at best , tasteless. Other people had other dishes and they were good. It did take over an Hour for even the appetizers to arrive.... the gambling normal for a casino . Nothing special. nothing bad. The next night we went to the same resuarnt and it was better. but i did not order a steak. a pasta dish and i was good. pricey but good.
