Dirty and outdated they don't clean their equipment. The device that was used on me smell like body odor. Stay away

This place needs to get shutdown! I wanted to do an ultrasound, before I made a schedule, I asked few questions. My first question was, if they do 3D or 4D Ultrasound, they said YES, it's also on their ad. Then they asked me how many weeks I was pregnant. They gave me the schedule. Then few days later, they called to confirm my schedule... the time they're asking me to come in is late by 30 minutes but it's okay so I just ok. I came we had to wait for another hour. Then here comes the worst part of all... They did my ultrasound, but they told me they could not do the 3D because the machine that they have is not capable of doing it!! I was so mad but I still had to sound professional and held my temper!! Do not go to this place for ultrasound at all!! They tell you they have it, once you're there or have already started the process, they'd say they can't do 3D. The quality of picture sucks, the technician did not have the patient to get the best captures for the ultrasound. She rushed everything. Please go somewhere else..

I've had mammograms, x-ray's, MRI's and ultrasounds performed at this location and been pleased with each experience. The staff was friendly and professional. Recently I required an ultrasound ASAP. The staff took me right in and called Dr immediately with results before I even left facility. I had DVT. Their quick response allowed Dr to start treatment same day without waiting 2-3 days for results. I'd recommend this facility to anyone.

Awful experience my 13 yr old went to get an MRI and they were very rude to her and had her in a totally awful position. they put the headphones on her but didn't bother to make sure they were on her ears and when she was told to move her arm a little she did and the lady flipped out. Totally disrespectful and 10/10 would not recommend

My wife went for a chest x-ray. We heard it wasn't quite as crowded later in the day so we arrived at 4:00 pm. There was only one person ahead of her and she was taken in within 1/2 hour. The technician was friendly and totally nice. She explained what needed to be done to get ready, and took the x-ray as soon as my wife was changed. She took 5 minutes to check it and make sure it came out OK and within 10 minutes from start to finish, my wife was out of there. We definitely will use them again if we need a procedure. The entire staff couldn't have been nicer.

Very pleasant personnel, was in and out for my xrays. I'm shocked when I read the bad reviews for this business as they were professional and helpful.

Awful experience today. I called the office manager after to express my concern. They did not take or return my call. Would not recommend.

Went for a comparison ultrasound and my gynecologist said I had been given a very poor and inadequate test. Now I must go to another facility. Copay again. My Dr said I should call and insist on my money back. If they refuse she will call them as well!
Also, tech was rude when I was there and now that really burns me up. Rude and inadequate testing. Waiting to hear back from manager! Not too happy with this place!

If I can leave anything less than 1 Star, I would! Never have I ever had such a bad experience at a facility, EVER. I had a CT scheduled, went in on time, filled out paperwork, the front desk staff was whatever. The technician that came to get me for my CT though was super unprofessional! She was trying to get an IV in me for the scan and tried 4 TIMES and couldn t! She kept SLAPPING my arm, like I understand you re trying to make the veins rise, BUT YOU DON T HAVE TO LITERALLY SLAP A PERSON S ARMS MULTIPLE TIMES FOR THAT! Then she calls another person in to help her.. that lady SCRUBBED the area with the alcohol pad. After all that s been done and they failed getting the IV in, they insisted on blaming me for being dehydrated causing them to have such a hard time. I ve had numerous IVs in my life.. the doctor or anesthesiologists always get it on the first, if not second try AT THE MOST. The 1 Star can be for them actually refunding my money without making me jump through hoops for it after I cancelled.

Had an appointment scheduled with them for an MRI. Showed up for the appointment and they rescheduled it and no one called us prior to let us know. Took the day off work, had to take another day off due to their mess up.
Picked up the disk of the MRI, got to the doctor's appointment and wasn't even our disk. Disk belonged to a different patient . Will never return to this place.

Worst experience I've had in a long time. They do not have a clue what they are doing when it comes to billing. They are not worried about helping people. They are only worried about money in their pockets. I would suggest anyone that has any type of common sense to use any place but here. If I could give them no starts I would.

equipment needs updating. need new person to read mri and x-rays and such. says you have such and such wrong and you see a specialist and you don't or when they do comparisons they leave out stuff that was already there from previous that actually got worse. i had to make my doctor look at disk because i knew something was wrong and report was not accurate.

Very Rude people. Jeanie hangs up on you instead of trying to fix your problem.. To busy to listen.. Very poor office management. Long wait every time I have been there. After today I WILL NEVER RETURN OR RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

Wonderful, professional staff. Wouldn t go anywhere else. I drove from N.C. to use and be with the best team around. 5 stars. If I could give 6 I would.

Worst experience ever. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Was told to arrive early for my MRI to fill out paperwork. Arrived 30 mins early for an 11am appointment and was not seen until 12pm. Called medical records the next day to see if my results were faxed to my doctor, spoke with Marlene who was extremely nasty and unprofessional. Asked to speak with a manager and I get transferred to a voicemail. Horrible customer service.

The women in the mammography building are wonderful. Very friendly, welcoming, and efficient. I'm seen before my appt time and out the door in 20 mins. The appt scheduler, Brian, is also incredibly nice.

The MRI technician Toni had zero people skills & communicated just enough to complete her job that she clearly appeared to hate. She was mean, cold & uncaring. Toni had no respect for my personal belongings, told me to remove an undergarment right there in the MRI room on full display with glass windows & an open door as the dressing rooms were occupied!!! Wow & she stood there waiting. What an awful experience with her, I will never get another MRI done there if she is the technician. I regret that I did not let her know in person just how rude & unprofessional she was. I would recommend choosing another center in our area as there are plenty more to choose from.

James Esser is one radiologist who will interpret your tests at this place. Google him before you go!!!! I had an MRI for comparison of two previous ones. When I got the results there was things missing, things that don t go away and the results were also very short and vague. I read another persons review on here who said her previous MRI results were much longer compared to this place. My previous ones which are by two different radiologist are also much longer and way more detailed. The stuff that was missing from this MRI made me very concerned about the quality/capability/competency of the radiologist, so I decided to google his name. It took some time but let s say I will NEVER go here again. I am also bringing my previous tests elsewhere to be rechecked. I called the office manager (a woman) and she was very nice, she seemed shocked that their radiologist had several settled MALPRACTICE suits but obviously couldn t say too much. She had some very rude man call me back eventually and really he just tried to make up excuses. He told me not to play the cancer card with him because he also had cancer, this was in response to my concerns over this radiologists history of missing a breast mass on a patients test and he has been reading my mammograms for the last 4yrs. SCARY! That was just one case this radiologist settled. There is another radiologist named on one of my mammograms and I google searched him too and while he doesn t have as many settled malpractice suits as James Esser he has a couple that I found. Maybe radiologists are cheaper to hire if they have settled lawsuits? I honestly don t know...but if that is the case... it is horrible!! I realize doctors are human and can make mistakes but this man has made quite a few. I am choosing not to put my or my family s life in the care of this place. Hopefully they read this and decide to hire better, smarter, safer!! I have called three places in Hernando county the only one whose radiologists don t have any malpractice issues that I found is Spring Hill MRI (behind hooters on 19) I called first and they gave me 5 radiologists names who might possibly read my results, all five appeared Clear of any malpractice issues and all quite excellent. I went there once so far hopefully from now on waiting for results to compare. Who knew you should do a check on radiologists who will read your exams!! Wow!!! I m glad I now know this and I hope it helps others decide what they want to do. I will put up some pictures of what I found....if this lets me. I ve tried to put up pictures of the malpractice information but so far it won t let me....you can find what I did google/search the radiologists name and the word malpractice....healthgrade website was informative. Very unprofessional....office staff is very rude and not understanding. I would give them NO STARS if I could. Customer service is horrific....they need to hire caring sensitive people not harsh rude people. Very disgusted with my experience here!!!!!

The staff is amazing from coordinating the 3 appointments to getting all tests done in a flowing and kind manner. I could not ask for a better facility to get testing done.

I had an mri done here and had a really nice experience. With having anxiety and being claustrophobic Maryann was very kind and helpful in making my experience less stressful. All the girls behind the front counter were very perfesionnal and kind. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and will return here myself if needed. Thank you Ladies!!!

Was sent here with no appointment for an x ray. Waited aground 20 minutes. Not too bad. The tech was kind of crabby and had no sense of humor but was proficient at her. job.

Super friendly staff. They were awesome with my little one. She was super nervous but they we're very patient and kind. With no appointment we were in and out with 45minutes. Overall great experience.

I had the best experience. Toni was my daughter s nurse and I could not have asked for a more patient and kind nurse to care for her and her special needs. She is wonderful. Crystal is the manager there and went above and beyond in the way she helped to care for my daughter while I cared for my toddler. We had a great experience with the entire staff on duty in the MRI office. Thanks ladies.

I will never go to any other diagnostic center. Ive had to have many MRI s over the years and been to multiple centers but this center in Spring Hill, FL goes above and beyond. I just had 2 MRI s, one yesterday and another today. The staff here from the front desk, workers checking temps at the door before letting clients in, to a wonderful woman named Toni who handled both MRI s for me. I tend to get nervous and Closterphobic but Toni had such a calming Personality. I was comfortable, she let me ask questions, explained how long it would take And most importantly understood the fear I get with having IV contrast. Toni made it possible for me to be relaxed through both procedures and cheered me on telling me I was doing great. It was much appreciated. I spoke with Tracy, the office manager, and told her how happy I was with this center and plan to continue goin there when tests are needed. If you re looking for a great diagnostic center then please try this place. You will not regret it.

Where's the negative star ability?! WORST facility in town! Least professional people I've ever dealt with! Go ANYWHERE but here... you will not regret it!

Went to this facility because they were able to take me the next day even though my Dr recommeded
Radiological Associates. I had an MRI of the spinal Canal for a comparison of my last one done in NY a few years ago. My pain management Dr couldn't believe how poor the images were. He said he had "never seen" such a bad MRI (it was blurry)! He also compared your written report (half a page) to the thoroughly written one done in NY (one and a half pages). He said if he has to send me to a surgeon they would definitely have to have another MRI. I have told everyone I talk with, not to go your facility!

Went for closed MRI, half way thru I get pulled back out to inject me with dye. I told her I was allergic to iodine. She said it didn't have any in it. She puts me back in the tube and I break out in hives! It took 30 mins for someone to get me some benadryl! They were unprepared for my medical emergency! By the time I got home I was covered in hives!

The employees not very compassion the technician did npt help mom when she was having a Mri done getting up is been a week they have not r3af results there workers are lieing say they haven't read results because they have too compare others results theu were done not true because then they said person that reads report is on vacation and is not acceptable because there five working days in a week it should have been read i would never recommend no there very bsd they don't care about the only the money.

I had an appt for 3 tests today @ 8 am. I had to be fasting. I went to facility and th Ere Waksman no one there. I realize we are post Irma but this company could have placed a call either last week or yesterday letting me know they were going to be closed today. The customer service at this facility is abysmal. My wife also had a bad experience. I will be sure to let my physicians how this center doesn't operate.
