The MRI technician Toni had zero people skills & communicated just enough to complete her job that she clearly appeared to hate. She was mean, cold & uncaring. Toni had no respect for my personal belongings, told me to remove an undergarment right there in the MRI room on full display with glass windows & an open door as the dressing rooms were occupied!!! Wow & she stood there waiting. What an awful experience with her, I will never get another MRI done there if she is the technician. I regret that I did not let her know in person just how rude & unprofessional she was. I would recommend choosing another center in our area as there are plenty more to choose from.
