Had an appointment scheduled with them for an MRI....

Had an appointment scheduled with them for an MRI. Showed up for the appointment and they rescheduled it and no one called us prior to let us know. Took the day off work, had to take another day off due to their mess up.
Picked up the disk of the MRI, got to the doctor's appointment and wasn't even our disk. Disk belonged to a different patient . Will never return to this place.
