I haven't had any major issues with their internet connection, but I have experienced some occasional slow speeds. Their customer support is responsive, but sometimes I feel like they could be more helpful. Overall, I would say that they are an okay company to work with.

I paid a bill awhile back and it stayed on my credit score as non-payment..screwing up my credit score. I have made numerous calls to fix this. I have a confirmation number to show payment also.
This company is one of the worst internet services we have ever had. They are nothing more than a glorified HOTSPOT company they charge you by the GB for the month it is not by internet speeds! BEWARE!!!! You will have a hard time getting them to fix anything that needs to be repaired and will be uninformative throughout the whole procces we are just now getting to the bottom of why we have been having such problems with them after having their services for years! I would not recomend this company to anyone! If I could have given them a 0 start I would have!
