Great people & great facility. But be careful, what was once a great deal on a month to month, no-contract membership, has now turned into a year long locked-in contract (with no buy--out (per Tabitha) should your family's need change). I signed us up, and never knew that we were in a year-long contract until I tried to cancel. Additionally, they raised their rates on us a few months in. We are in the process of talking with management. We'll let you know how this turns out. They are great people so I would imagine this will work out. I would have easily given this a 5 star rating otherwise but these policy changes are just not good fitness facility policies anymore in this day and age. Reminds me of the gym policies of the 80s (only those didn't/couldn't raise their rates midstream). If you go to Signature's website (at the time of this post) their rates are not visible. You'll need to call. Summary: Be careful - what you sign-up for may not be what you get locked-in to.

This gym has lots of new and varied equipment. The facility is new and clean. Its a family own and operated business, which is good and bad. The man who started it is friendly and very knowledgeable. Unfortunately, his two female relatives who work there are not. They were out of shape and not very friendly. The other employees were very nice and professional. Its Dubuque so the clientele is bit cliquey and not overly friendly at times. Overall, for the price, Signature is probably the best value for a gym in the Dubuque area.

This is one of the best gyms in Dubuque! They have a large variety of equipment and the facility is always kept clean. The equipment is cleaned regularly as well. The personal trainers are awesome! Aaron was incredible to work with, and I would highly recommend him and Signature to anybody in Dubuque!

I've been looking to try this gym for months now. They seemed a little disorganized when I first tried to contact them, and it was frustrating that the web site took so long to get up and running. However, I've been there since that first contact and they are very friendly. I plan on signing up when my current contract runs out.

i was coming here for almost a year but they changed it all around took away 5 machines I used over the time I was coming here. I switched to Planet Fitness.
