My first experience with Torlys was the kitchen floor in my rental apartment, installed 4 years ago. Not only does it look fantastic, but after 4 years it still look brand new (my sons and his friends have been using it and they are not gentle :) ).
My second experience dates back 3 years. A space with low ceilings was made to look larger, inviting and gorgeous. The installation was surprisingly easy and fast.
I recommend Torlys floors without hesitation.

I have been working with Torly's Smart Floors for a number of years now. I can honestly say this is the best quality flooring system I have worked with. The consistency is incredible which is not common with other suppliers these days.

I would give zero stars if possible. Do not buy Tory s cork floors unless you want to live with lots of scratches. Does not hold up to every day living and especially not animals. Of course scratches are not covered under warranty. We have purchased Wicander s in the past, we could drop a knife on it and not a scratch - Torrey s is nowhere close to the same quality!

I recently purchased and installed Torlys Everwood vinyl plank flooring in my condo and am extremely happy with this product. As promised the floors look like real wood with the added bonus of being very durable and easy to clean. I have three pets and appreciate the tight fitting joints for when those accidents happen, and so far not one scratch from pet nails and they have been giving it a workout.

I combined an additional underpad with the cork backing which is very comfortable as I have arthritis so the flexibility and soft feel of the flooring is easier on my legs, causing less stress to my joints and overall less pain when standing and walking.

I would recommend this product for anyone who wants a good look plus durability!

I needed approximately 2,000 sf of flooring for my basement and after much research decided on Torlys product.

Not only did the floor look amazing, we had all kinds of people ask us where we had purchased the floor as they had never seen laminate that nice, but it also just helped sell our house as everyone coming to see it would say "wow" upon seeing the basement.

I will again, buy Torlys product for my new home.

We recently tore up the carpet the basement and replaced it with Torly's Everest Premier Hardwood. This flooring was a easy to install, and it looks great! And because of the cork backing, it also feels good underfoot. This is the 4th Torly's product we've installed in our home - we are definitely fans!

Terrible after sales support - don't buy Torlys. I regret it and think that their company service stinks. If I had known, I would have gone for any other brand. I was sold on their supposedly strong after sales support and satisfaction. Instead, all I got was the run around from the BC sales team. I asked multiple times for head office contacts but they have a good approach to reneging on promises and stonewalling. Never again. Caveat emptor.

Almost 3 years ago we renovated our home & bought all our flooring from Torlys. We bought cork for our basement, hardwood for our main floor - including kitchen & laminate for our second & third floor! We're a very active family, very hard on our floors as we have 4 grandchildren who visit frequently. We couldn't be happier with our floors. We're actually surprised that they still look beautiful as new! So easy to take care of! The Cork in the basement is so comfortable & warm that we dont even need to turn on our 'radiant' heating on most winter days! I definitely recommend Torlys products. As well, their service & attention to me as a client was impeccable - i had to change delivery date a couple of times & they were very accommodating!

We purchased Torly's flooring to complete our basement renovation (laminate for the living area and vinyl for the laundry room). We also decided to purchase laminate for the kitchen too. All three floors look fabulous and are holding up to the traffic much better than our previous flooring.

The staff were knowledgeable and helpful when trying to decide what flooring would work best and what we would need to complete the project. Our contractor found the laminate flooring easy to assemble. In particular, he noted the simplicity of assembling the Torlys Marquee St. Lucia laminate.

Almost 10 years ago we purchased Torleys cork flooring. We went way over our budget because we liked the warm, natural look and comfortable feel of the cork. We are now completely disappointed with the flooring. The flooring we purchased was a rich, dark green. It has now faded anywhere from light green to an almost pink-like color. Not only have the planks faded, every plank is a completely different color. It's like we got a defective bundle or two. They first refused our warranty claim, despite the fact that our flooring dealer completely agreed with our claim, claiming that this was "normal fading of a natural product". They then said that if we wanted to dispute the ruling, we would need to pay for an independent inspector ourselves and if the inspector ruled in our favour, they would honour our claim. When we said we would go ahead with this route, they then said they needed to have a call with the inspector first. When we said OK, lets move forward, they went completely silent. We've been trying to get Torlys to respond but they are completely ignoring us and our flooring dealer. It's been a month now and they won't respond to our flooring dealer's request to move forward with our claim. Anyone seeing how our flooring looked would be completely unsatisfied. If what we have is "normal fading", I'd say stay as far away from Torlys cork flooring as you can. Perhaps this first public airing of our complaint will get Torlys to respond.
