My experience from the beginning has been good,great communication ,application process went very smoothly I have purchased two trucks from them since September of last year 2019 and I m doing very well with them not no major problems of any sort I mean these are use trucks the warranty is there alcohol my thoughts on those warranty people.River valley has treated me very well I have no complaints thanks for the business and service.I have a sense sent five or six other people to them who would agree with me and that they ve had a good experience

Do not waste time applying at this place,they are just going to waste your time and just use your credit

Bunch of crooks and ripoff artists. Payments are so high you won't make $ and they make you stay with companies that help them rip you off. First thing that goes wrong you have to pay for repairs AND because the truck is down you can't make the payment so they double payment when you get rolling again. Then you work to pay them only. You make nothing and they could care less. Then they take the truck from you and sell it again for the same price and ripoff the next guy.

Very rude, dishonest and unprofessional. You speak to Lauren and she lies and steals your payments, then calls and says your truck was abandoned. But when questioned she says that it's really a repo even thou your contract and payment show otherwise. Not at all as they appear.

Working with River Valley Trucking Insurance Agency since 2014, its nothing but great service , and support. Never had any problems or issues, its was all always as promised. Certs are available online in less than 1 min. They are always available for any kinda of assistance, Thanks

I KNOW@ LEAST 10 DRIVER'S THAT ARE VERY UNHAPPY & MAD
@ RIVER VALLEY FOR GIVING US ALL RIGS THAT ARE LEMONS. I DRIVER WE KNOW FOR A FACT THAT DIDN'T MAKE IT 3 DAYS IN HIS RIG BEFORE HIS RIG ENDED UP IN THE SHOP BROKE DOWN, WE DIDN'T EVEN MAKE IT 2 MONTHS WITHOUT OUR RIG BREAKING DOWN AGAIN.... THEN THE WORST OF IT IS, IS THAT, THEN, THEY HAVE THE NERVE TO EXPECT THE DRIVER'S TO PAY $$ TO GET OUR RIGS FIXED. THIS COMPANY ONLY SELLS ONLY LEMONS.

They have been fair professional great prices. I recommend Carter for all your buying needs !Great office staff.
