Wesley Chapel Toyota came highly recommended to me...

Wesley Chapel Toyota came highly recommended to me and I totally agree and will recommend to everyone I know. From the very moment we my husband and I got there we felt very welcomed. Our salesman was Anthony Sirmons and he was very helpful and listened to what we wanted. From beginning to end it was a very nice and relaxing experience. We will definitely visit again in the future!

Yesterday was my second time back at Wesley chapel...

Yesterday was my second time back at Wesley chapel Toyota purchasing a new vehicle and thanks to salesman Micheal Greaga for making my second experience as special as the first, he was so helpful and courteous. Also thanks to sales manager Luis Veas for being as helpful and being able to follow up on any questions I had. They both were awesome. Thanks Wesley Chapel Toyota!!!!

After a poor experience with another dealership, I came to Wesley Chapel Toyota and found Ursula. Her above-and-beyond service is excellent and the whole spirit of her department is friendly and customer-service oriented. Ursula has turned getting service on our two (soon to be three) cars into a wonderful experience. Drivers of seven Toyotas since our first in 1997, we can't imagine going to another brand and definitely will not go to another dealer--because of Ursula's honest, caring, effective service. We have, will and do highly recommend service at Wesley Chapel Toyota.

We have always heard good things about Wesley Chap...

We have always heard good things about Wesley Chapel Toyota, so we decided to look there when our lease was about to expire on our BMW. First, we looked on their website and found a couple of vehicles we wanted to check out. When we called, we were greeted on the phone by Amanda Baron in the Business Development center. She was happy to help with our questions and she even requested the vehicles to be pulled out front so we could view them upon arrival later that afternoon. We asked Amanda for an experienced and friendly sales person, so she paired us up with Jack Peck. What a wonderful guy Jack is! He has been in car sales for several years and truly loves what he does. Jack was very patient even though we looked at a number of different cars and trucks. He made us feel very comfortable and didn't impose any pressure whatsoever. He was very friendly with our two young children and gave them each key chains. Jack found us the perfect car for our family...a 2013 Highlander, and we couldn't be happier. The kids were able to play in the toy area while we discussed our paperwork with Jack and PJ in the finance department. PJ was very helpful as well in discussing all our options for extended warranty, tire/wheel, etc. We then received our beautifully detailed Highlander on the red carpet in the delivery bay. Jack went over all our questions and even set up our enTune account and paired my phone with the BlueTooth in the car. From beginning to end, our experience at Wesley Chapel Toyota was absolutely wonderful. We will be sending our friends and family to Jack and definitely plan to return!!

I highly recommend Wesley Chapel Toyota to anyone in the market for a vehicle. After being taken advantage of at another dealership when I purchased my previous vehicle, Wesley Chapel Toyota and their amazing sales rep, Leeanne Randolph, really helped make this a much better experience. I could not ask for better customer service. This is definitely our "family dealership" from now on.

I had such a great experience with Steven Barranco at Wesley Chapel Toyota. I got a great deal and exactly what I wanted. He worked hard to make sure I was completely satisfied and listened to my specific needs. He didn't do that just for me, but for my mother as well, and she ended up trading in her old car too. We BOTH went home with new Prius C models and couldn't be happier. Check them out! You won't be disappointed!

I had the best service here than I've ever received at a dealership! I first saw Kat, who was extremely nice and gave me a tour of the dealership, and even gave me some cold water and directed me to the cafe/lounge area (they even make fresh chocolate chip cookies which were amazing). I expressed to Kat that I was a little nervous because I was planning on doing a trade in during this visit and I've never traded a car or leased one before. She made me feel extremely comfortable by explaining that I would be taken care of, and that everything would be broken down to me, which they definitely took care of me and explained everything! Joe was very nice and funny, and conversed with me through the whole process when the salesman (Steve), was back and forth while working with me to get a great deal. Steve as a salesman was AWESOME! He never once made it seem like he just wanted a sale, he was genuinely interested in what I wanted, which is hard to find at other dealerships. I told him I wanted a spacious, feauture-filled car, he directed me to the 2016 Toyota Corolla and began telling me all the features, even explaining the body compared to the others. I was in LOVE with the car. Steve sat in the back of the car and told me ALL of the features and what every button represented. Apart from Kat, Joe, and Steve being so kind and helpful, everyone that worked there was kind, occasionally offering me cold drinks. On top of everything else, the dealership is huge and VERY clean! I left with a new 2016 Toyota Corolla and got a great deal that works great with my income. Even after the sale Steve has been extremely helpful when I've called him regarding changing the settings in the flat screen or changing settings regarding the locking and unlocking of the doors. I will definitely be back after my lease is done to become yet another customer, and I will be referring my friends, family, and co-workers to this location! Thank you so much!

Got a NEW fully loaded Tacoma that is exactly what I wanted for the price I wanted. The sales staff was very nice and helpful, they had drinks and snacks while you waited which was helpful since I was there for a while. I was there almost 2 hours after they closed and still took the time to go through all of the options the truck has and never once did I feel like I was being rushed out the door.

Never thought buying a car could be so easy! I went in off of whem with a "preapproval" flyer type situation and I think I walked out in less than 2 hours,including a nice little test drive with keys in hand to a car I love. Jack P. was terrific! No games or tricks told him what I was looking for and what I could afford and he made it work! Matt was also great. Made all the paperwork effortless and got me a better rate than originally quoted!

Wesley Chapel Toyota knows how to treat a customer. Whether you are leasing or buying, this is a great experience. Gregg Irving was super awesome on a busy Labor Day close-out sale day. He took a lot of time with me so that I could test out each potential car I wanted. He was very patient and helped me compare each car, their features and pricing so we could get the perfect one. He was so easy to work with and had such a great personality. I felt like he was more of a friend out car shopping with me than a salesperson.

I will never deal with Wesley Chapel Toyota again. They ruined the car buying experience for me. Want poor service and to deal with a "I don't care" attitude? Then this is the place for you! Want to deal with scams and reps that never follow through or get back to you? Then this place is what you need!

Ursla was extremely helpful, informative, and very courteous. She was able to get my truck in for service on a time crunch and she had me in-and-out super quick and easy. I will definitely be back for scheduled maintenance and any other needs for my truck. Great customer service!!

Victoria Fuentes helped me get the car I really wanted and worked very hard to give me great price, terms and rates. She was very helpful with explaining all of the features especially the navigation and new safety features. I really appreciate her hard work and dedication. She was determined to help me stay within my monthly payment range and also worked with me on the financing to get the best interest rate. Victoria s honest and straightforward approach is a breath of fresh air. I will be recommending her for years to come!

Good salesmen and sales managers, but HORRIBLE finance managers. Do NOT work with Ivan, easily the most arrogant and rude manager I ve ever met. I ve bought 20+ cars and he negatively stood out enough for me to feel the need to warn others about him with this review. He is part of the reason why women feel they get taken advantage of at dealerships. He was extremely condescending towards my wife when I wasn t around. Completely unprofessional guy

I had the best ever car buying experience at Wesley Chapel Toyota! The facility is phenomenal, but the people make the experience. I worked mainly with Jeff Latham. Jeff is the reason I drove an hour....past other dealerships on the way......to purchase from Wesley Chapel Toyota. He was knowledgeable, informative, kind, patient, and pleasant (even though I kept him past closing both evenings I visited). He was not pushy or demanding and gave me all the time and space I needed to become comfortable with my decision. He gave guidance when I asked his opinion, but always with full explanation. He is a "car guy" and understands vehicles. He was a tremendous help to me and I credit him with helping me come to a purchase decision. In addition to the personal attention from Jeff, Jason Smith ( the sales manager) was also wonderful. He communicated quickly and provided needed information for me to make my final choice. Without his prompt decision making skills the sale would have taken much longer to complete. Finally, Erin took my calls and was one of the nicest people I've ever spoken with on the phone. I highly recommend visiting Wesley Chapel Toyota.

Every time I go there for service they try to sell...

Every time I go there for service they try to sell me things I know for sure I don t need. Today they even tried to tell me I needed to replace two parts that have both been replaced within the last 30 days. Not to mention it takes 1.5 to 2 hours for an oil change that shouldn t take more than 30 minutes.

Not only did I get the best deal on my 4Runner after looking at every dealership in Tampa, Clearwater, and Pasco, the customer service was amazing. The staff is knowledgeable, patient, and worked with me until I found the perfect vehicle for an amazing price.

I went in with the mentality of trying to get a lower interest rate. Ross MacDonald didn't hesitate to help us and got us into a new 2016 Camry with a great APR. He even waited until we were done with financing at 1230AM to help us into our new vehicle. Thank you Ross and thank you Toyota!

Toyota store had one with low miles, he was able to also help us there, he was so personable, friendly had us laughing and very professional. The sales,mgr and finance were great all very nice and friendly. The whole experience was great, fair and honest all the way to the end. We got there right before close and was there till midnight they never tried to hurry us and gave us the time we needed to make our decisions. Hats,off to all you last night. Totally will go back if and when we buy another vehicle. And of course johnathan from there honda store.

We just bought our first brand new car with Victor...

We just bought our first brand new car with Victoria Fuentes. She was absolutely amazing! I can t express how great she was, she never once pressured us into anything or tried to do that sales talk that you dread coming into a car lot. She was so patient with me when I was asking the same questions over and over and then I couldn t decide on what car I actually wanted more. I highly recommend Wesley Chapel Toyota and Victoria. They made sure we got what we wanted and made the buying experience a great one.

I have never in my life met a dealer that actually made me feel comfortable in buying a vehicle. I went back over the course of a few weeks and Chris Joseph was always very straight up with me about what I could and could not afford. I would highly recommend that people go to this dealership because all of the staff was amazing. When my girlfriend starts looking for a new car we will be going straight to Chris at Wesley Chapel Toyota.

A $30 oil change ended up costing me more than $15...

A $30 oil change ended up costing me more than $150!

I decided to take my car to Wesley Chapel Toyota on Saturday since I wasn t able to see my mechanic during the week and he's closed on the weekend. During the oil change one of the service advisors, Pedro, came out to tell me that my oil filter cap was on too tight and if the cap broke when they removed it then they would have to charge me for a new cap and a debris clean-up fee. I told him that I wanted take my car to my mechanic for the oil change instead because he has never had an issue with removing the cap and he has serviced my vehicle for the last five years. Pedro told me that the oil had already been drained from my car and even took me back to the service area to show me. Leaving me with no other option they proceeded with the oil change. At the end they said they had to break the oil filter cap to take it off and presented me with a bill for more than $150.

After speaking with the Manager, Jose G., he told me that I should ve been offered the opportunity to put the oil that had been drained from my car back into my car. I told Jose if I had been given this option, I would ve taken it having already said that I wanted to take my car to my mechanic. However, I was only given the option to continue with the oil change and couldn t leave because the oil had already been drained from my car. Jose G. said that he would talk with Pedro about offering this to future customers and that it would be a learning experience for him but there was nothing he could do for me because he felt that there was nothing done wrong.

Turning learning experiences for their staff into higher bills and frustration for customers is not the right way to do business.

I was looking for a newer corolla for my wife. Devin in Internet sales made an appointment with me while my sienna was in service. We walked the lot looking for the right corolla for my wife, found it drive it and talked numbers, Devin got me where in needed to be with the numbers. Edwin in finance got the rate droped lower than expected and helped out after paper work. Had to come back for wife to sign and everyone help out. Luis showed us the bells and whistles, and how to set up the Bluetooth for my wife. Second time buying from yhem and look foward to more.

I bought a 17 Tacoma with 8 miles, since first day been going there for service, 3 weeks ago went in for oil change and a concern of truck rusting only in front, I found out after I went to a mechanic to do some aftermarket upgrades, have to replace front brakes n rotors due to been bad due to rust issue, their anwser was that s normal or if you want buy new screws n replace them lol what an anwser after that I got home to find an oil leak I call them back now the anwser was bring it back. The advisor was supposed to call me back to check on me 3 weeks later didn t hear nothing from them thanks God I have tools n some knowledge to tide the oil panel drain plug in. My concern is how u can service a car for 3 years and don t let customer know of an issue with their car unless they are hiding something form you.

Our sale man Jay Velez was awesome, he was amazing. He was very patience with me. I love the services he provide to us. The general sale manager Antoine Thomas was also great. Worst experience with this dealerships service department! Pedro was my advisor was very rude and probably more eager to help his friend that he was speaking with while trying to analyze my vehicle versus actually trying to assist me! After 2 phone calls to this dealership to schedule service, confirm inventory and get a quote, I m greeted with an advisor that before even looking in the parts department for my part tells me that they may not be able to help me. Some customer service, huh? Total waste of my time. He was even condescending enough to tell me that I was at Toyota dealership! Well, duh? I requested a manager and he listened to my concerns and proceeded to tell me all about parts!! Very helpful-yeah right! They lost a customer today! I will never step foot back at that dealership again and if I m looking online for a car, don t call me (they are very good at this)!

I am truly disappointed with their services. I dropped my car off Saturday for maintenance, and what was done is beyond negligent. As I drove away from the dealership my car felt off, and come to find out the bolts on my tires were loose, and the splash field was left attached to my tires as well. Thankfully, I chose not to head back home taking the highway......

I have to say that this was the BEST vehicle purch...

I have to say that this was the BEST vehicle purchasing experience we have ever had. We stopped by the Wesley Chapel Toyota dealership around 8pm on a Sunday night just checking out the Highlanders and stumbled across a beautiful 4Runner. Michael Haake approached us outside and asked if he could help us, we were very surprised to actually see someone still there and willing to help. We asked to see the 4Runner and he quickly went inside and got it ready for us to check it out. We then took it for a very nice test drive and finally finished close to 10pm and Mike was eager to help us. We thought we were dead set on the 4Runner and the next day we showed up to the dealership and saw a beautiful Highlander. We met Mike inside and he was very eager to help us out again (without ever being pushy at all) and we asked to see the Highlander. Mike then introduced us to Harry Whitaker a sales associate who would help us out through the duration of our visit. Harry got us a very nice blizzard pearl Highlander limited to check out, he also retrieved the 4Runner for us so we could see them side by side. He took both my wife and I out for test drives with both vehicles while we pondered on which one we wanted. Harry spent a very long time with us and never did he ask "where do we stand" or "lets make a deal right now", etc. He was very professional and again not pushy what-so-ever like several other dealerships we visited. He was very knowledgeable of both vehicles and answered every question we had. We were still very wishy-washy on which vehicle we wanted and Harry was very patient with us. Finally we decided on the Highlander and Harry was very quick to help us out on our financing rates, giving us a great deal on the vehicle, and helped us pay off our old vehicle we were in. Harry and Mike were amazing the whole process through. In the financing department Edwin Andino helped us out and was very quick with the financing so we didn't have to spend hours on end finalizing the deal on our new Toyota. This experience at Wesley Chapel Toyota was an experience I would recommend to any buyer out there, every single sales associate and employee was extremely nice and well prepared to answer any and all questions. I loved the dealership so much I think I may try to get a job there when I retire from the military! Thanks again Wesley Chapel Toyota!!!

Save your money and time by visiting another Toyota Dealership in the surrounding area.
Personally will not return.

I had so many misconceptions of car shopping when ...

I had so many misconceptions of car shopping when I arrived at Wesley Chapel I was afraid I was going to be sick. Then I met Jack. He listened to me and knew what I needed. He kept me on track eyes grew big at candy shopping. He knew I wasn't ready to be able to afford something that was out of my reach. No other salesmen would have done that they would have work to get me into what I wanted no matter what the financial consequences would be to me. I also went in to look for a used car not thinking I could afford a new car I was wrong and Jack show me how. Jack thank you for everything and I will be back. I also want to like to say thank you to Carlos in finance who did his due diligence to help me get a new car.
