Worst experience with this dealerships service dep...

Worst experience with this dealerships service department! Pedro was my advisor was very rude and probably more eager to help his friend that he was speaking with while trying to analyze my vehicle versus actually trying to assist me! After 2 phone calls to this dealership to schedule service, confirm inventory and get a quote, I m greeted with an advisor that before even looking in the parts department for my part tells me that they may not be able to help me. Some customer service, huh? Total waste of my time. He was even condescending enough to tell me that I was at Toyota dealership! Well, duh? I requested a manager and he listened to my concerns and proceeded to tell me all about parts!! Very helpful-yeah right! They lost a customer today! I will never step foot back at that dealership again and if I m looking online for a car, don t call me (they are very good at this)!
