We had a great experience here and especially with our sales person- Hector King. If you want informative, personable, no pressure sales- he s the guy to see. We came one evening just looking around after having been at Nissan. We told him we were just looking, not ready to buy (usually sales people say ok I ll be over here if you need anything ) but instead of walking away Hector stayed to answer any questions even though we told him we definitely weren t buying that day. With all Hector s help we ended up finding a great vehicle for the price we were looking for. Thank you, Hector King, for taking the time to work with us!!

Bought a 2019 toyota tacoma was told my tacoma 2017 was paid off due to a total loss.the finance guy assures me and my family all is good then 3 weeks later said issues with bank instead of them taking care of it starting giving me issues telling me I had to do the leg work to fix their mistakes
I will never buy another vehicle there again funny thing my wife needs a new toyota toyota of tampa bay here we come back to you.

Paid cash for a 2018 vehicle and a new tag here at this dealership. I have been trying to speak with someone from the dealership for over 2 weeks with absolutely no returned phone calls and I have called MANY MANY TIMES. They gave me a temporary tag that is now expired and I still haven t received my new tag from them. My car also is showing a lien on my title even though I paid cash for this car. Phone messages go nowhere and never a returned phone call. I guess next stop is the better business bureau and state attorney general. Like I have time for any of this. It s a very simple thing to pick up a phone and they can t even do that for me after they took my money so easily.

I was treated with respect and courtesy.
I love my new purchase and would definitely recommend Wesley Chapel Toyota... and who can t say that without singing it !!!

My family has purchased their past several vehicles from Wesley Chapel Toyota. I got my Camry here and then eventually traded up to a Tacoma. They have such stellar service. And FAST service. Doesn't matter if I made an appointment or if I was a walk-in, they always get me in and out for my regular service in what seema like record time. I've never had to wait long at all. Frank Warga was the salesperson who has helped me and I can't recommend him enough. What a great place that treats you like family.

They were nice but i told them what i wanted to pay and they just didnt listen. Then they tried to pressure me into buying warranties that were 200 more a month. When i told them i didnt want them they kept on pushing and went to talk to their boss.

I had the greatest experience with Toyota today! I bought my first car today with the help of Ross Macdonald and Christopher Joseph! They worked so hard to help me out with the price and getting into a car that fit all my needs. I walked in super nervous, but by the end they had me smiling and not dreading my future with this car. I would definitely send my family and friends to these men and this dealership. Everyone I've intereacted with in the dealership has always been graciously helpful and determined to help get the best deal they can. I am so happy with how my expereince went!

No I dont work there.Im 100% service contt disable vet.This is the only place I will ever buy from.Im keeping my truck forever.And will be buying a 2nd car from them in a year or 2.Maybe another Carmy.

Told me 7mm on the rear brakes. 45 days later I m metal to metal. Fronts have only gone down 1 mm. So either they BS d me on their assessment and just pencil whipped it or there is some magical rear brake pad eating deficiency on my truck that my new mechanic didn t see. It s my fault; I should have inspected them myself. Now I m looking at repairs in excess of 500 bucks when it should ve just been new pads. They also called out numerous services that I didn t need. Garbage.

Wow to start off . Beware of the lifetime warranty...

Wow to start off . Beware of the lifetime warranty as they will completely screw your. I purchased my 2008 FJ cruiser with 38,000 miles back in 2012. I've maintained my services ( oil changes , tires , brakes etc.) I took my vehicle in because I was leaking oil at a rapid pace . I Jd the oil changed less than a week ago and have lost over a quart . All of the maintenance records were provided to them along with there own records for misc repairs . From time to time I may have gone over the mileage for the oil changes due to my heavy work load but still kept my vehicle in great shape. I even put a new cold air intake to help increase mileage and performance. I was then asked when filters were changed , spark plugs and when the radiator was flushed. After waiting for 5 hours in the dealership for my warranty to get approved .... I wasn't offered a loaner vehicle or even a courtesy ride to my home or office . They insisted I pay to rent a vehicle or drive my vehicle home because it was able to be driven given the fact it has a major oil leak. I then had to have my 8 month pregnant wife load my 21 month old into her car and pick me up . I was told I'd have an answer my the morning . I called and still no answer. Called back today around 130 pm and they are telling me it was denied because of gaps between oil changes . Are you kidding me ???? I've spent how much money and your denying your own lifetime warranty ? I was even thinking of trading in my wife's Sante Fe on a new Highlander . Guess that's out . Larry the service guy did a great job trying to help but in the end Wesley Chapel Toyota has lost my business until they make this right . I've been a loyal customer and this is how I got treated and I'm disgusted at the fact that they tell everyone they have a lifetime warranty and I will continue spread the word of there false advertising on various sites until there false claims come to a halt . All personell were very friendly. Joe and John were up front with everything and were very pleasant to work with. Frank did the paperwork and answered a lot of questions that arose during the paperwork process. He was very knowledgable of the warranties, service and the vehicle details. There was no high pressure on the part of the sales staff. I highly recommend this dealership and their sales staff.

Total rip off! Took my car over for an interior detailing, they charged $90. I waited a few hours and I thought it would be worth the wait. They didn't clean the seat underneath, the stains on the seat are still there, seat didn't dry all the way, they put a cover on the damp seat, they told me they did a full detailing including exterior which would normally cost $190 which is untrue because the mark of the bird dump is still on the car, there's no wax interior or exterior, this service is not even worth $50! What a rip off, would not go back there for any service for sure.

Found the car we wanted, everyone is very nice only issue was when there is a set price with a set down payment I expect to be told we got you the car for your set price or sorry we could not get it done. Ended up 4000 more at 70 more a month but it's done and the car is great.

My wife stood at the service counter for over fifteen minutes with out being helped. She had a set appointment with the service department. When we picked up the car we received the same poor service. No Porter helped her for over fifteen mins.This is not the first time this has happened at the service department. I can guarantee you it will be the last. We bought two cars from them and due to their poor customer service, it will be the last.

This is the second car we ve purchased with Ernst Ness Hogarth within the last 3 months and it was another awesome experience! He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and found exactly what I wanted (I m super picky). He is not your typical pushy, over confident and jerk of a sales guy! He s extremely professional, easy going and all around nice guy! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Angie did a wonderful job of helping us figure out what would be the wisest way to service our 2005 Prius! We originally came n for a new key fob and a high beam bulb. We ended up getting a new bulb and a round of tires. We hit road hazard on our trip down from Virginia . 2 nails and a split tire later we needed a round of tires and a light bulb. Thanks Angie! And thanks Kevin too for helping Angie out!

Just got a new Tacoma yesterday at Wesley Chapel Toyota and I am loving it! My salesman Luis Delgado was awesome, he made the entire car buying experience fun. I will recommend this dealership and Luis to all of my friends and family. Everyone else that I worked with yesterday was friendly and helpful as well. This is just a great dealership overall. Wow! All I can really say is wow. I was so nervous and stressed about getting a new car, there s so much to consider when doing so. But Jack Peck made it one of the easiest, stress free, and exciting experiences. It was such a breeze! And he is so honest and clear with you. Tells you exactly what s up with no bs. Excellent 3rd experience at Wesley Chapel Toyota! 2nd time purchasing with the best car sales professional anywhere Mike Grega. Always able to get honest input, minimal negotiation hassle and always a very, very practical reliable car without any pressure to get a fancier vehicle. I literally can't say enough good things. Went there first after 8 pm very first visit for this car not even knowing exactly what we wanted and left right after 10 with a new car. Mike is so honest and knows these vehicles inside and out. I needed a very practical gas saving car for my profession but also one nice enough to accommodate my clients who ride with me daily and Mike had the absolutely perfect solution! Could not be happier plus I hate spending a long time in this process or going from dealership to dealership and 2 hours is pretty amazing! Thank you.

Fake Prices!
Looked at buying a really nice used car. They advertised this car for $22,644. Drove there to look into buying and found out the REAL price of the car is $1,500 more for a "Reconditioning Fee" so the real price of the car is $24,144. I immediately walked away. This is a sales tactic scam used to lure people in. This is completely separate from the standard tax,tag, title, & Doc Fee / Regional ad fee. This would be like going and buying a remodeled home and then right when you go to sign papers they inform you, "By the way, it cost us $$$ to fix it up so we are going to have to add this to the price we originally told you it cost also"

I own a small car repair business in Apollo Beach,...

I own a small car repair business in Apollo Beach, Florida. There are MANY Toyota Dealers closer to me but I have found through trial and error that the Parts Department at Wesley Chapel Toyota is THE BEST!! Hands down!!. A couple of days ago I ordered some very small, seemingly insignificant clips for an older Toyota I'm working on and was informed today they arrived. Through a complete mixup and misunderstanding I thought the entire dealership was open until 9pm. This is not true. The service and parts dept close at 7pm. I arrive at about 7:50pm and am given the bad news that the parts are all locked up and I will have to wait until tomorrow morning to get them. I completely understand, after all it was my fault that I read the hours wrong. Then Wesley Chapel Toyota does something that will stick in my mind forever. The sales manager comes out and offers to fill up my gas tank to compensate me for my own mix up. I can't believe what these guys are willing to do for their customers even when they did nothing wrong as a dealership. They just bought my business and the business of everyone I know FOR LIFE!!

Please read before service Department SCAM. Since you bought the vehicle from them. They will send you a coupon for a $5.55 oil change for 5qts of oil with your name on it & the make & model of vehicle on it. So you think they would know the type of oil it takes & how many quarts since, you bought it from them. Wrong, they will charge you more for synthetic & for the extra quart because it take 6qts. They also tried charge me $195.00 for a serpentine belt. They said it takes an hour of labor & it needs to be timed, to run your A/C & alternator. Wrong again. My mechanic said $110.00 installed, 30 min labor & no timing. A timing belt needs timed not a serpentine belt. Timing belt doesn't run the A/C & alternator. The $5.55 oil change is a SCAM to get you in the door. Get a price before you even go in. Save yourself the time & money. UPDATE 6-5-19 brought my truck to my mechanic to change the serpentine belt. NOT one crack in the belt, the belt did not need to be replaced. My mechanic didn't charge me anything. Saved $195.00. So many people have they SCAMED by there services Department.. By telling you, you need work, when no work was needed.

1 star because they have no zero. Truck pushed on me, salesman and sales mgr both blew up my phone. Told them I would be in sat afternoon and before I could get ready they are pulling up out front with it. Don't ever buy on last day, they are trying to hit their quota's and are like bulldogs. Engine light was on and salesman said we can look into it. No one involved in this transaction will answer me or take my call. Pathetic.

Everyone was very friendly and he greeted us before we even got out of the car. I would recommend anyone buying a car to visit Wesley Chapel Toyota and ask for Asher!

I bought a new 2018 Camry from Wesley Chapel Toyota on 10/21. Salesperson Devin could not have been more accommodating in answering all my questions, negotiating me a great deal and was truly professional throughout the entire process. All the employees were extremely polite and and courteous. This dealership deservers to be a President's award winner again. Awesome experience and oh, by the way, the new Camry ROCKS !
