Out of all the bacon cheese burgers i have ever orederd; this wendys by far had the most bacon i have ever gotten

If i could this place 0 stars i would just spent 25.00 here got home my spicy chicken sandwich was wrap in a dirty piece of paper then wrapped again in a clean piece of paper sandwich had already been made. DO NOT EAT here save your self then the drink look as if it was spit in DO NOT EAT here the people working have the worst attitudes ever hire a whole new night crew they hate there job.

Good was good, however it was a 15 minute wait at the drive thru.

We sat at the drive thru for 5 minutes before any even acknowledged we was there. After that we waited another 5 minutes. EVERYONE at the drive thru left.. Needless to say we left after 10 minutes without food ..

Worst customer service ever! Not even a how are you . Would never recommend this place to anyone! Don t waste your time or money!!!

Worst Wendy s I ve ever been to customer service terrible and the lady at register kept going to restroom while line was at the door plus eating area wasn t clean

The front counter lady who took my order was very rude and disrespectful for no reason. Sad because Wendys is my favorite restaurant for over 20 years.... I can say the Manager was great and very respectful, she even told the lady at the counter she was rude.

Went inside to grab water before work and they didn't even charge me

Service is always very slow. Most of the workers are high. Food is usually only warm. Only food option late at night after a flight.

I love the freshness of this particular Wendy's alone. Thank you so much for having the 4 for 4 deal. It makes it so budget friendly. I appreciate it more.

Went into Wendy's ask for homestyle potatoes when the cashier gave them to me I asked her are they hot she said yes they just came up so I taste one and I let her know they are cold so she said okay let me drop you some more I'm looking at this cashier she took some of the cold potatoes out put them back in the grease let them get hot okay got to my car yes they was hot but hard as hell that ain't right that's nasty and trifling so I just asked for my money back

I was displeased with the service, the cashier was prompt and very polite. It was the wait for my food that took long. I also had to ask for the rest of my order. The other crew acted inpolite and uninterested in serving me as the customer. I was very unsatisfied and wont come back. It was'nt rush hour at the time this occured

Always go inside, never use the drive thru , its ridiculously crowded all the time and your order probably wont be right but if u go inside, the order is correct and fresh!!!

Food was good but restaurant was dirty and the staff was not professional... It was late but they were fighting amongst themselves, I would only stop if I had too.

I placed my order on Drive- Thru at 12:09 noon. All three items were cold. If I wanted cold cuts, I would have gone to Kroger's Deli. Not HAPPY at all! I tried calling the store to bring this matter to a manager's attention, but no one answered the phone.

I love coming here for lunch. But today they have disappointed me. I ordered the BIG BAG, and I didn t receive my JBC. And I know it s not that burger because I have no lettuc or tomato!!!! just meat and cheese. So I will be making a video, and showing them tomorrow. Now I m gonna starve the rest of the day.

Great fast prompt service food was hot and how it is advertised no complaints

I'm not sure why the fries are always lute warm. My chicken sandwich didn't taste great. The baconator ,on the other hand, is generally good.

Slowest fast food I've every had.... Drive thru is horrible and dinning in is even worst. The employees aren't doing anything.Why are they so slow... This place should be shut down. Where's the nearest McDonalds at tho... Knock this down an put 1 up. Makes me not like Wendy's period. One more person get my order wrong and its 12 employees working and 3 customers waitind and it take 45mins to get food we will most definitely will have a problem. Come on do better Wendy's Damn....

Stood at the counter for over 10 minutes . Sounded like a party going on in the back. Heard someone say that white man can wait. When my food did come up it was just dropped on the counter . Very rude and unprofessional staff.

The Drive thru is horrible they all need betta training.

Order was wrung up wrong and was overcharged for the price difference. 2 Jr cheeseburgers @ .99 +tax vs 2 Jr bacon cheeseburgers @ 1.49 +tax equals over $2 difference where? And no receipt. I will not be going back.

They forgot half our order, kept trying to rush us out the store, then the fries we're cold and stale. Service and food was trash.

They were out of biscuit at 10:30 in the morning!!!!!

Employees are not very friendly in the mornings shortly after opening. Also this location NEVER opens on time.

Stayed in drive through 1 evening for 30 minutes and moved 1 spot forward. Should have left earlier than I did.

The hood Wendy's is hit or miss good during the day just don't go after dark or service sucks
