Just got off a plane and this was the only place open near me had me wait for about 10 minutes at drive thru for cold food and dead fries.

Best Wendys I have had since I moved to Georgia from New York.

I do not like this location neither the one on Moreland Ave in Atlanta. They are rude and want to charge you just for showing up. To contact corporate doesn't help. However I've experienced nothing but awesome service at the Wendy's on Candler Road, Boulevard, Panola Road and Flat Shoals Parkway. Perhaps they can learn something from them.

If your on a budget, this is the place to go to. Especially if you have a small family. It will fill you all up for under $20

To busy talking to take ur order. Had to repeat my order twice. Don't take their job seriously.

Waited on line fir 16 mins. 2 people on line in front of us. The line never moved.

Line was to long but food was fresh, 30 mins wait for fast food.

The only complaints I got about Wendy's is not getting that hot and juicy burger they advertise and never enough fries despite them collecting ALL their money!

Horrible food everytime. Cashiers are rude as well as leadership. Just lazy waited 15 minutes in drive thru and my order was still wrong and the food was cold. Got to do better.

Food was wrong, when they fixed the order still charged me the wrong price and the burger maker Angie has no customer service experience and very rude...won't be back!

The tea,is GOOD, I have to have it before my food order is complete.

That damn cod sandwhich is amazing! Add lettuce and tomato if you really want a kick!

Drive thru workers are lifeless and have no personality! The speaker is very low and no one knows which window you are to pay at!

The line was long but they move good
And the food was good.

Wendy's is usually pretty good, sandwiches taste great. I only gave 3 stars for appearance. I've gotten several flat chicken sandwiches and burgers that look like a 6 year old put them together. Maybe it's the locations I'm going to.... taste is on point, presentation needs improvement.

Slow service bathrooms nasty as well as dining room

Drive thru was quick, food was hot and fresh. The neighborhood is sketchy though.

Poor customer service. Selling soda and never mentioned that the soda machine doesn't work. Cold fries no salt. Bad experience all around.

The worker who was fixing the food was rude an act like they didnt want to be there.

Showed up before the Employees did at 7am when they open. So I left and came back 30 mins later and they still weren't open. They didn't even have the decency to tell me they where closed they completely ignored my existence.

The most worst experience ever drive thru employee was very rude then i live less than 2 minutes aways my fries were very cold and obviously old my burger was very cold to many bad experiences with this Wendys I will not be returning

My food was cold I asked for my food to be fresh and the cashier had an attitude and when I ask them to remake it they closed the window in my face I didn't receive a receipt so if a manager would pleas respond back I would really like it.

Cold burned husks passing as french fries. Gristly meat on the burger. Rude counter clerks. Then was actually panhandled for change at the counter. Drive 2 exits down and spare yourself the indigestion.

The food was mediocre even for a fast food place. The cashiers were so focused on leaving that they were rude and not focused.

Please note that this may have been an off night for this particular store. I usually receive better service and food.

Okay so I went up there to get a chicken sandwich and i tried it & it wasn t cooked all the way thats just sad anyways as the Wendy's was packed tonight ya ll could ve took your time & made sure the food was done at least .

The food is ok. The service is sub par. Typical Wendys.

The people who took my order was basically in a rush and rude! But my breakfast croissant was nice and hot!!

I went to this location. Both times I went a little chubby lady with a ponytail on top of her head named 'Toddasia' was spraying spray and wiping tables WHILE PEOPLE WERE SITTING AT TABLES EATING. I FELT THE SPRAY HIT ME THR FIRST DAY. THE SECOND TIME I WENT BACK I INFORMED MANANGEMENT. THEY ALLOWED HER TO CONTINUE WITH THIS FOOLISHNESS WHILE I WAS EATING. CALLING MANAGEMENT.

As expected...horrible service, long wait...cold cold food. Can the ghetto take a lesson from prominent neighborhoods that thrive? Nope

One of the only that serves breakfast and it s far better than many other fast food chains. I can t speak for the evening shift but morning is great I m in and out with hot food and just what I ordered.

The best burgers been eating at these restaurants from back home when where's the beef started we now own Torres Landscape and repairs at Gwinnett county Lawrenceville and dacula ga God Bless

They were out of menu items. They don't even sell the salad I order anymore. It took 2 people to ring me up and the service was still horrible

Brought my family from out of town here, as soon as we walked in we almost slipped on sauce at the front door, looks like they tried cleaning it, but just smeared it across the floor, so the floor was sticky. My family had to wipe down a spot to sit and eat because all the tables and even chairs were sticky, again looks like they tried cleaning in the morning, but must have just used one wet water rag or something that smeared something across all the tables and chairs making the place kinda gross. After we ordered they gave us cups, but we couldn't get any drinks because they didn't set up the soda machine. I then ordered a chocolate frosty, which they forgot to bring out with our food so I had to go back to the counter and ask for it. The lady then tried making a frosty, but it was all watery when she poured it into the cup, she then open the lid of the frosty machine to pour the contents of the cup back in the machine and unapologetically told me it'd be another 5 minutes then just turned away. After 5 minutes of waiting they again forgot about it, so I had to go tell them a second time. Very poor management here unfortunately, like no one knows or cares about what they're doing.

I love Wendy's this particular location is full of rude employees. Everyone seems to want to help but other are really mean for no apparent reason.
