They didn't have what I wanted but were very accommodating

The people were very slow with my order and it was wrong

Their food is good but the areas are not that clean

Not what I would consider fast food. Probably spent at least 15 minutes in line.

Good but the Baconator burger was smaller than expected for the price.

I don't really remember my experience here but Wendy's food is always good. That for sure

Anytime I go and grab something to eat they are always efficient and pleasant. The restaurant is always clean. If you want to eat heading north into Atlanta its right off the expressway.

Great taste in choice beef and chicken meals at an affordable price. Here's to the founder Dave.

Not great. No ketchup, food was lukewarm and slightly funky.

They were not moving very quick but the food was good

Ridiculously long wait in the drive thru. I was only there to get a salad and it took a total of 20 minutes.

Burnt meat on two breakfast sandwiches, check out the photos I posted. Bacon sandwich was in a puddle of grease and sausage patty burnt into a toxic brick. Not edible!

It was decent for fast food. The workers were nice but they were a little slow.

Ordered the chicken tenders...bbq sauce had a metallic after taste to it

Just long wait not many people in front of me. I've worked fast food recently. So I understand. I wanted to wait longer it just got to long to be serious. I hadn't started least ordered... I'm extremely patient... Very clean store. Security on site. Inside. Just was slow service. Who know they could have been short staffed. I'm not sure. I just left. Would go back...

Excellent customer service, surprisingly fast & friendly for late night service.

The service is trash. The food is always cold. And the waitress can't spell on top of the fact they're just rude. I'd give negative stars if I could.

The employees are always so nice and do such a good job of serving hot, fresh good food, even late at night before they close. & They always get my order right!

Excellent spot for cheap food. you will not be disappointed in the menu and service. the service was sociable and attentive. food is like a restaurant in louisville i liked.

02.14.2020 10:15am .. lady at the drive thru with a ponytail had a very bad attitude. She also got my order wrong and when i got home i realized she only gave me bread. No meat no sauce just empty bread and empty biscuit.

Extremely slow and poor customer service. Lack of leadership and organization.

Food was hot and fresh during the lunch hour. My husband and I were out handling business. We stopped for lunch.

Staff friendly and fast but i would rather have bad service than bad food. Fries were soggy limp and undercooked sandwhich luke warm i get 30 minutes for lunch so just had to let it go. No wonder they are failing!

The worst experience at a Wendy's restaurant. The girl who took my order was rude and didn't say thank you just all right when I got to the window she had an attitude we ordered two different coffees but when she gave us the coffee, the looked the same and told us that we just had to taste it to figure out which one was which. They're both the same. Then shut the door on me. I waited for her to look back and see that I was still there. She opened the door and I asked for some Jam to go with the biscuits and a receipt. She rolled her eyes at me and said that there is no receipt paper anywhere in the restaurant. So rude!

I order a Asiago Ranch sandwich and then make me just a regular chicken sandwich. The person who is making the order need to pay attention to what they're doing

Nothing to complain about. Got my order fast, nice customer service and got my order correct. Highly recommended

Tried Wendy's again this time a different location and time of day. Sat in the drive through for 30 minutes. I wish i had of just pulled off. Waste of time. Just don't understand. Oh well.

Manager and staff needs betters customer service and cross contamination training...

I eat here a lot, and whereas I won't be stopping anytime soon, they really do have some of the worst service I've ever seen from a Wendy's.

Got sick from lunch with my kids one day! Have not been back since. You have to ask for napkins and condiments. Customer Service not that great

Wendy's is always one of my favorite fast food places because of the many many different combinations of meal items to choose from. And the items are always freshly made too.

Waited 17 minutes in line on 10/16/15 at 3pm. Employees don't care, they don't smile, they don't say thank you.

Food is never fresh tastes old. Line always long. I go there from time to time to see if it changed but disappointed all the time

They give you what they want to at the window, drive thur.

Was able to use the bathroom which was clean enough and I didn't have to buy anything. Thank you.

I love the brand new store. And every time I go the staff is always so friendly in professional.

The manager had a attitude frowning cause she had to do anything arguing in there among team members.

Tried and true go to when you want a good burger and you are on the run.

Extremely long drive thru wait times. Staff was pleasant enough but seemed to be doing many jobs at once.

The sandwiches are dry..If you are paying almost $9.00 for a combo I would expect fresh hot food..Dont do it!!!

Slow service and nasty inside. You'd think going an hour after lunch time service would be quicker. Don't bother saying thank you because you won't get it in return.
