watch out for the JAY's at night asking for change by the drive thru....other than that getchu a 4 for 4 and call it a night

HORRIBLE!! SOMETHING IN MY TEA. EVERYTHING WAS COLD. TOOK 20 MINUTES AT DRIVE THRU. BACON WAS UNDERCOOKED. THEY FORGOT MY COOKIE. MANAGER SHOULD BE FIRED.

Wet floor and the drink Machine did not have to many drink selections and waited for a good minute for my food

The food was good the people serving of food was courteous.

This is by far the SLOWEST fast food restaurant in the city.....inside or drive thru your going to wait at least 15-20 mins that's without customers waiting in front of you and the customer service is terrible

The drive thru line is always running into the street. They're slow as snails. The location was remodeled and it's clean but the employees need a check on their customer service.

Cold fries... and don't look for any freshly fried chicken sandwich meals...

I love Wendy's it's my favorite place. I like to ride my moped up there when ever I get the chance. But the cashier was unprofessional and rude and did not seem to care if she kept her job or not. (8-30-19 2:30pm). Food was good and very very fast. But the cashier needs retraining.

What l gotta do to get fresh piping hot junk food. Cause maybe l will do it. Tired of cold fries flat drinks and warm burgers and cold nuggets. I love Wendys but they don't love me

If you are starving and it's 10pm at night, this is your spot. You may be at risk of food poisoning and diarrhea. But your not hungry anymore.

Rude staff, Coke machines didn't work and the cashier rolled her eyes when I informed her of this. Rowdy customers. Fries were cold, but salad and burger well prepared. Will not be returning.

Great experience deal with long lines very well food was fresh and hot. Great customer service as usual. I will grade this Wendy s location a 10 out of 10

For the 1st time in a year, waiting in drive was not as long, but food was good.

The worst Wendy's experience I've ever had. Right away there was an employee smoking dope in the bathroom. All the while a security officer hanging out in the dining area. My loaded baked potato didn't have all the fixings that I asked for and when approaching the counter the person replied "that happens some times". So rather than making too big of a deal about it, I retreated back to my table. As I indulged In my meal, i noticed my potato was a bit brown. Yeah brown from probably being there for days cooking. I wouldn't have given it a second thought however the woman next to me had one as well and was the nice white potato color that I felt it should be. I was extremely disappointed as I had high hopes for a edible meal while traveling. Hopefully top level management will read this, do an investigation and take action. Otherwise, just close the place and put the workers on the street. As they shouldn't serve food and treat customers like they do.

Employees handling food with no gloves. Customer service unprofessionalism at it's best. Dining room nasty! Need to do better.. manager and employees walking around doing nothing and customers standing in line, while they talk on their cell phones.

The 4 for $4 is the best thing Wendy's could do plus the BLT chicken sandwich

Y'all are a bunch of BS!! Closing before it's time to close is just bad period!!!! Nothing else to be said. Horrible

This has to be the worst Wendy's that I have ever been to. The staff is rude and loud. Very unprofessional. I just want to know who their leader and what is her criteria for hiring new employees. This is just sad. Please avoid this place by any means.

no discounts and deals for veterans on Veteran's Day... Service was very dry

Food was warm fried was not hot. The associate was not friendly did not as was we eating in, we had to ask for a tray. I feel the associate need to be train how to treat customers.

Slow! Slow! Slow! Person taking the order is often rude and rushing. The people that gives you the order is usually nice. Food is hit or miss sometimes good and sometimes it taste old.

The most garbage Wendy s in town. Unprofessional staff, undercooked food, and a gross neighborhood.

The fries were fresh but the service was kinda crappy.

After 10 o'clock they really work my nerves. I always ask for my food fresh and instead its dropped in the grease and served as usual. Tonight I went and asked for my normal #7 dropped fresh. What I recieved was a hard and dried out piece of chicken breast like when I say it was hard. I couldn't bite through the damn thing. They only got one star because my fries were fresh!! That's it. That's ALL.

I had to wait a very long time. I ordered a taco salad and ended up with just a salad..smh... Do yourself a favor and go to another location.

Nice service . Cooks seem to move too fast so things that seem small like request for no bacon on burger wasn't met so can't eat my burger.

Food is always fresh and the lobby is normally very clean

They have the laziest staff. They don't ever want to take 2 orders, there excuse is we are "short staffed". They close at 3am but stop taking frosty orders at 11pm. You will literally be waiting in the drive thru for 20 minutes waiting for a simple order. I do not recommend going to this Wendy's. Fries were not fresh. Employees were rude. Don't go here. It's a waste of time and money.

They Put barbecue sauce in my strawberry lemonade because they were out of strawberries and didn't have the professionalism to say that they were out after they already swiped my card!

Horrible service. Extremely long wait times, everytime. I suggest going inside instead of the drive through.

Employees waste hot coffee on me and said it was not her fault. Leg and stomach burn for a long time hot coffee. When this restaurant first open the employee's attitude was pleasant now ,the care about who is on there phone than who is in front of them. Make you think about management , this is a reflection of what the employees will be. Horrible management horrible employees.
