First of all it's extremely slow, then the cashier was biting her nails and spitting them out at the window then proceeded to hand me my food and debit card with no receipt. I absolutely hate this location. To add insult to injury, my order was all wrong

The women with gold teeth at the front window was so rude. I sent my sandwich back because it wasn't the correct one. Instead of rectifying the issue with customer service skills she had an attitude. Brought me back the correct sandwich...IN HER HAND, brushed it across her ass and handed me the sandwich. I watched her show her co-workers the motion. I honked my horn and told her I saw what she did and wanted my money back. She replies "what the hell is you talking about, I had it behind my back. I would never do that." I said i don't know you but i know what i saw so I want my money back. Another lady comes to rectify the situation with pleasant customer service skills. First thing first my sandwich SHOULD HAVE NEVER BEEN HANDLED OUTSIDE OF A BAG. IM HIGHLY UPSET AND CONTACTING CORPORATE AS I TYPE.

I go for lunch when i work in the area. Great. Service location employees

Sat 20 minutes just to order food through three drive through!

Don t waste your time. Just go to the one on Metropolitan.

Standard Wendy's hamburgers , clean restrooms . Easy access to / from interstate

I love the Wendy's in my neighborhood it's convenient to my home and the school also .A win win .

This place always has a steady flow of customers and the staff here knows how to get you in and out with fast friendly service and your order will 99.9% of the time be correct upon leaving. You can power up your laptop or cell phone devices and they have a flat screen television and lounge chair available. You can also host meetings there in comfort and they are accessible right off of the I-75 interstate highway....... it gets no better and their breakfast is excellent !

I would recommend this place to anyone ! They are the best !

I had a terrible experience because I ordered an apple chicken salad and nowhere on the menu did it say bacon was one of the ingredients yet bacon was one of the main toppings. I don't eat pork so I could not eat this salad.

The worst after 10pm.....sloooooow drive thru service both times ive gone...slooow as in at a minimum 15 minute wait from the time you arrive to the time you receive your food. Last night i asked for ketchup and was told "we out" and the employee closed the window.

The best experience ever. I was so shocked. Usually When I pull up to this location I automatically ask myself what will they mess up today. Superb customer service. I even asked the lady if was shmm HB new...lol she said no that she had been there for years. I had never seen her. I have lost so much money at this location but today made up for the lost. Yall I'm not even exaggerating...lol

Always slow, customer service left right along with the last order. It's sad to see so many unhappy workers going out of there way to show the customers how much they hate their job. I refuse to go inside because it always smells of spoiled milk. I wish the GM would take the time out and go undercover at this location. He/She'd be surprised.

I went here 3 times and I could have wemt to bed hungry in stead of buying food.

Very fast service and my junior cheeseburger deluxe had more lettuce and tomato than any other Wendy's I been to. I had a great experience.

Cant get orders right. Then you tell them this at second window, you get a piss poor "sorry"

This was my first time at this location I always pass it on my way to work. I decided to go around 10:30 A.M. an to my surprise they serve breakfast here. I really like there honey biscuit.

Service was fast, however I didn't have any napkins in my bag.

No soap was in the restroom and I let staff know that there wasn't any. They looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language. No one went to go put more soap in the restroom and they weren't even busy. Makes me wonder ate the employees washing there hands???

I love the employees. The young lady s always smiling and give great customer service. I come here almost everyday and fries is always perfect and sandwiches is always hot and fresh. If not eating in I always come out within 5-10 minutes

Lettuce wrapped spicy chicken sandwich. What fast food restaurant can match that?
