A little too dirty for my taste... even for a fast food place, unacceptable.

This has to be the worst Wendy's the staff was unfriendly, there were beggars outside of the restaurant, an the food wasn't prepared well.

4p... Good time to go... Hot, fresh, fast... When the food has just been made, it is actually extremely tasty and satisfying...I would like to comment regarding the rude review left by Jack Watchel -- I will give you the benefit of the doubt that maybe you had a crappy day, but your assessment of this location is wholly inaccurate. The restaurant is clean, the service has ALWAYS been pleasant and accommodating, and the staff has literally bent over backwards to make sure I was happy as a customer. I frequent this restaurant a lot since it is close by. As for your opinion of the neighborhood, I guess the 75/85 onramp next to the restaurant could use a little beautification, but it is hardly indicative of the surrounding neighborhood or its residents. That comment is insulting and simply untrue.

My favorite hamburger at a fast food restaurant. The bread is good and the meat is real.

This is definitely the worst fast food location I visit. Unfortunately, there isn't many options around here. My order comes out wrong almost half the time. I sit at drive-thru box for 5 minutes before anyone says anything. Today I was told they were out of ketchup. Also, I received 1 straw for 2 drinks.

Slow service. Servers are more interested in entertaining themselves than provide quick service.

My son loves the breakfast menu. We are from Louisiana and they don't have breakfast so we really enjoy the chicken biscuit. I wish you can keep that on the menu all day...

They are getting better with service and food quality. My salads have been fresh...but now they stop selling chicken tenders....why!!???

You get Wendy's food. It's alright for being in Atlanta.

Shady neighborhood. Just slipped thru on a road trip and was a lil scared. Bathroom was disgusting and you could see straight thru the door frame, literally looked into the eyes of someone waiting while on the toilet.

They are soooo slow, been in the drive thru for 15min now!!

I ordered 4 value meals from menu. Paid for on receipt. Missed half my order. Took 30 minutes to fix. Clean. Very busy. Rude staff.

Improving but still have a ways to go. Serve cold food fast, even people have to wait longer than 5 minutes everything should be fresh and hot. Also focus on entering the order correctly as well as preparing it correctly. I ordered only mayo, cheese and ketchup on my double classic and drove off with a burger fully dressed and warm fries. Wendy's is only cheap when ordering 4 for $4's. We pay for and expect quality food from you all.

Our order was correct and made well but the service was very slow. While the person who gave us our food was nice the cashier was indifferent. The parking lot was littered with mounds of trash.

They where doing construction at the time so had to go in instead of the drive thru

The food was not down how i asked it too be. Waited 10 mins for them to give a lady in front of me change. And then i asked for a Frosty but they gave me some milky, dishwater and with a smile too boot! Will not be returning Wendys needs to be better than this where was the manager???

Hate it. Too slow and their rude. Needs to be shut down. My food was cold and one time raw. This Wendy's sucks. Don't waste you time.

Wendys breakfast is pretty good, service was slow and my order wasnt correct.

It s not hard to follow directions. Never coming back here again me or my family.

Too many solicitors outside the building. By it being near highway 75/85 they are completely over priced..

ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU PULL OFF! When the right crew is working, they are fast & they actually get my order right. It's sad when you can tell a change in the crew by the quality of your food. But it is fast food, so it is what it is.

Order got messed up and wait was a little bit long but food was fresh.

If I could give this place zero star I would. Food quality not consistent to other locations. I ordered a number 8 and my chicken was raw and cold in the middle. Not even worth going back so I tossed it.

The service there is quite well. The speed they sever your food is extreme

Nice scene for Cheap food. a preferred evening place. the place has a cool atmosphere. atmosphere is similar to a place in columbus i loved.

Line was long around 7pm but food was hot and fresh.

Gave me back the wrong change, didnt give me a drink cup and put mayo on my sandwich after i said no mayo. Rude staff.

The chili and baked potatoes are seriously the best, throw some sour cream on both and you can thank me later!!

Went there to get dinner at 10, long line. Tried to go inside but the worker smoking a cig outside told us the inside was closed. Waited 20 minutes in line only to be told the system was down for an hour, and was yelled at by the smoker after waiting the entire time that we couldn't order. A heads up from the smoker prior to waiting would have been nice, but all the workers were too self consumed to warn the 15+ cars waiting in line that food was unavailable.

Place is messy and employees don't seem to care much. Can't say I blame them though, it's a minimum wage job with no employee appreciation.

I just did doordash and I ordered a baconator these people give ne a chicken sandwich and they don't answer the phone

Fries over cook , Order completely wrong, ask me to pull up to fake drive thru window time . An still got my simple order wong. More then once. SO NOW I DO A REVIEW

Staff friendly and informative via drive thru only reason 4 stars instead of 5 was I didn't get spoon for keytag frosty and straw for drink. Food was freshly prepared. Enjoyed it.

I specifically asked for hot fresh fries and chicken nuggets but didn't get them

ABSOLUTELY THE SLOWEST RUDEST WENDYS THAT I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO. HAVE BEEN SITTING AT THE DRIVE THRU NOW FOR OVER 15 MINS!!!

I went to the location on University Avenue. I have seen some bad reviews for this location. I went during my lunch break. My service was fine and timely and the staff was very cordial.

Horrrrrible service rude employees and the Manager was even worse order #3517 date 2/14/2018 I would Welcome a reply back from corporate

If your going to have a bad attitude at least make sure the order is right. I hate being told everything in the bag and it's not when asking for condiments. Wasn't no point in turning around because I am determined to have a great day!!

The last 3 times I've gotten chili here is been cold.
