Ka Ko Review of Wellness Hotel Horizont
I am currently here in the hotel for the 3rd time....
I am currently here in the hotel for the 3rd time. For the fact that I am the third mail there is a review in itself.
Still, I have to say that the quality of the hotel has deteriorated in terms of the room, the staff and the food.
Room well ... a renovation would do well - especially the bathroom. The bathtub is very high due to the shower partition - even too high. So for over 30 it is no longer easy.
Personnel: you can see that the personnel has been reduced due to Corona. Still, I have to ask WHY? I claim the number of guests has remained the same and the staff is overwhelmed (do more and take hygiene measures). I can't get anything for dinner with my family. I won't remind the cellars every day that I want something too.
The food is distributed at the buffet by one person each. It is definitely not enough. This creates unnecessary "corona-dangerous" snakes. Since we can make it on the plate alone.
Food: the quality has deteriorated extremely. I have the impression that the kitchen is not in the mood. Everything cut lovelessly, not through, too hard or whatever. I know what I'm talking about in 2014 and 2019 the quality was completely different.
