Don't bother trying to get a sub there for lunch. You will either wait 15 minutes just to order or call in an order, then be ignored while you wait for the pickup, only to have them screw up the order. Go somewhere else for lunch.

Great store,too bad they mostly carry their own brands instead of name brands

Wegmans is what a grocery store in Heaven might be like. My drum and bugle corps, Atlanta CV, travels to Rochester each year for the DCA drum and bugle corps championship competition and we always arrange to eat at least 2-3 meals at Wegmans. Our Southern members are shocked when they enter the store for the first time because nothing like Wegmans exists in the South. Wegmans is always a highlight of our trips "up North"!

Wegmans is my favorite supermarket everything is fresh ,clean i love the bread .

Didn't have the two things that prompted my grocery run in the first place.

It was just a quick trip to pick up a few things. It wasn't doing a big grocery shopping haul but it was a Saturday so it was busy.

Wegmans is definitely one of the best places to shop at in Rochester. I come here a lot.

They are rearranging the store and it is frustrating due to the products are not where the sign is staying

They show favoritism to the police and nobody else also they allow cops to park in the fire lane while paying them while on duty to do what security guards

Has fresh sub's, hot cooked foods/pizza / dining area/lottery/gift area /prescriptions/bakery/fresh lobsters.

Wegmans offers great quality everything! Great place to pick up a few things or do a full blown shopping trip.

I lobe wegmans and always will especially their pharmacy I had a seizure due to my epilepsy there and their phamacist jumped into action and timed my seizure for me and helped me out. Everyone there is amazing!

Not sure what is going on there all of a sudden but no pies, the tap and go on cash registers don't work, happened to me twice thank God I had my credit card with me, and instead of the convenience of grabbing a chapstick on the way out, I have to search all over because they only stocked peppermint and pomegranate, most expensive brand in front. What happened to the plain and convenience items at the register. And do you think the lady asked me how I am or did I find everything okay... Nope. Didn't look at me, not once and just asked me to donate.... How about "no!"

This store has taken a turn for the worse in the last month. I have started to shop elsewhere. Went on 8/1/15 at 6:15 p.m.. Start at the deli -2 people working 2 people cleaning - 6 people in line - hey here's a clue - cleaning can wait while customers are being taken care of! Neither coffee grinder works - Told 2 different people - no help after 5 minutes - must not matter to them. Get in line remind cashier 3 times that I have coupons go to hand them to her only to see that she has already processed my credit card. She is trying to stop it - I have to tell her the only way to stop it is to void the order and as there are 3 people behind me and only a few cashiers open all with lines I tell her I will go stand at the service desk - are you sire? Do I have a choice? 5 minutes in line at service desk then tells me she has to go through my bags! Seriously I spent 215.00 and gave you the receipt - no find them on the receipt if you must but you are not unpacking my groceries. And hey you two managers chatting away - how about we open a register instead??? Shelves not stocked on almost every aisle. (this includes Wegmans brands.) I am very disappointed with this store. I have shopped here since the day it opened and it has NEVER been this bad. Please someone step in and rescue this store! After the last few weeks this store does not deserve to have the #1 flags flying! Last week a manager(?) walking to each department stating - Our objective is not to be screamed at today! Really??? in front of customers??? You did this in the deli area and the produce area - I avoided the areas I saw you in after that - shameful teach by example!

A little smaller than some stores, but you can guickly get in and out of this Wegmans.

The best in town for produce. Always clean. Employees are always helpful. This is the only store that constantly retrieves the shopping carts from outside. Good prices and a wide variety of items.

Every experience at Wegmans is great! Excellent produce, ready made meals that you know are fresh made by Wegmans! The staff are always willing to help!

I always find what I'm looking for at Wegman's and I know a lot of the prices by heart, like today, I stopped at Tops first and I needed sweet onions, they wanted $1.99 a lb. I knew Wegman's were only $1.49 and i had to go to Wegmans any how, so I waited.

They are always clean, efficient, and very helpful!

Just picked up some laundry supplies. And stayed within my budget this time.

I absolutely love this store. It has everything you could possibly need. The food that they make is absolutely delicious. Healthy food at its best and very very tasty.

I purchased 12 vanilla frosted cupcakes with sprinkles at the Lyell store. When I asked the bakery person if they just had a package with all vanilla cupcakes, she immediately offered to make me a package of just vanilla frosted ones. Only at Wegmans do you get such great customized service! No hassle, just a Wegnans' smile & great customer service.

That's the reason for paying a little more -- the "feel good" experience when you shop at Lyell Wegnans.

Most shelves empty, produce not good lately. we've had fruit many times go bad same day. quality has plummeted. weeding out name brand products and stocking shelves with Wegmans brand. I don't know about anyone else but I'm not giving up quality and flavor for a store brand, no matter how good.
