Great customer service. Loads of organic and natural foods, everything you need wegmans has it or goes the extra mile to get it. Too much more to mention. I love coming in this store. The atmosphere is positive and they cater to everyone. Great job Wegmans keep up the good work.

What can I say, coming from the south where Publix reigns supreme I had my reservations about weggles, I didn't believe all the hype but as soon as I stepped foot into the club lighting of the world's greatest supermarket my mind was changed, the walking around music is quite nice, major Lazer one minute soft jazz the next, it's like a sensory treat. Music in the your ears, food in your nose, great customer service making you feel welcome and part of the family. Come to Wegmans and be amazed.

Great store, only dislike is the parking lot. It gets really congested fast. The entry off Lyell is a mess, it's way easier to go in off of Howard.

Best shopping in the entire NorthEast. No grocery experience compares. Phenomenal deli, stop in for a submarine sandwich, or whatever floats your boat. It lives up to the hype if you're not from around here.

I just love the taste of Wegmans organic chicken wings. It's a must buy.

Some of the staff are not so friendly, almost always they screw up my pizza order and i use to order all my birthday cakes from this Wegmans, but there have been so many times on days where i need to order a cake and they say
they are not taking cake orders today ughhhh what is up with that???? But don't worry Wegmans you didn't loose me as a customer, i go to the chili-paul Wegmans where everyone has a smile on their face.

As a Canadian who used to live in Upstate NY, I always head to Wegmans when I get the chance. There's no single thing that makes Wegmans so special, it's just the hundreds of little things they do in each store that make you love Wegmans.

A very clean and great store. The employees are always very helpful when I ask to find something. The only reason I don't give it five stars is because wegmans tends to be on the high side. To be fair their food is well prepped and well presented. Things like the sushi area, the coffee area, and the rest of the food areas are well staffed and run smoothly. Also to be fair they do list some products cheaper than other stores and have been for a long time. They also have great produce but still very pricey. If your trying to eat healthy it's going to cost you. Overall Wegmans is a good place.

I like this store for a few reasons, the bottle return is much easier to use than my neighborhood store - it's separate from the store entrance so you're not in the way of people entering and exiting the store. The store itself also has everything you could need, as all Wegman's do, and of course as a customer, you are treated like gold!

Simply the best guys in the supermarket business. Great selection of prepared foods including Chinese great coffee station and Frozen drink station unbelievable selection of organic foods and meats as well. Pricing is very competitive

Everything at wegmans deserves 5 s I love the fresh flowers for mom always able to find good deals on meat. The bakery is amazing I buy fresh muffins every week me and mom love them. The pharmacy is amazing they have automatic refills you have the option of being called or text when your medicines ate ready and theres many people working so you dont wait long and they have a drive through and deliver I just love wegmans

Wegmans is hands down the top contender in the ring of supermarkets. Great customer service, atmosphere, culture and people. Wegmans figured out how to create consistent and effective training across all employee levels so the shopping experience is practically mirrored state to state. Great in house prepared foods and deli.
The pizza shop is good quality and Brooklyn style-ish but $3 is steep for a slice 1/2 the size of most other reputable pizza shops along with more than a sprinkle of toppings. Order a whole pizza, better value but still needs work. The coffee shops are decent but can't compete in the same arena with even local/independent cafe's/shops. The sub shops are good and have wraps but overall are still beaten by many other sub shops like Dibellas. Wegmans modeled after them but still fall short in toppings, size, quality and overall creative variety.
There is a cheese shop, seafood/meat department, bakery, bulk section, hot/cold foods bar, aisles galore, large cafe seating/frozen foods section and a massive produce selection. On top of all that, J.D Powers named their pharmacies the best in customer satisfaction of 2018. Of course each store is relatively large enough to house the above mentioned but each new built store is spacious and awe inspiring in design internally and externally.
I have frequented many Wegmans locations countless times per week religiously over 20 years and personally recommend the experience that is Wegmans. I would rate "6" stars if possible, pending the corrections of the constructive criticism mentioned above. Keep up the great work Wegmans family and keep expanding state to state, as Rochester is proud of your achievement.

C'mon it's wegmans you would be lying if you complained about anything. From a-z Wegmans is the best grocery store in the nation hands down

Did curbside pickup, gutl was very nice, but watch out for substitutions both the ones I got cost a lot more than one I ordered originally, and one was 1/3 smaller and still cost a lot more than bigger one!!!
