Dynamic company, constantly looking for new ideas, stimulating!

I have been working for this company for 9 years now and I am happy to be part of this dynamic and stimulating environment. The company is close to the employee and is always in step with the market.

GETAWAY !! If you want to become slaughter meat, take a seat. Under paid, under estimated. Working on holidays and sick people is on the agenda. Then when you no longer need them, they hunt you. I got out of it. Luckily.

Starving salaries, they do not replace and oblige them to terminate contracts early when the resource is not convenient for the customer. I have resorted to legal proceedings. Poor Italy.

Ridiculous those who give 5 stars and work in it. The work in Prisma is not lacking .. Indeed. The problem is the management of resources and the lack of sensitivity towards them.
Would I recommend it to a friend? No.

Company of great vision and management, with a deep-rooted and deep work ethic, an enviable commitment to the enhancement of young entrepreneurship projects (in the personal sense and otherwise) or employment in depressed areas that require an injection of investments in training and perspectives. Those who are ready to roll up their sleeves and face the challenges that Prisma accepts every day, cannot be said to be disappointed or limited by this experience, almost unique in the Italian panorama.
