Wegmans Food Markets Review

This wegmans is a little dingy, fewer products to choose from, and ALWAYS congested. I prefer pittsford.

I loved the old store and I love the new one! It's always busy and still feels like the old store. But its definitely subjective. It's 90 % customers from the neighborhood, which is nice. And It's the only Wegmans left in the city of Rochester. And I reside in the city as well. So I feel very fortunate that it's open and not going anywhere.

Wegmans continues to replace my favorite products with Wegmans brands. I only shop Wegmans for specific products because they are so expensive. East Ave location has good variety in the fresh food sections. They could add some variety to the hot food bar.

Very nice and convenient to go to. The only thing is that because it's a bit smaller than the other ones, it tends to get very packed during peak hours. The parking can be crazy too.

You can find (almost) anything at Wegmans, though it ll cost ya...I leave half of my paycheck there.

I used to not like this store, but having moved to the area and going here more, I think it's tied for my favorite. Great staff and really good donuts!

Crowded for good reason! Still prefer the Pittsford Plaza store. C'mon down to south Florida Wegmans!

Very large Wegman s, has everything you could want in a grocery store plus has a amazing deli dept. I would recommend this wegmans even for a relaxed meeting with clients or colleagues the Cafe area has a nice lounge area for just that occasion and has a private area for large parties

Who won't love this place? I need this to live outside Tokyo.

I LOVE Wegmans they have a great variety of food an treats today i went to take my sister in-law grocery shopping an went to Wegmans an i got to sample some bre cheese it was delicious so that my sister in-law purchase some Thank You Wegmans

Wegmans is always great, we are lucky to have them. That being said, the parking lot is pretty awful here. Busy and a little dangerous.

Smaller store means harder to navigate, plus they run out if things quickly; but it's still Wegmans so. .. it's with it.

Hands down one of the best Wegmans locations that I have visited. Visually pleasing and the Amore Italian Restaurant and Wine Bar takes it to other levels!

The aisles are too narrow and it gets congested easily

Great selection and nice layout to the store. Doesn't have overly crowded isles like some Wegmans do. Every time I've been here, there have always been more than enough cashiers and staff about to help. Restaurant attached is decent. Produce is almost always very good.

I always go here to grab something quick, but if you have a lot of shopping to do I would suggest going to a different wegmans.

Love this wegmans clean and easy to find what your for and love there bottle return u can do both cans and bottle in the same machine no other store has those machines that you can do cans and plastic in one I will travel the 45 mins just to go to this wegmans

What can I say? It's Wegmans, the greatest grocery store in the world.

Wegman ia always good, but you nees a bigger parking place and that store need to be BIGGER!!!

This is the worst Wegmans in the area the parking lot is horrible, some of the staff are rude and the hot food section use to be very tasty.... not anymore...oh and the self checkout lines they hover over top of you like you re a thief I guarantee you I have more in my pockets than you Wegman drones have in your paycheck

This is the superstore. It's very clean, organized. Staff is professional & helpful. We love everything about it. Deli is fresh, sushi made fresh everyday (long time sitting sushi is removed & replaced with fresh). The bakery is extraordinaire will work with you on any specialty work you want done. The pizza & subshops are great. The restaurant is also very good. You can even purchase dinners to go from the specialty shop or from the refrigerator. They will also prep meals in the meat dept. Seafood is fresh, if they don't have something you're looking for they will get it. For the holidays you can pre-order dinners, but you must put your order in early. Fresh breads, cookies, cakes everyday. They also have specialty items.

Unfortunately the location is too small for the amount of traffic it gets. Which is so unfortunate because city dwellers like myself love Wegmans

Wegmans is one of the best grocery stores in the country! When Cher visited here in Rochester New York years ago she was blown away by it! The Baldwin brothers cannot get their mother to move to the West Coast because she doesn't want to leave Wegmans, they actually bought her a house and she said no!

They push a lot of their products. Hard to find name brands

Always treated very well. I prefer a smiler to a robot, tell my person so, and get an even bigger smile. Consistent satisfaction.

A great store. Everything is great. But the worst parking. I prefer to go to the other Wegmans usually.

Wegmans is a gourmet shopping experience comparable to a Whole foods store. Fresh produce!

I love the ambiance and how close this grocery store is to my home! I can always count on great and a wide variety of produce to always be available.

Parking is crazy to get in and out. Rather travel to east way wegmans in Penfield. Bigger and better parking. Worth the extra 2 miles from home.

Worst wegmans in Rochester by far. The parking lot is a complete and utter disaster and the width of the isles in the store is about a body length across. You practically have to take turns going in each isle. Piss poor shopping experience.

Wegmans is awesome. It's not just shopping, it's an experience!

Wegmans as long as I have known it. Has always been such a well maintained and high class establishment. High quality products and fresh food daily. I have never had a bad experience at Wegmans and I am very grateful to have such an establishment where I live. This particular Wegmans on East Ave is one of the newer Wegmans and is really spacious and clean. It is busy most of the time I go there but really fast and great service overall.

Always very busy but I typically go during the lunch hour. Not the easiest parking lot to get in and out of.

My son and I love going to the wegmans on east ave. The parking attendants are so helpful in making sure we get into the store safely. The coffee shop workers always remember my son's name and we always find what we are looking for!

This is by far the only Wegmans I dislike and by far means so far. It's so small and cramped and always sold out of things and u can never find what u need when ur in a hurry . There is no such thing as run in run out at this Wegmans. I love Wegmans as a grocery store and love everyone except this one. It's worth the ten minute drive in any direction to get to a normal Wegmans and not have to deal with this one. This should never of been built the site just wasn't big enough for what a true modern day Wegmans requires to deliver customer satisfaction.

Local neighborhood shopping mart with all the home and grocery need. I Recommend that you get shopping done during the day, the parking lot is known to very cramped at times.

Nice prepared foods and produce sections. Size of store is user friendly but somewhat limits selection of certain items available at larger stores. As always, store is clean and staff helpful. Overall pleasant experience.

Parking lot and store are typically crowded. If you go at times when it isn't, many items are out of stock. It is difficult to navigate around stockers and customers to get shopping done quickly. Other than that, this is a wonderful supermarket.

It's Wegmans, enough said! A bit more limited selection on certain items than some of the bigger stores out in Henrietta or Pittsford but you can only pack so much goodness into their allotted blocks.
