I have been with them 6 years but recently realized that there prices has gone up I paid 65.00 to for an item I purchased for 10 USD and it was not even worth the price to collect it a piece of clothing as light as an underwear im thinking of switching it's getting to ridiculous in this covid19 period

I have been with WEBSOURCE for three years now and...

I have been with WEBSOURCE for three years now and there service is getting shabby. You are going to find very small items in three times larger boxes which will sometimes be stuffed or sometimes just no stuffing at all. I used this company because I heard of their quality service but now for the past two years it has dropped drastically. Secondly way higher prices for very light packages which is normally a few ounces but they charge you for one pound to three pounds with bigger boxes. Thirdly customer service when you walk in okayish few CSRs are pleasant and you have to take their pleasantries with a grain of salt.

Quick and convenient. For your online import needs. Make shopping simple, stress free and never having to worry about how you are going to get your items. Opt to your item delivered to your door or go in to collect at thier collection center.
Also you can call ahead and make use of their shuttle service for easy access in and out of facility.
Monday to Saturday.

Websource is a bit expensive everyone knows that.....

Websource is a bit expensive everyone knows that... but so far (4+ years) I ve had no problems. Around Jan to May I had some issues collecting over 20 packages because I was in and out of the country. Websource kept my packages AT NO COST for 2-4 months. That s crazy because that service is highly charged by other companies. As I said it was not planned and websource made it such an ease with no frustration at all. That is customer service at its finest! I wont be switching anytime soon.. even with the recent credit card scandal. I also believe that the fluctuation in charges for packages is not actually Websource s fault; if you look at your invoice, you d see it s customs. They are quite annoying . If you can show me another company that s cheaper / economical & offers the same customer service i d consider switching but so far i really don t think there is any. I rather pay more for quality service. Will always be 5 stars for me, hopefully they never disappoint in the future.

Very disappointed with this company lately. Our last 2 orders have been delayed over 2 weeks from the date they were received in Miami. The most recent order has been lost apparently. We tried to call to inquire and they've now disconnected their phone because too many people are calling to check on delayed / missing orders. Tried to email and no response. We had to go in physically to check our order.
The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because they used to be a decent courier service. Now I would caution anyone from using their services.

Your telephone queue service is the worst. Waited in queue at no.1 for more than ten minutes and still after nobody answered.
Collection of my order was quick but the description was never changed on the package even though they advised it would be corrected.

Length of time to wait for someone to answer call is terrible .Rates Expensive and to increase your customer service get a dam Live Chat service so that we can speak with rep faster .Call before scheduling delivery .Why are yall showing up at my home without confirming if i would be home ? Respond to customer emails ,yall dont respond .Be more efficient -

Been using them for over five year and they were awesome. Of recent times they have been over charging and double charging. Even when it s brought to their attention with receipt to show there s still no resolve.

Have been using them yearsss now. Prices wasnt so bad then but is wayyy more now. Service was quick and good but now They does deliver extremely late, without noticing you of the exact date or putting it on there websight when you will get your orders. Have to be messaging the courier right through to find out.

I would usually visit here on a Saturday because they would normally do free drop off at my work place during the week. The line is long but moves very quickly due the 5 or 6 attendants. Since they have separated the actual pick up from the paper work it's even much faster. Staff is courteous and pleasant.
