classed tools as beauty products and then forced me to pay the resulting duty charges due to their error. after 5 years i'll be looking for another courier.

Service is unsatisfactory. Clearly lacks resources to facilitate the high volume of customers you'll have. The system needs to revised to be efficient! Taking my business elsewhere till that time.

Delivery service is very quick. Issues arise when you have an issue like damaged goods. At this time it seems like the mandatory insurance was just your gift to them.
Customer service is horrid at best at such times.

The only courier in Trinidad that's worth using. Buying items on sale guarantees the price check be the same that you paid for it. Websource actually checks your packages properly and applies the invoice paid.

Performance - Their company is huge so upon dealing with them keep in mind we are not the only customers there's 1000+ others.

Affordable - Not every item will cost less than $100.00 ttd but there is definitely a great price overall that won't break your pocket. Just remember weight is your killer not Websource.

Shipping time - Once an item reaches Miami you will receive an email if you haven't just check the tracking info and if it's USPS track the item on their website.

Local handling time - This normally takes two sometimes three days but rarely 3. The only drawback after is your driver shipping date and this can vary. This is what Websource will need to work on later however it's not a deal breaker.

Consistently courteous staff and well planned out logistics. The parking is also sufficient, except for peak periods of Black Friday & Christmas.

Reliable and efficient service. Customers are updated regularly. The only thing is that they should fight the import vat like aeropost did...

I asked them to refuse delivery of an item 3 days before it was delivered. They responded after they had received and processed it to say that I now have to pay for shipping and delivery. I had already stopped payment on the item from the supplier, so now I have to pay the supplier and websource for an item I don't want. Really!!??

Web source is my best experience yet with a po box service. Especially like the emails when arrived in miami and in trinidad with invoice emailed as well. Pickup is fast and convenient. I dont use the drop off services but i am sure it is just as good as their other services. Bless

Always keeps you informed of the status of your packages and if any delays have occurred a reason why this is the case. I have always received my packages quickly and without being tampered. The customer service is exceptional and they always answer the phone. Overall, I am a very happy customer for over two years and would recommend them readily.

I absolutely love websource very lovely environment went u arrive at their offices but they would of gotten 5 if their rates were not so expensive ... It comes like paying for a 2nd package all together.... They need to revise their price list because it's very ridiculous... I have been doing business with Websource over 4years and up to this day I am very confused about their rates... Whether your package is light weight or heavy it's still ridiculous....So websource if u looking to be #1 please revised your rates

Web Source charged me $1000 to bring a laptop. I used their Inbound Shipping Estimator to estimate the cost but when I received the invoice I realized they doubled charged me. How on earth could you charge $1000 just to ship a normal light weight laptop? That is ridiculous and unethical.

Prompt service at what's probably the best price around. Can't go wrong with Web Source.

Web Source has significantly improved their service over the past couple months. Collecting my items at the Trincity branch is extremely quick and easy. The staff members are also very pleasant. It costs approximately $4.12USD/0.5LB and $4.87USD/LB. Please note that if your item falls between 0.5 and 1lb, the cost will be rounded up (this can be applied for all weights. E.g. 1.45lbs will be rounded up to 2lbs). If going to the Trincity branch is not an option, they also deliver to several areas in Trinidad.
