I wish to commend the Wayne Pitman Lincoln Dealers...

I wish to commend the Wayne Pitman Lincoln Dealership and its staff. Previously I had been very impressed with Nicole Young and the sales team but now I can say the service team, especially Mike Arthurs and Dennis (not to forget Terrys work) are beyond outstanding as well. Their friendliness, helpfulness and going the extra mile was obvious before this but Michael and especially Dennis have proven that even when things goes wrong they won t stop until things have been rectified, but also that they will go the extra miles to ensure not only satisfaction but complete and total satisfaction. What a team you have there. Rest assured when I (or my wife or two daughters ) need to replace my Lincoln continental or need dealership service Wayne Pitman will be where we are headed.

Before I was impressed with mike Arthur and his teams work on my car. Now they have impressed me again with their handling of my daughters car. On her honeymoon she developed electrical problems out east and again in Cambridge on her way home to London. Another dealer looked at it but obviously didn t solve the issue as she broke down again. I had it towed to wayne pitman. They not only found one issue but two. If they had stopped with the first I m sure she would have broken down again. Sadly the car was just out of warranty but mikes charge for the repair was quite reasonable. On top of that he had arranged for a very very inexpensive rental for her. You know where my family will be buying our future cars from.

Amazing service and experience!

Bruce was amazing and helped me with getting my first car. He was very welcoming and helpful unlike other dealerships where you felt rushed and pressured into buying a car. He made it easy to understand all the details of the car and found a car for me in my budget!

Blair was also helpful, responding to emails and phone calls quickly in order to give the best service possible.

If I could could give this review more than five stars I would!

Thank you to everyone involved and if you're looking to purchase a new vehicle I suggest going here 100%

I got my 2015 mustang ecoboost in December 2015. I thought my car was new, and they told me it was a new car. After one and half year I was being told by another dealership that there is no such a thing as a new car that has 300+km on it. It was a DEMO car. Plus I got my ecoboost for a total of $47,540. What a joke, I was so silly back then. All I can say is that you learn from your mistakes.

He was thorough in sending us pictures, videos and answering all of our questions in timely manner. We had research extensively and received the best price at Wayne Pitman. I had wonderful experience at Guelph Ford. I met Elisia Vorsteveld and she was friendly and courteous. We went for a test drive in a Ford Escape and she answered all my questions. A week later I was back and making a purchase. I was told my special-order vehicle would arrive in 8-12 weeks and it arrived in just 5. A great experience and high recommendation.

Quick Lane I received prompt and excellent service with my oil change and when I talked with Dave the mechanic about a front end vibration and noise. He went out of his way to help diagnose the problem. He fixed the problem (front wheel bearing) ASAP. Thank you Dave.

Truly amazing dealership. They have not lost the art of sales like many others.
Dan From Wayne Pitman ford greeted us as we walked in. Right from the get go he was there to help. Finding the appropriate models in our range. Expanding our vision of what else was offered. Getting everything ready for us to test it all out.
Dan seemed to understand what our needs were and provide answers and directions with each need.
After car shopping for 3 weeks this was one of the most refreshing dealerships i have dealt with. They will definitely see myself again. Plus my recommendations of others to check them out.

The staff at Wayne Pitman are amazing. Every last one of them (and this is not an over exaggeration). Whether it is a representative you are dealing with directly or not, everyone says hello and makes sure you're being taken care of.
I had a repair done and they made sure to explain everything to me before the work was done. They explained everything to me when they called me to pick up my car and they went over it again when I got there.
I don't feel like just another number and I actually trust them and feel that they act with fairness and integrity.
The only issue I have is it can be hard to get through to anyone when I call.

Called to get my Lincoln MKX serviced, just under the 80,000km. warranty. Had heard a noise on the back passenger side, needed rear seat cup holder repaired, & an oil change. Got me in the very next day, & called to let me know they needed a couple of parts so left it with them for another day. The maintenance guy Mike was great. They replaced the rear shocks, & cup holder in back along with the oil change, & it was done by lunch. Super happy with the service & the car was washed when I picked it up. No charge as just 300km under the warranty time, but they could have neglected to check the rear noise until the warranty was up & charged us in a week or 2 for the service. Have had work done at other dealerships in the past that were simply unethical & didn't care about the customer, just wanted to empty your pocket book. I will defintely check them out for next vehicles & have servicing done there.

Though I don t often come back to this dealer where I bought my car for service, any time I have come here, I have always been impressed. The people are friendly and easy to deal with and really do seem to put the customer s needs and circumstances first. Even their waiting room is pleasant, bright, with adequate seating and free coffee and Wi-Fi. They tell you how long you can expect servicing your car will take and in my experience, they deliver well within that time.

i showed up at 8am on Saturday at Quicklane and was told there would be a 3 1/2 hour wait.
How does that work you cannot book appointments I was there promptly 8am and now I have to wait 3 1/2 hours.

Although buying a new car is never really something we embrace, we did feel that Brian Arrand made the process a lot more palatable. We hope that both he and we are around in 5 or 6 more years and we can do it all again!

We have bought 2 vehicles from Wayne Pitman Ford and have loved the experience both times. Everyone there has been extremely fast in response time for questions, whether in person, over the phone or by email. We've had a great experience dealing with Mike on the sales team who makes sure you are getting the car you need (and want). Customer service at this dealership is top of the line and we have always been extremely impressed with how personable and welcoming this dealership is. We have also had great experiences with the service team and can trust them to do a good job.

l went again to check the air conditioner not working
but the fan only work .and after the check up i found is too expensive and i decided to repair later
and week later i tried run the fan but its not working they broke the fan
and i will call the head office

Had a great experience buying our vehicle from here. We dealt with Mike Pugsley in sales, He was very knowledgeable with all of the cars features and walked us through everything. Tracey helped us with all the paperwork and set everything up. Overall a great experience. We love our 2016 Escape and will be back for sure.

I came in looking for an obscure part for a friend, the guys in parts chased down what I was looking for (from a bad iPhone photo) all while being much friendlier and helpful than the parts counter at some retail stores. I would definitely recommend starting here for any Ford or Lincoln part.

Dropped in to Ford's Quicklane for an oil change on my 2017 Ford Edge. Grabbed a coffee and a paper to read. The service was completed and the vehicle was fully inspected before I finished either one! Great job WPF!

I have never owned a Ford before but on the advice of a friend I stopped into look at what kind of a deal I could get on an F 150 and WOW was I
impressed. BRIAN ARRAND immediately started to look for all the various rebates and programs that I could take advantage of. I gave him the model I was interested in and he tailored something that I thought was a great deal. In fact he created an F 150 package that perfectly met my needs while still be very conscious of price. I could go on and on about how the deal just seemed to get better but all I can say is THANK YOU!

BRIAN, you rock! He even took the time to have a chat with my son about possible future career plans that had nothing to do with WAYNE PITMAN Ford or the auto industry.

I also received an email from the Sales Manager(Brian) thanking me for taking the time to give them a chance for the business, this happened before anything was agreed upon.

After I had the truck for about a week Brian A. gave me a call to follow up on how I was liking it.

If you are thinking about a purchase go and see these guys it could very worth your while!

Sales was attentive to my budget and my needs. Dan Mcquain went above and beyond. I loved my truck but after the lease it was time to buy. I purchased a fully loaded Lincoln, my Princess car, it drives itself. I even have an app so I can start it remotely from another town! I've returned to Wayne Pitman for my last 2 vehicles because of Dan.

Highly recommend this dealership and especially Sal Khan if you're looking to get a new car. Sal patiently worked with us to get a great deal on a 2017 Ford Escape SE. He's friendly, knowledgeable, and more importantly, not pushy about the sale. He made sure everything was taken care of on the day we picked up our new vehicle, including a full tank of gas and a walk-though of all the car features. The rest of the staff was very friendly and easy going as well. Will definitely be sticking with this dealership for a long time. Thanks Sal and the rest of the team at Wayne Pitman!

My boyfriend and I recently bought a truck from Wayne Pitman; we had an amazing experience. We had been looking for a truck for a while and coming to this dealership was our best decision. Carl was such a great salesman, full of helpful information, not too pushy, left us to look at the vehicle on our own without standing over us like most salespeople at the other places we visited. He was so great! We also had a great experience with Tracey getting all of the financial business in order very quickly and efficiently. The whole process went smoothly and quickly, we could not have asked for a better experience!

My Husband John took our Ford Fusion in to have the winter tires put on plus an oil change. When my Husband left the Dealership after waiting for 2 1/2 hours ( he had a 10:00 appointment) He was surprised to see the low tire pressure light on as he was driving home. He had to stop to put air in all of the winter tires. I would have thought that should have been done when they put the snows on.

Wayne Pitman Ford is a great Ford dealership! All the staff, from Quick Lane, to Sales are very friendly and helpful.
My husband & I have been purchasing our vehicles from them for years now and wouldn't change a thing. Michael Pugsley goes out of his way to help with all of our questions. He always ensures that we know all of the details of the Sale or Lease; he takes his time and doesn't make us feel 'rushed'.
Michael is OUR #1 Salesperson and he will always have our custom! :)

Not overly satisfied with my experience. Although ...

Not overly satisfied with my experience. Although there's really nice customer service reps here they left me with no choice but to get a second opinion from another dealer.

The rear turbo and inlet pipe on my ecoboost engine was was saturated with oil. More than just sweat and with only 38k on the engine. My mechanic told me it was a problem so I took it straight to the dealer here and explained that. They said they couldn't find any leaks or oil anywhere they said, so they charged me $60 for the service and sent me on my way. A couple months later I looked at the problem again and it was even worse. Took it back and and again, they said they couldn't find any problems. So They took me into the service bay with the vehicle jacked up in the air. I asked why are you looking underneath? I said all you have to do is pop the hood and examine the outlet of the rear turbo and inlet pipe and it's clear as day that there's an issue.

They ended up putting dye into the oil system and ran it for a few weeks before I had to take it back for another look over. Guess what - there were dye markings all over the back of the engine in and around the turbo.

After they told me they told me it was the inlet pipe I was fed up and decided to get a second opinion. (I paid 50k for this vehicle, you can't blame me. That's what warranties are for)

So... I take the car to another dealer, show them the problem. 30 minutes later they tell me that a new turbo is on order.

I mentioned to Pitman that I shouldn't have been charged the original $60 service fee since they were looking in the wrong place all along. They said there's nothing they could do about which isn't fair. I wasted a lot of time on this issue. So as a result, what's another 20 minutes spent ranting about it.

Ecoboost engines are becoming quite popualr these days. Dealerships need to be more knowledgeable about these 'newer' engine features and exactly how they work. I'm a gear head, and most times I know when something is wrong. But what about the customers that aren't? This concerns me. So when warranties are valid and something doesn't seem right, get a second opinion.
