I recently participated in the Lincoln Dream Date experience. I loved every minute! It was wonderful to get to try out the car I'm looking to buy in a more long-term test drive situation and the dinner at Borealis was delicious. Ged Smyth was helpful from start to finish in explaining the whole package, not to mention the great customer service vehicle drop-off and pick-up! Thanks guys, I'm sold!

Staff was very polite and informative. Went for oil change and was done in good time. Only negative was pricing.

Took my F150 in for a few recalls, was told it would be two days, it was done in a day... I didn't realize that they needed the floors to be clear, the mech removed everything from the floor so I wouldn't have to make a return trip , Courtney called me twice and I didn't get the message but she still went ahead and had everything done that I had originally asked for... Thanks to your staff..went above what was expected..and sorry for the mess.

As always, I find the service at Wayne Pitman Ford to be fast, courteous and reasonably priced. Most of my service work is done at Quick Lane. They explain everything that may need doing but do not press you to get everything done at once, which I appreciate. In other words, they don't say "You need to fix this right now or your car will fall apart". Nor do they try to sell you parts you really do not need. In addition, I find the service to be consistently good from one visit to the next.

On my last visit my vehicle just needed an oil change and the service was excellent as usual.

The job was done quickly and efficiently. The staff is amazing.

I really like my 2015 Ford Escape Titanium. Dan McQuain is great; he's covered all my questions before and after my purchase. He even helped me install the cargo unit. He's very friendly and we have a nice chat every time I bring my car in for service. I find that he has very interesting stories to share; which I enjoy hearing. This has been and still is one of the best car purchasing experiences I've ever had. Vehicle is preforming well a year later and I'm very happy with the Eco boost fuel economy. My father really likes my new car too; much easier for him to get into and out of as his mobility has decreased some over the years.

2nd service at Wayne Pitman Ford. Service advisors were amazing and polite. Went for a test drive with service technition in my truck. Technition was very helpful and solved my truck issues quickly.

I arrived at 7:30 am to he my Ford Fiesta service, they open at 8am. I was turned away, was told they are fully booked for the day! Dang!!

As always, treated like a friend of the family! Welcome smiles and prompt service. It was a busy Saturday and the full service oil/filter/lube, tire rotation & inspection was within the hour! My experience using Quick Lane has always been a 10/10 and continues a 5 Star everytime! I Highly recommend Wayne Pitman's Quick Lane to all my friends.

I recently purchased a used Ford Explorer. Dan who was my sales representative did an excellent and professional job. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Dan took the time out even after the sale to give helpful tips on the features and operations of he vehicle which again was very helpful. Overall a good experience

I have only ever been completely satisfied with my experience at Wayne Pitman Ford. There are many options when choosing a location to service your vehicle but I always trust my F150 in the hands of the knowledgeable people here. Everyone I have encountered, be it in the sales or service department, is always kind and friendly. A positive experience all around!

Wayne Pitman Ford have given my family and I a great buying experience. Micheal Bugsley was great to work with as well as the rest the team throughout the whole process from start to finish. I bought a 2013 hyundai sonata hybrid a month ago
I can not believe they did safety this car with out spare tire, with out lug wrench, without jack.
Unfortunately i got a flat tire with my kids and wife in. I couldn't change my tire because there was no spare tire or any tool kit.
I had to wait 2.5 hrs for tow truck to come. My kids were so scared and we were on highway. It was such scary night.
This is basically rip off. I can not believe this happened to me.
My sale service name was Khan. He was kind and nice till we buy the car i quess.
I do not want this happen to new customers who wants to buy car from this location make sure they fix everything.
I had a light problems in my car they were supposed to fix it but they did not even tho its on our agreement.
I am just happy thay we are alive today. We could be killed in highway yesterday. I am just so sad.
I would like to take this further where it needs to be.. First i thought i would put this on Google so it shouldn't happen to you and your family.
They give you good deal but make sure it is safety.

As usual, Kevin and the Service team at Wayne Pitman Ford did a great Job! Every Vehicle will have issues sooner or later.. it's the after-sales service that matters. This Dealer is always great to deal with....friendly and they take the time to explain things. I live 40 min away amd so they gave me a loaner truck for the day which was great customer service!

We have dealt with Pitman Ford for years but we have noticed a serious decline in the level of service we receive for our current Ford Fusion. In May we had our regular service under extended warranty in which (it's in the small print) unbeknownst to us, the tires were rotated. We are very lucky to have survived the fact that ALL FIVE lug nuts on the left front tire loosened - when we were on Highway 400. It turns out (again in the small print) that we should have brought the car in to have the tires retorqued. Had we known they had the tires off we would most certainly have brought it in for tightening. We have our winter tires done by Ted's Tires and always follow this procedure. Ted's ALWAYS makes a point of telling us as well as highlighting it on the invoice. This is not the first case of poor service from Pitman - there have recent instances in which the oil indicator was not reset, fuses blown and not replaced (during service) etc. Had you asked me 18 months ago, I would have highly recommended Pitman service -in fact I have done so. Now, I would suggest that you, like me, might want to consider at least another Ford service department, or even a different make altogether.

First time to Wayne Pitman for service. It's rare but they far exceeded my expectations! I will not be hesitant to bring my truck back for future repairs.

This place is absolutely terrible. I have had a manager insult me, a financial clerk lie to me and misread/forget information on applications all to get me to buy a car. I was a Ford guy for many years always buying older cars for the love of it but after trying to buy a new one not only will I never buy a new car from Ford but I will never buy a used one too.

I know the Camaro is faster and better quality, but I really wanted that Mustang. After this b.s. Ford can rot just like most of their cars do. I will make it my personal goal to tell everyone not to buy Ford because this drama they put me through.

So Thanks Ford! I will go buy a Camaro from down the road.

I recently purchased a 2013 Ford Fusion from Wayne Pitmans and the staff was amazing to deal with. They were accommodating and treated and me so well, especially Brian Arrand who found me exactly what I was looking for - love the new vehicle he recommended! Do yourself a favour and go see Brian at Wayne Pitmans the next time you are looking for a new car.

Bought a Ford focus 2015 demo model. Within a month it needed work, they left the old wipers on, didn't top up any fluids, the mirror came with a defect and am now in the process of a new clutch (wish I knew about that giant issue) and work on the air system. They did however make good on this and fixed the small issues, the process was simple and similar to other dealers under warranty.

Update : Continue to need repairs, however the dealership did make a good point as this is definetly out of their control. It is unfortunate to see the ford manufacturing and as a company come down hill in respect to the quality of car.

I just got my truck serviced at this dealership, which I just bought my new truck off of, and there has yet to be a moment were they don't give great service. Even though I live far from this dealership, I won't hesitate to drive that extra mile to go get good service. Let you friends know that this is the place to buy a vehicle and have great service.

Part was ordered and installed in a timely manner. Very satisfied with service.
